I ordered half plain, half barbecue chicken and the barbecue chicken was just all lumped on top. It made the entire pizza incredibly soggy and the barbecue chicken tasted horrible. 5 Star is for my one and only favorite pizza from here - I basically only order the Chicken Scarpetta (and my favorite chef, Rafael/Raf (sp?), who makes the delicious chicken + flavorfully meaty sauce + adds a different kick with two kinds of hot cherry peppers (green and red) + juuust there garlic slices). The best is when you grab it fresh and don't let it sit too long so you get the crunch in each bit of that fresh and thin crust. It still tastes delicious (and is less messy) cold/the next day as the sauce congeals a bit (holding all the chicken in place) and reduces the overall heat. I've tried almost all the pizzas here throughout our nearly 15 years of coming to the Pizza Station (and I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place earlier). Another good, non-spicy basic one that is a family (and now kid) favorite is the margarita pizza (the tomato sauce is really highlighted here). We personally love meat but aren't a huge fan of the meat lovers pie. If you like mushroom, the chicken marsala is a non-spicy and very mushroom-y alternative to the chicken scarpetta (if you can handle spice, though, just go straight for the scarpetta). Note: we only do pickup and full pies ever since we figured out our favorite pizza; this review does not represent in-person dining experience / ambience / customer service / etc. It has been more than 5 years since our last in-person dining experience here. read more

Absolutely horrendous. I would give zero stars if that was possible. Ordered a pie with chicken and it was undercooked and the chicken was not cooked. The pizza was so awful that we couldn't even get a slice out of the box without the cheese sliding off...completely disgusting. What makes the situation worse is that when we called to advise what type of pie we received, the response was "I've been making pies for years and it was fine"...unbelievable! Since the pizza toppings aren't always listed on the menu, ordering can be confusing for first-timers. My favorite is the chicken scarpata, which is basically mild chicken curry on top of a pizza. Make sure you bring gum though, or you'll have garlic breath! The atmosphere is very homey, and since I come here often, the staff greet me by name. When i called to let them know, after waiting 10 minutes for them to pick up the phone, they didn't want to hear it. Looks like a hole in the wall but decided to stop in on my way thru Chappaqua! Well - I found a new favorite pizza shop!! The guys behind the counter were so nice (I was with my three year old son) and they served us quickly. I had the chickpea salad! Their cheese, the amount of EXTRA CHEESE they put when I ask, their delicious garlic knots (that one time they made fresh for me without the oregano), the garlic taste amongst my sauteed spinach, the sliced parmesan amongst my caesar salad, the extra francese I love, & last but not least being a person that dislikes ALL SAUSAGE, I adore their sausage & pepper rolls topped with my favorite sesame. Located literally near the train station in Chappaqua, Pizza Station is a good stop for a quick bite. It's actually right next door to a Dunkin Donut. Several things set this pizza stop apart from others - real utensils (not plastic), and the made to order items actually seem to be made with some care. The menu is written in chalk behind the pizza counter - with soups, salads, sandwiches and pasta options. I liked my broccoli, mushroom and eggplant slice, and my pasta fagiole soup. The soup came out piping hot with white beans, onions, tomato, zucchini (?) and small penne like noodles. It was tasty, and a generous portion. We also liked the greek salad, which had a homemade spicy, sun dried tomato like dressing. The greens are not iceberg, and it had nicely sliced cucumbers, tomatos, onions, and feta. Pizza Station is actually a pleasant spot for an informal lunch, and good food. read more

Lunch time. I have to say that for 3$ a slice, a PLAIN slice, I'm not sure that this place will have a spot on my hit parade. I don't have anything bad to say about the place, except for the price. But as far as pizza is concerned, there's nothing above average about this place. They were a little slow to clean up some tables, but that happens. I picked up pizza for my daughter and her friends and then added chocolate chip cookies to the order because my daughter who is pretty skinny likes the cookies.
