The drinks here are so good, like actually so good, and the vibe is immaculate every single time. It's one of those places where you can go with anyone and everyone will find something they want, which I love. The whole setup just makes it such a fun experience, not just grabbing food but actually enjoying being there. AND the biggest thing for me... I have never left disappointed. Not once. The food is consistently good, the energy is always there, and it's just an overall solid spot. I'll 100% keep coming back and will always recommend this place.

There isn't even a street address on the side of the truck, so you can't pin them down. You just wait for them to pop up like those inflatable tube guys at a car dealer. We were lucky that the office building next door invited the CC:BBQ truck to set up in their parking lot. It was just a short walk over for us and you can smell the smoky goodness on the way over. A mob of us descended on the truck at lunchtime and ordered just about everything on the menu. But by the time I got to the front, they ran out of the Crafty Reuben. I settled for the Dirty Pig, which turned out to be a good choice. The Carolina Pulled Pork was perfectly tender and moist with a slight vinegary taste and was even better topped with bacon, soft fried egg and cheese. The club roll was really fresh and soft, making it a really tasty sandwich. I wasn't too hungry, otherwise I would have gotten the seasoned Waffle Fries also, but I did try some from my work buddy. If Crafty keeps showing up, I'm going to keep trying out the other menu items. Next time: KC Rib Tips and hopefully get my Reuben! Stay tuned.

The three yonng women behind the counter were almost impossible to get help from, and since everything is behind glass you can't help yourself. I had to repeat my request for a carrot cake 5 times.
