It came with corn and macaroni and cheese, and I have to say--it was absolutely delicious! The meat was extremely tender. You could literally cut it with a fork, and it was so juicy and mouthwatering. Definitely some seriously good barbecue! The people working at the stand were also really nice, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you've never been to Smorgasburg, it's definitely worth checking out. They have all kinds of vendors offering everything from burgers and barbecue to ice cream and so much more. There's something for pretty much everyone. & it's always a cool vibe. But if you're looking for some really good barbecue, I definitely recommend giving full Send BBQ, a try. (I think the photo speaks for itself. )

There was a bit of a bland taste in the cheese, could definitely use some more seasonings. The rib was easily shared by the 2 of us but part of us both wanted more. Presentation is gorgeous, wait of the food after ordering was pretty quick. Love that there's a beeper. It just took long to order.

I cooked the food for our guest of about 70 and we catered the esquites. Our party started at 2 and they came around 1:30 to get prepped and set up and was ready to serve at 2. Requested enough for about 75 guest and they came with the cups with a custom sticker to match our party theme. They had leftover stickers on a roll and they just gave us the rest to hand out to all the kids at the party. This was my first time to have a whole cup of corn since I don't normally buy some from the street vendors so I don't know how to compare it to, but all of the party guest enjoyed it. We went simple with the additional toppings but that Hot Cheetos is worth the extra price. My wife prefers her corn with a little extra of the broth, and that's not how they serve it, so if you want extra broth, make sure to ask. Some guest asked for it and they happily served it that way. They gave a 15 min warning as they were preparing to leave and we still had plenty of left over corn, which they gave to us we just had to provide a container. It was only one person that came and he was very efficient and no one had to wait for a long time to be served. He was very courteous and respectful to our party guest. Would definitely book again!
