This was my second time at Exit 4 Food Hall & somehow it's already always on my list of recommendations. Even though I haven't been here that many times, there are so many options that I genuinely can never decide what I want. I'm always asking what they recommend and end up trying something completely different every time...which honestly just says how good everything is. The drinks here are so good, like actually so good, and the vibe is immaculate every single time. It's one of those places where you can go with anyone and everyone will find something they want, which I love. The whole setup just makes it such a fun experience, not just grabbing food but actually enjoying being there. AND the biggest thing for me... I have never left disappointed. Not once. My family and I came on a summer Wednesday for lunch. We were a little sad it wasn't a real "food hall," but we certainly appreciated the variety in the menu. Our food came out pretty quickly. Tried this restaurant with a group of friends for brunch after our yoga workshop and it was surprisingly delicious. At first we thought it was a literal food hall because of the name, and was slightly disappointed when we entered and it was just one restaurant, but the disappointment quickly turned to satisfaction when we tasted the food on the menu! From the appetizers, to the mains, and even the deserts had our taste buds jumping with excitement. I had the dumplings, and tried their cheesy donut, but the skillet chocolate chip cookie stole the show! It was so good, warm, soft, and chewy. Amazing service an amazing food. I've been coming here a lot and lately they've been having special deals each week for different menu items. It makes trying something you wanted to try before all that much better. The service here has been very good and the food is absolutely amazing! Still upset with the Ramen noodles being so high in price and does not include a meat, but it makes up for it with the pizzas. I just tried today. A new pizza pie that they have called harvest pie. Absolutely amazing! It's the perfect type of pizza for fall. I highly recommend trying it. Overall everything is great here. It's a little pricey, but the food is totally worth it as well as the atmosphere with all the really cool decoration they have around. read more

The food was amazing. Today I tried the shrimp skillet and the shrimp and grits yesterday. Both were tasty but I enjoyed the shrimp skillet more which came shrimp of course corn pieces (not to much) a couple of slices of potatoes and some sausage slices, nice and buttery. and some bread. Wow, where has this place been hiding? First time there yesterday with my younger cousins, we all agreed that EVERYTHING was amazing! We got the spicy aperol margarita & I think a key lime margarita, so yummy. Appetizers, 2 mozzarella donuts & the garlic shrimp, BLOWN AWAYYYY! Both dishes had a lot of flavor, so good. I got the prosciutto & fig jam pizza with a side of sweet potato fries... delicious. Exactly what I hoped in a pizza. My cousins got the margarita pizza with mushrooms & the shrimp and grits, which were some of the best i've had. So much flavor in the sauce, it was chunky & seasoned well with the creamy grits, so good again! We also tried the pickle black margs, PERFECT PICKLE BALANCE. Loved it! Lastly, we got an affogato to share, so yummy. Soft serve was so smooth. I also got the s'mores espresso martini, amazingggggg. Super yummy! Service was wonderful, our waitress helped us pick our dishes and drinks, she was spot on! So nice and helpful cause there's so many good options. My wife an I tried Exit 4 Food Hall today for a light lunch. They have a section on the menu called Shareables. So we shared a Mozzarella Donut and Asian Chicken Meatballs. Both were excellent. We sat at an outdoor high top sidewalk table and had a nice time. Our server was super polite, friendly and did not hover. Found a parking spot right in front. Driving in the area and decided to stop into this food hall because it looked like there would be plenty of nice options for our family of 4. Parking is street meter parking and it was right up front. I don't know where you would park if there isn't street parking though. There didn't seem to be any public lots nearby. Upon entering, this is not the food hall that I am used to. You have a server with a menu, and you order from the server. There were different types of food like in a food hall though - a mix of poke, sushi, burgers, American finger foods and pasta. There's also a full bar, up front and the focus of the place. There are no actual counters serving the different kinds of food. The menu is a tablet, and you each get one. I thought that was overkill, maybe one per table would suffice, but it's because you cannot use it to order. It's really just an electronic menu. Seems excessive to me, but makes the experience seem fancier, and there are lots of great pictures. There was 1 server, 1 bartender and a manager. Though it wasn't crowded or even half full, the server was very busy. She was excellent though!! On top of every table, refilling water and pre-bussing tables. Saw the bartender come out and help seat tables as well. Good team work here. We ordered a bibimbop, Mac and cheese bites, puff dog, mozzarella donuts, baked ziti, turkey sandwich, and skillet clam chowder. The ziti was amazing and kept warm by the skillet. Finger foods were all great. The bibimbop was different but still good (no meat though). Sandwich was fresh. The one thing that was horrible was the skillet clam chowder. It tastes like the insides of an old pot pie and it was not hot at all, despite it being in a skillet. It didn't even look like a clam chowder -- it had tons of peas and carrots. It was really not good at all. The server caught on to this when she saw that we barely ate it, and took it off our bill without us asking. She said they may have mistakenly given us the pot pie mix since they look similar and apologized. Restrooms are gender neutral single rooms and clean, though dark. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and bright and inviting. I would recommend if you're looking for a restaurant with a little for everyone. read more

