Had some veggie rolls here the other day and cheese sticks. Cheese sticks were tempura'd on top of it and came with a funny sauce. The tempura was given to me in forms of roles and was not what i asked for and didn't taste like tempura .. but the lady was so nice and polite so i let it go

Great food and staff. Go for the all you can eat offer for $50. I recommend starting your dinner early because at night it turns into a bar vibe. The sushi rolls were wonderful to eat. Pro hack is you can ask the sushi chef to turn any role into a hand roll. My only complaint is that the tuna was a bit frozen and watery. It looked too pink for me when it really should be a darker red color. I wished they served tea as well. My favorites were the salmon, scallops eel, and Uni with all high-quality. The chicken kaarage was great too.

The owner may ask to take your photo to add it to a collage. It makes you feel welcome.

I have visited this restaurant twice, and each visit was incredibly delicious. I'll be visiting many more times in the future as they might serve the best sushi I have ever tasted. The service is excellent as well. Tonight I found myself using the Shazam APP to save several of the songs that were playing in the restaurant. If you are ever in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Marina Sushi Bar. You will not be disappointed! 我喜欢这家餐厅。服务非常好,食物也令人印象深刻。

Their sushi was ok and the service was fine. I really wanted to try their rice cake skewers but they were sold out unfortunately.

Really enjoyed the sushi (salmon and spicy tuna) and vegetable ramen. The sever was very nice and attentive.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, the service is excellent, the noodles are chewy, the broth is rich, and the flavor is wonderful. The other dishes are also great. I'll definitely go back next time.

This is my favorite place to have dinner with friends, the young staff welcomed us and ensured each part of our experience would be pleasant and enjoyable. A nice place to have drink! We can order any music there, The food was fresh and delicious. I see they will offer AYCE!!

    7. Fried Oyster 8. Takoyaki Highly recommend these small dishes, super tasty and fresh. The takoyaki tastes exactly what I had in Japan.

Highly recommend the grilled eggplant, whether you're a die-hard eggplant fan or a first-time taster, this dish is sure to become a new favorite. Love their service, such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home.

$6 for two orders of the happy hour Cali roll (4 pcs each)

I can't exactly give five stars because all I ate were two $3 orders of happy hour California rolls (4 pcs each) which you really cannot mess up (unless you are Whole Foods, they make Cali rolls all sorts of wrong), happy hour seaweed salad ($3), and a good amount of sake & Sapporo. However, this basic food that I ordered was very fresh and tasty! I came in on a Friday night. Happy hour on Friday goes until 7pm which is pretty solid. I'm a fan already. When we arrived around 5:30pm, the place was empty and very quiet. But after an hour or two, this place was bumping! By bumping, I mean PACKED with huge parties doing sake bombs. It was a little bit "ratchet," but I fully enjoyed the entertainment. That being said, if you want a quiet dinner with your significant other, arrive early because otherwise this probably isn't your place. The inside decor is nothing special. It looks a little worn down like the rest of SF, with little photos of happy customers at their tables all over the walls. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food given the stories I'd been told about how people come here to get a little crazy with the sake. From my experience, alcohol heavy restaurants rarely have good food. Marina Sushi is different. I would happily return to try out some more rolls in the future.

This sushi was pretty affordable for the city. They are open for take out and the staff was very friendly. Both of my rolls were very fresh and tasty. I can't wait to go back and try more!

Definitely try the tuna tataki, which comes out sizzling hot with crispy rice and fresh fish. Only accept cash, order at kiosk. Food/drink ready within 20min. Limited seating but cute wooden seating/mini table stands. It's definitely a sit and chat or drop-in for lunch situation! Perfect if you're walking around and exploring the area. Parking is hard ofc. The truffle was rich and complimented the fresh fish. Rice wasn't reasoned. The concept is fairly simple. Could I remake it at home? Yes. But the assembly is phenomenal! The drink was delicious, but very sweet. Very creamy, I felt like I was consuming straight up cream, and less of a liquid matcha. There is oat and whole milk options. The mango was very fresh and tart. Overall, not a place I would go to all the time, just bc it's pricy. But a tasty small bite when exploring SF from time to time!

