Tostada de Aguachile ($12) - shrimp in lemon juice and spicy sauce. The first few bites were good and refreshing however the flavor of the raw shrimp became overpowering.

Tostada Turu Ru. $20. Save yourself the trouble. TERRIBLE.

Price? $20 For maybe 1.5 tostadas. Picture for reference. Not even filled. I know avocados are expensive but it was an inch of aguacate on top, caldo and some mariscos. Smh I don't think I've ever yelped a 1 star but this is the one. Better go to Amapola, Vallarta or Northgate for better mariscos.

I just made an order from this place. I order two large orders of ceviche and 1 order of aguachilie. I only received 1 order of ceviche and the there was pretty much no shrimp in it. The aguachilies shrimp were bad quality tasted poorly and did not looked cooked correctly. I love Mariscos but will never try this place again. first time and last. maybe this is a rare mistake for them but my order was $72 and I didn't eat anything had a few bites of the ceviche and was over it.

Kimberly was so amazing, sweet, and knowledgeable regarding what to recommend and all menu items. Wow, wow wow wow wow. OK guys I don't know why this place does not have more reviews. My friend brought me here. I was craving some Mariscos seafood. And this place is so good. I saw the pictures of the tostada mixta which is a ceviche of scallops, octopus, crab, cured shrimp, and cooked shrimp,. 15 out of 10!! I also tried my friends ceviche of shrimp out of 10. The service was really good as well. Our waiter was so nice and incentive. And they also have music. My friend told me that sometimes they have like music here playing. To be honest the only thing I have tried is their sushi but that's amazing it's sooooooo good but I still recommend I hope they get a bigger option menu for sushi but I plan on going often and their chipotle mayo is delicious read more

The Mariscos are delicious. We always have the fish, shrimp tacos, tostada mixta, and a shrimp cocktail. The food is always great. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. Los Dorados offers exceptionally quality great food and service! Everything I've ordered over the years has been not just palatable but genuinely delicious. Service was good! I liked how the hostess/waitress spoke to me in Spanish even though I am Asian (and yes, I can speak and understand Spanish). Food is delish! :) *Free chips & salsa - yummy! The chips were crispy, hot and fresh! *Camarones a la Diabla - spicy shrimp - yum! *Camarones de Azul - bacon wrapped shrimp - good! *Camarones de Vallarta - cheesy goodness My coworker bought some of the sushi rolls and they were pretty good too! Solid 3 Stars -- ATMOSPHERE It needs some work on the inside. There's some photos of some felons on the wall like "El Chapo" and some other guys from Sinaloa, I'm assuming, they have a few TVs, etc. Seems like they just threw a bunch of random stuff together in an empty space and then just called it a restaurant. It's all good though. If the food is solid, then who cares about the atmosphere! FOOD I asked for a chicken plate with a side of carne asada. I opted for salad instead of rice and beans. The meat was tender and flavorful, but definitely not worth the $19.99 that they charged me for adding carne asada to my meal. Total rip off. Also got an order of their langostinos. They a were delicious! But the flavors are always hit or miss. Sometimes too salty, sometimes the charred flavor is too strong. But this time, it was good. CUSTOMER SERVICE It's blah. You always have to flag them down to ask for things, nobody comes to check on you, etc. They're not interested in the full restaurant experience - just the food, and well... I guess to each his own! -- OVERALL I will probably be back. A friend loves this place and so we every time there's a langosta craving!! read more

Overall, the service was bad the lady who served us was busy laughing and giggling with the male customers instead of attending to her tables. I have to say the obvious about the waitresses here, to be as nice as I can put it, their lips stand out as plungers, the chest, and behind well, so obvious they were not normal... Place was nearly empty, we still went completely unattended for long stretches of time, orders were all wrong, and the waitress instead of fixing it was argumentative & completely wrong. For example, when I noticed my order was wrong, I told her and she immediately contradicted me to the point that I had to move the meat aside to prove to her that there were no beans on my order when there should've been. Instead of then fixing and apologizing she blamed the chef. When my spouse pointed out what was wrong about her order, she asked us what she wanted her to do with it? Maybe take it back and fix it? It was almost like she was blaming us and expecting us to just take what they brought us even if it was wrong. NOBODY IS TRYING TO PAY FOR THE PLEASURE TO FIGHT WITH THEIR INCORRECT WAITRESS. If you are going to be arguing with your paying clients, the least you could do is be right. They still tried to bill me for incorrect food returned and uneaten. Owner started brining up her video, but failed to address the countless problems and issues that were all over that "video". Eventually the food that was wrong and that was returned uneaten was refunded but it pales in comparison what the afternoon cost me. Please consider going elsewhere and their health code is a C which I did not know.

I visited this restaurant while on vacation and had an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere had great vibes, making it a perfect place to relaenjoy the moment. Most importantly, all of the food was amazing and clearly made with care. The food is great! The ceviche and mar y tierra sushi are definitely my favorite. The waitresses need to be a little more attentive and be more enthusiastic.
