Came here with my sisters in law and boyfriend based on the restaurants rating. We got there it took about 15min to be seated (it's was not busy). After we got seated it it took forever for a server to come take out order. The tool long to bring us 1/2 of our drink. They forgot the other two drinks! We asked for the drinks and again it took forever. We got the food and server never came to see if we needed anything. Never asked us if we needed a refill. To get their attention was near impossible. The employees were too busy chatting with some customers they seemed to know. They spent the whole time talking to them while we sat and mostly waited. Came here cause the reviews were good and I was disappointed the service was horrible and it wasn't even busy they forgot about us for a long time... we asked for the bill n the waitress brought us the container to take our leftovers but never came with the bill. I would give this place negative stars if possible. The menu looks delicious, but food is nothing like advertised. Bland carne asada, salad was dry but worst of all the mulita was so disappointing that when I opened it I lost all hunger when I took the first bite so greasy and nothing to what we had thought we ordered. Place wasn't very busy but food took 30 minutes to come out for something that should take 15 minutes max. After Refusing they finally accepted my debit card inwhich made them look disgustingly dishonest and more shady! There buisness shady on all levels and dirty! Dont set yourself up for a disspointment coming here its like digging from a trash can! I have never dined in, only take out. The food is good. The empanadas de Camaron are the . Food can be pricey but we love it. Sometimes the staff acts dumb about not accepting Credit cards. If your orders over $100 they don't want to be taxed the 3% fee so they will ask for you to go to an ATM, I don't. This place is just awful, I really wanted to like it because the ceviche was decent (my BF hated it) but the service was just AWFUL. I had to ask for a drink not once, not twice, but three times AND the third time I had to get up to the service station to ask for it. When we were done we waited so long to get our check we had to ask for it (three times AGAIN). It took so long for them to pick it up I had to take it to the service station.
