I like that she is easy to talk to and works with me on what style fits my life and what styling I'm willing (or not willing) to do. I give Hair Party 5 stars.

Her talent as a colorist and stylist is unmatched. No matter how I describe what I'm envisioning, she somehow translates it into exactly what I wanted--often even better than I imagined. She has an incredible eye for color, and I leave every appointment feeling so confident. Beyond her talent, Amanda has created such a relaxing atmosphere in her private studio. If you want a quiet, peaceful appointment, she's wonderful at creating that space. If you're in the mood to chat, she's equally amazing--easy to talk to, full of fun stories, and genuinely enjoyable to spend a few hours with. She's also fantastic about recommending products that actually benefit your hair without making you feel pressured to buy anything. I'll admit, a part of me hesitates to write this review because I selfishly don't want it to become harder to book an appointment! But her expertise, professionalism, and kindness deserve to be recognized. If you're looking for someone who truly listens and consistently delivers beautiful results, Amanda is absolutely worth it.

Heather referred me to Andrea, the salon owner, for a Trichology consult, since I was losing a lot of hair. (I previously had seen my dermatologist who had made recommendations, but I was still shedding and had an inflamed scalp. ) Andrea looked at my scalp and made suggestions for my scalp health and to regrow hair. I am not only thrilled with the amount of hair growth I've had, but also- my scalp is no longer inflamed and hurting. I could not be more thankful for finding this salon and for both Heather and Andrea!

So here's how this…read moregoes: - You must wear a mask. - Temperature check at the door. - Hand sanitizer squirted on you at the door. - Capes are single-use only. - Staff wear masks and and sanitize themselves and absolutely everything. - Half capacity and social distancing. No other clients were near me and there were only two other clients there. - Medical grade air purifier. Plus fans at every station. While my color was processing, I was able to go out to their back patio and enjoy the weather. The patio is super cute and comfy. (And you can take your mask off out there if you want.) No one else was out on the patio with me. All the precautions were taken. And my hair, as usual, is beautiful. Bobby, as always, is super wonderful. And they're doing a great job to keep everyone safe. So if you're worried (like me) about getting your hair done in this new world, know that this place is doing their part and it's ok. Plus, I just feel dramatically different and happier after having gone 5 months without getting a cut or color (I'm normally on a ~2 month schedule). So now I can go back to staying safely at home with a happier view of myself.

I had my hair highlighted by Nick yesterday, and he did such a fantastic job that I felt compelled…read moreto leave a review. I was looking for full-coverage highlights that would make me as blonde as possible, and that's exactly what I got. For context: I have very long and thick hair. Over the years of getting highlights, I've found that it's hit or miss whether a stylist/salon can give me the full-coverage look I want, since for my hair that takes a lot of time (like 4 or 5 hours) and requires a TON of product. Not every stylist is willing or able to go above the standard number of foils and devote that kind of time, which is totally understandable. But it makes me all the more grateful/impressed when I find a stylist like Nick who is willing to go above and beyond (he spent more than four hours on my hair) to achieve a perfect end result. I was also shocked by how affordable the price was. In my opinion, the quality of Nick's work was on par with some of the most expensive highlights I've ever gotten (and I usually end up paying way above base price since most salons up-charge based on the amount of product your hair requires). But even including tip, the total I paid here was remarkably affordable compared to other salons I've been to. In short, I strongly recommend booking an appointment with Nick if you're someone like me who has very thick hair and wants full-coverage highlights!