I don't like to leave harsh criticism or poor reviews, but unfortunately, my experience here was even worse this second time. My friends and I ordered at the same time, but for some reason, my order took so long. I watched as people behind me repeatedly received their food before me. And I did politely ask the worker to check on my order, to which the employee said they'd take a look. But then 30 minutes passed, and I was still waiting. They were starting to close up (they close at 2 PM), so I had to ask again...The employee said they'd check (again), and told me mine would be the next one out...I understand they were busy, so I don't want to be too harsh, but I ended up waiting at least 45 minutes. I think they forgot my order. I ordered a chicken chashu bento, and I'm pretty sure the chicken was raw. Even my friend pointed it out. I've attached a photo below, too. I just don't understand how they spent 45 minutes on my order, just for the chicken to come out raw. Honestly, the food was pretty flavorful, and I enjoyed my red bean mochi matcha, but between the excessive wait, the undercooked chicken, and the considerable price tag (these bentos aren't cheap), I don't see myself returning or recommending Komeya No Bento.

The less sweet version was just right for me and I think the bitterness from each tea balanced each other well. The matcha added grassy notes, while the floral jasmine made for a very fragrant drink! The salted cheese cream on top added this perfect savory balance to the sweetness of the drink. It's one of those combinations that sounds a little unexpected but just works. My one note for next time is to go half sugar so the matcha flavor can really shine through, but that's a personal preference more than a criticism. The Black Sesame Latte was good, but we both wished the sesame flavor was a little more pronounced. If you're going in expecting bold, nutty black sesame notes, it's a touch on the subtle side. Still enjoyable, just leaves you wanting a little more of what drew you to order it in the first place. Overall a really fun spot with creative drinks and a great vibe. Already thinking about what to try on the next visit!

For $18, you get an incredible spread: * your choice of gyoza, shumai, or tofu * a California roll or avocado roll * a protein of your choice Plus it all comes with edamame, miso soup, and seaweed salad. Honestly? That's my kind of deal. Everything we tried was delicious. In addition to the lunch box, we ordered a dragon roll and a dynamite roll, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. My husband went with the Una Ten Donburi. It was tasty, but at $30, it did feel a bit steep compared to the rest of the menu. The restaurant looked like your typical Japanese style space with the sushi rollers at the entrance and simple tables and decor. I do have two minor negatives worth mentioning. First, the edamame was cold and unsalted. I'm an edamame lover, and nothing beats it hot, freshly steamed, and generously showered in salt. So that was a little disappointing. Second, our server (I believe his name was Kayz) seemed visibly annoyed when we asked to split the check. As a server myself, I know this isn't rocket science, and guests should never be made to feel uncomfortable for something so standard, especially after there had already been a small mix-up with our roll order (we received two dynamite rolls instead of one dynamite and one dragon). We didn't make a fuss at the time because mistakes happen, but the attitude at the end definitely stood out. That said, the food itself was solid, the lunch special is a fantastic value, and overall we still had a good experience. I would absolutely return and would recommend this spot, just hoping for a smoother service experience next time.

My meal apparently wasn't memorable enough to motivate me to visit this location, that is, until quite recently. I decided to have lunch here after a nearby medical appointment. It wasn't crowded at all. Only a couple of solo diners and a loud senior couple. I wasn't in a sushi mood and thought I'd go healthy with the saba shioyaki. However, at the last minute, I went with the $19 Ika Yaki, a whole BBQ squid sliced and saturated in teriyaki sauce with a dab of shichimi mayo (Photo 8). The portion was generous and the texture was firm with enough elasticity. Unfortunately the teriyaki sauce did nothing to enhance the dish, and I wished they served it on the side. I also ordered the $8 Agedashi Tofu, usually a foolproof appetizer for me. It certainly looked right (Photo 9), but I was unpleasantly surprised how tongue-burning hot it was. The cubes of tofu must've just come right out of the deep fryer. The dashi broth helped calm the heat down but a little too late. I'm sure glad I sprung for the $3 bowl of Rice (Photo 10). That calmed what was left of my tongue down.
