From Brooklyn NY came up here for business , Mario was a very nice and the pizza is instantly put in my top five in NY

Undercooked slice
Michael R.

Place is cute, and clean. Service was adequate... the food looked BEAUTIFUL! but...always a but.... had no flavor, the doughy was raw and not crispy at all. Work on the quality of your dough... then move on to your sauces... the style is fantastic but the flavor or lack of, serving raw dough, and food that was not hot even after just coming out of the oven destroyed your star rating. With better ingredients I would not complain about the cost, but knowing that he usee some of the lowest cost items I have to say $6.50 a slice?

Tasty lasagna

Traveling through Westchester County, NY. In the town of Mt. Kisco. Late night in a Sunday when most establishments are closed. The chalkboard had 3 specials on it and we each ordered one. Food was prepared to order, fresh and al dente. Friendly service and pleasant surroundings. It's literally right by the train station and the floor rattles as the train passes by. The experience added to the charm of the place. The display of the fired pizza made me wish I had room for one. Highly recommended this little gem.. all aboard.

I can't begin to tell you I know I posted recently, but this is such a special place in Mount Kisco some of the best pizza I've had in Westchester County and the entrées are amazing as well. Service is Top notch, ambience is amazing!!

Specialty Pizza (Large)

Place is amazing, Mario is an absolute gentleman and actually cares about his customers. I go out of my way to come here for the grandma/margarita/baked ziti pizza.

Old fashion slice with a topping I didn't order

Was absolutely disgusted to find a bug toasted into the slice of pizza, the hygiene of this pizzeria is terrible, I walked in for a late lunch to find flies flying everywhere, there were also flies all around the back part where they make the slices. My hunger stupidly disregarded this and I went forward with buying a slice and after coming back to work and having one bite I see that there is a insect baked into slice of pizza. I immediately spit up the one bite I took and closed the box. I have NEVER been through as disgusted experience as this to the point where I felt the need to post something but this is a PSA for all customers in the area STAY AWAY, I have been to all other pizzerias in the area and they are much better. PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR RESTAURANT, You ARE BETTER THAN THIS.

It really is on par with a Grimaldi's or Totonno's, which other people have said, and it's the best pizza I've had in Westchester.

Much better in person than our last delivery experience…read more I came here on a very hot day in mid May with my parents and GF. They have a fair amount of things my very picky mother was interested in which earned them our patronage on this particular evening. They had indoor and outdoor seating with an upstairs and a downstairs. We were seated downstairs. Service was great. Didn't have to wait long for anything. They have a vegetarian section of the menu which I appreciated. I was intrigued by the spaghetti squash and almost went with that but it's hard for me to go to an Italian restaurant and not order pasta so I ultimately went with the reginette ortolana, got some giggles from the crowd with my attempt at pronunciation of that dish. I also ordered the brussels sprouts side. They have multiple cocktails I was interested in but being the basic bitch that I am, I ultimately went with the spicy italian margarita. I order the "spicy margarita" frequently and it usually isn't very spicy but this one was the exception. It definitely earned the title. Nothing crazy, but certainly something you would notice and it was very enjoyable. The pasta was very good. I was bummed out to see the mushrooms in there because that was not mentioned on the menu but fortunately I had a few mushroom vacuums sitting at the table. The veggies were plentiful, the sauce was very good. I am looking forward to leftovers for lunch today. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal. They also provide bread with hummus to start and the fucking table bread is a lost art, as I always say, so extra points for that. For dessert, they had a PB&J cocktail with pb whiskey and chambord and this was literally orgasmic. What a good idea. I would definitely come back to try some other stuff.

This place really exceeded our expectations in every way…read more My sister and I stopped in on a chilly, overcast afternoon after dropping our mom off at Westchester Airport. Stone Fire was conveniently on the way home and we decided to give it a try. Appropriately, we walked in and the definition of "Hangry" was framed on the wall. We laughed and were greeted by who we presume is the owner. He said he would fix our "hanger" in no time and lead us to our table. The place wasn't very full, since we were there between the dinner and lunch rushes. The owner was incredibly attentive but didn't hover. We got the sense that he was proud of his menu and he explained some of the stand out items. He noted that all the pasta was made in house and that the "panuozzo" (which we intend to try next time) was made with their pizza dough. We both ordered the Shrimp Bisque to start. It was delicious and piping hot with a good amount of actual pieces of shrimp. I turned to ask for some black pepper, and realized the owner already had a large pepper mill in his hand, as if he had read our minds. Our server also brought out warm bread. Naturally, my sister ordered the Maccheroni Ala Vodka since the owner had mentioned the fresh pasta. It was cooked to a perfect al dente and was generously portioned. I decided to get their "Amalfi" stone fire pizza which included fior di latte cheese, prosciutto, summer squash, and delightful little piped dollops of lemon ricotta. The flavors were bright and delicous. The pizza dough itself was crispy, chewy, and lightly charred from the pizza oven. I would absolutely order it again if I wasn't eager to try so many other items on the menu. My sister and I both had enough leftover from our main meals to take them home for dinner. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and contemporary. Nicer than your typical pizza place. They have a sizeable patio and what looked like windows that open up like panels in the inside dining area, I guess when the weather permits it. We both agreed it would be nice to come back on a warmer day. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about our meal. For two large bowls of shrimp bisque, the pasta dish, and my pizza (a little larger than a personal pan pizza size), and two sparkling waters, our lunch was around $100. Super reasonable in my opinion. Given the excellent food and superb service from both the owner and our waiter. We absolutely plan to come back when we are in the area. I guess our "hanger" was a blessing in disguise that day.

We hired Mobile Pie Truck for our wedding on 9/1/2024. I cannot say enough good things about them…read more We had 120 people and they absolutely blew us away. We've been to at least 30 weddings collectively and the food at ours was top two. We did a salad course, pasta, 5 varieties of pies, two wood fired veggie variations and the cast iron cookies. MPT also handled cocktail hour--arrancini, chicken tenders and chicken meat balls, plus charcuterie and crudite. Everything was so delicious and impressive, our guests still talk about it. We had an upscale backyard wedding, and the guys accommodated our request to do family style service. The execution was completely seamless and the presentation was even more intentional than we expected. The food was hot, delicious, perfectly timed and well portioned. I honestly do not have a single bad thing to say. We have been thinking of other events we can host just so we can use Mobile Pie Truck again. Frank was very easy to work with, communicative and professional. They accommodated requests for additional items like pastas and salads we were interested in that weren't on the menu. They helped curate our courses and offered suggestions on what would and wouldn't work for menu options at scale. They were friendly and clean and they had a really impressive setup. We found their pricing to be the most reasonable of all the vendors we looked into, and the execution was truly seamless. Wedding food even at the more dialed in venues can be so boring, forgettable and most of all expensive. Mobile Pie Truck was the antidote to all the typical wedding catering pitfalls and then some. Cannot wait to use them again. Frank thank you so much for everything. We'll update with professional photography towards the end of the year:) We love Mobile Pie Truck!! Also!! I can confidently say you should completely disregard the one negative review from 5 years ago about a veggie pizza the reviewer seemed to not appreciate had veggies on.