So, we buy movie tickets in Mt. Kisco the other day and then realize we have 40 minutes to kill. We look across the street at a place we drove by many times...Exit 4 ( referring to I 684 ) Wow!!!! I did not expect this..This place is AWESOME!!!!! We just had Pizza and Wine in the interest of time..but the Pizza was DELICIOUS. The menu is extensive and everything looked / sounded sooo good. We can't wait to return for the full experience. The decor is so cool, warm, and inviting with a real NYC Bistro vibe...but branded to represent the 914. (wasn't able to get great pics of the inside because of customers and time constraints) but trust me, its a very cool place. Again, I can't say too much as we weren't there long...that said, it took about 5 seconds for me to love this place. Sooooo many great spots in Mt. Kisco..but Exit 4 should not be ignored. I have since ordered the pho 2 more times since my last review and both times have been disappointing. The first encore experience, I rolled the dice and chose a different broth. Instead of going with the red thai curry, I switched it up and sampled the miso. It definitely was subpar compared to the first time but I attributed this to the change in broth. We also ordered pizza the second time. It was one of those "wood fired" situations but it was a lil burnt. I'm not a wood-fired-pizza-expert so I won't hazard to critique this in a general sense but it was a flavor I wasn't super fond of. The entire thing wasn't burnt, just parts of the crust and on the bottom. The pizza was certainly good but I had very high expectations that weren't met. The third time we ordered from here, I learned my lesson and chose the thai red curry broth and my typical other add ins. GF also ordered the pho due to my previous raving about it. We tried the polenta fries as well. The polenta fries were FANTASTIC. Probably the best polenta fries I have ever had. They were super crispy and seasoned excellently. The pho, again, was very disappointing. The broth just wasn't that flavorful. GF didn't even FINISH hers because she didn't enjoy it that much. I ate it just to eat it because it was food in front of me but it wasn't much more than that. For around $20 I don't know if it's worth it. I'm starting to think the first time I ordered the pho, which was EXCEPTIONAL, was the outlier which is super disappointing. I will probably give it one more shot but then give up if it again isn't great. This place is still great for the variety of foods they offer. read more

Only Come here if you want diarrhea. What's worse than a menu that doesn't address food allergies? One that falsely labels food. I am lactose intolerant and I ordered something labeled as nondairy, only to get sick from it -apparently it was loaded with butter but not labeled as such. Kinda weird situation with the pizza. The large pizza they have for delivery can't be ordered for dine in. We said we would pay whatever it is and we can even take it in a to go box if they want. Still a no. Bizarre. The cauliflower rice bowl was light and a nice lunch. The beet salad was ok. Cool spot with something for everyone. 4 stars! read more

Over the last 20 years or so, there have been several restaurants that leased this location. A few pizza places, and now Exit 4. Although Exit 4 has tons and tons of food options, I find it wildly overpriced for what it is. There is always a long wait for food, and I just don't think the price is justified for a food hall. Despite that, the food is pretty good, and it's good for groups (if you're willing to wait and possibly all eat at different times because everyone's food will likely arrive at different points). Since groups of people tend to have different taste buds and preferences, a food hall like this is an excellent choice, as each person can get whatever type of food they want. The sushi, for example, is really fresh and a yummy option. All in all, not my first choice when I am looking for food in town, but not the last, either. read more

Looking at the menu you might think it's a "foodie's" paradise. A huge menu that includes Mac-n-cheese donuts(yes you read that correctly) Ramen, wood fired pizza, tacos, sushi and a bunch of beers on draft so what possibly could go wrong? What every kitchen nightmare, bar rescue or restaurant impossible type of show teaches us is that if you have a large menu and do many things then many of those things will be average at best. Such is the case here. First let's start with the mac and cheese donuts. Think of way below average mac and cheese bites but shaped like a donut with extra sweet batter on the outside. -use your imagination for the end result. Any of the Asian dishes: - just don't. The tacos: Not bad but you can find just as good if not way better tacos for 1/3 the price at any authentic Mexican spot. The Pizza: One bite score is 7.1 but if you love wood fired with unique toppings then you will rate it higher. The fries are the frozen type with the light batter that you can get at 75% of restaurants. The Wagyu French dip sliders were above average but nothing to plan a trip around. I was with a large group so I was able to try a few other things but nothing stuck out but also nothing was terrible (except for the Asian dishes) This is a good place for groups or a family that want to go out and everyone is in the mood for something different. They have a kids menu and while it isn't a cheap menu it does come with a fair amount of food and most kids won't finish it. This place seems like if a Applebees or a Buffalo Wild Wings top executive left the corporate world and opened their own restaurant. However they only eat at other corporate chain type restaurants and haven't worked in any restaurant in any sort of capacity since college. 3 stars, one star because it's good for groups and two stars for the service. Its taken me a while to get to @Exit4FoodHall but I finally did. I didn't realize how many different dishes they offer? A good indication for me of a menu is when I can't decide and then once I do I'm already thinking about what I'll try next on my return. I had to get their famous mac & cheese fried donuts. IYKYK. They were very fried perfectly and served hot with an accompanying sauce that was "slap your momma" amazing. Damn it was good. I could have slapped that sauce on anything! I opted for fried instead of seared for the fish taco's served in Naan. Nice twist which made for a very substantial taco. I ate one and took two home for dinner later. One of the summer specials was a frozen blueberry lemonade. Very refreshing as well tasty. Loved the blueberry-type compote topping. My husband is a boring eater. He had a burger with fries. Nice looking brioche bun and he asked for them not to melt the cheese and they abided which almost never happens at other restaurants. They always melt it and he likes cheese but not melted. GO FIGURE! He also ate the New England clam chowder which was rich and creamy. I saw it and then I had a taste so agree, it was very good. They have iPads for menus which is crazy. So many options to choose from and it all looked good. I wanted it all. We had the pretzel bites and Mac n cheese donuts to share. Both were great.
