While the veggie options are limited I had good portions and delicious flavors via their Avocado Toast (hold the hard boiled egg for me/ to make it plant-based). What a great surprise! The steak house was closed so we decided to go to Marilyn's Cafe. I ordered the turkey dinner it was the Monday Special. What a plate! The squash and zucchini were cooked to perfection. I love when the vegetables are fresh with a crunch not squishy. You also received mashed potatoes and gravy along with some cranberry sauce. Our waiter was the best he greeted us, checked on us, filled our drinks without anybody asking. The gentleman was on his game. The restaurants nice to decor reminds me of being in Tuscany. Marilyn's Café is located at the Tuscany resort suites on E. Flamingo Rd. and is a flashback to the Coffey houses that used to be in every great casino in Las Vegas. The Friday night prime rib special was just as good as you'd get at any steak place on the strip for half the price. The prime rib came with a baked potato vegetables and was cooked to perfection. The bananas foster french toast was a little lacking in presentation but was very tasty. The service was spot on and it was great because we only had 45 minutes before a show which is the incredible red package back show. Also at Tuscany suites. Went to marilyn's on a Saturday night, using food comps to pay for our meal as usual. Gabriel was our sever and took great care of us. Bringing their great hot fresh rolls before dinner and always keeping an eye on the table. I went for the fried shrimp. I love fried food and it hit the spot. I loved the tasty horseradish shrimp cocktail sauce and Gabriel happily brought me more. Baked potatoes could have cooked longer but it was good enough for the few bites I took. Mac and cheese was pretty decent and I would probably have it again. Marilyn's is one of the few places still around where you can choose from a list of sides for your meal. Most come with a choice of 2 sides. Both of the guys went for a szechuan shrimp dish that was just meh. It came with 10 decent size grilled shrimp with the tails on, something they are not crazy about in a dish. It was not really spicy. The rice was OK and the big helping of fresh veggies which we get quit often could have really cooked a little longer before serving. Overall next time we choose something different. Out of all the strip places we've been too, this was an exceptional strip quality restaurant with off strip prices b 'cause guess what? It's off strip. Our server, I think his name is Marcelo, recommended fajitas and dang, the food was ridiculously good. Chips and dip were also off the hook. I had to try the biscuit and gravy. I can't really fault it. The biscuit was fresh and the gravy was just ok. There wasn't a lot of flavor but there wasn't any hints of flavors that didn't belong. I also had eggs Benedict which where good but nothing to get excited about. read more

Four of us decided to go for an early dinner before a show and chose to eat here. First of all, as cordial as our server was, he never cracked a smile. That seemed like a premonition of what to expect. Here's what we ate: * Liver and onions. Although I specified that I didn't want it over-cooked, it was. The server offered to replace it, and he did. But this time, although it was cooked properly, the liver had so much gristle that I ended up chewing for the flavor and spitting it out bite after bite. I also asked if the green beans was sauteed and not boiled. I was told the beans are sauteed. Not! It was boiled to oblivion and tasted like something out of a can. The saving grace was the heap of caramelized onions. * Chicken pot pie tasted like a Swanson chicken pot pie. Was it? * Hamburger with sweet potato fries. The hamburger was so-so, a tad better than a big Mac. The fries were soft and limp. * Chicken fajita came with generous servings of side dishes. This was probably the best meal out of the four, but still not outstanding by any means. * Mimosa was good enough. But it was mostly orange juice. They hardly had a good choice of wines --- mostly Sutter. Fortunately, the cost of our meals was reasonable. Marilyn's inside Tuscany resort is an example of good old fashioned Vegas hospitality and value. All day breakfast, great specials and some amazing bargains. We ate at Marilyn's twice for breakfast and once for supper while stay at Tuscany. The place is always pretty busy. The eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked and served with crispy hash browns. My daughter and I split the meal. The other morning, she had a wake up burger with a nice runny egg on it, and I had a pancake with crispy bacon. Delicious!!! We had dinner one night with local friends. The fried shrimp dinner looked delicious, my daughter's salmon was fresh, succulent and delicious, my meatloaf was huge and the mushroom gravy, a real standout. Our other friend had the bbq chicken and ribs special that I think could have fed 2-3 hungry people. We all had soft drinks. The waiter brought us a complimentary basket of hot from the oven rolls and butter just to see us smile. Our entire bill was just under $70 for four people. He was an old pro and made us all feel very special and cared for. That is the vibe every time I've been in there for more than ten years. Just old school, friendly, impeccable service and great food. You see a lot of locals come in and I'm told that if you like all you can eat crab legs and shrimp, don't miss their Sunday special. This is one of the restaurants inside the Tuscany casino. First of all surprisingly they did not made this thing very appealing- I would say it looks like an old 80th cantina for workers or even some old school food place. Not inviting at all. But once you are seated the waiters and staff are very nice and the menu has something for everyone. And I mean everyone. They offer pancake in the variations for example - the regular and very delicious buttermilk pancake, a buckwheat and a whole wheat version. I had to try the buckwheat and it was delicious not sweet but full filling. Perfect side for that - a sunny side up egg. The food and beverage manager really put some thought into the menu items for example there is a protein power plate containing of chicken breast and two eggs any style. And it was good. A side of perfect buttered and crisped whole wheat toast and you have a perfect protein sandwich (toast costs extra). All in all surprisingly good food menu and tasty food! Also very reasonable prices for Vegas and a casino/hotel. ALs opens early and close late and serves all items the whole day! Tucked away in the Tuscany Suites and Casino, Marilyn's delivers a solid breakfast complemented by pleasant and generally efficient service. In addition to your standard American classics, the breakfast menu also includes some Hawaiian dishes. The over easy eggs were well cooked and the bacon was crispy. The grits were underseasoned for my taste but had a good texture. The pancakes were excellent and added in fresh blueberries for an extra cost. The grilled spam, poached eggs and rice were also tasty, although the Hawaiian style Mac salad came out late because the waiter said they had to defrost it (which was a bit odd since you're not supposed to freeze Mac salad). The loco moco was also excellent and just needed even more of the tasty dark brown gravy. For Vegas, it was also reasonably priced. So if we are back near the Tuscany Suites again, we'll be stopping in to enjoy another breakfast at Marilyn's! read more

The pancakes were just okay, slightly hard and not very fluffy, they were also lukewarm...two slices of bacon, crisp, and two link sausages accompanied the meal, both were good...the food menu prices are reasonable but the coffee and tea were somewhat extreme imho...that being said, they were refilled on a consistent basis so that made the $4 charge seem worthy...all in all a positive experience and would consider returning in the future...RECOMMEND read more

Disgusting, first the tables are gross. What a horrible development! They can't clean nor organize anything. My elderly mother was seated tonight. We gambled just to get the prime rib. By 8pm and 25 player's points on the slots, we qualified for $16 prime ribs. At 8pm, we were told there were no more prime ribs and we couldn't get a substitution. I went to the players club and a woman had to walk over to the cafe to get a report on prime ribs. Suddenly, there were 4 more. We sat down. They disappeared too. Now we can substitute t-bones. I've ordered medium rare and a medium. They cleaned the table and gave us a discount for or incovience. The waiter was kind and silly. It was a good time. But be careful to check on the cleanliness. The cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff are good. The front desk and host was not very professional. The lady from the players club went above and beyond to make our experience good. Get your drinks at the main bar. The Pub 365 is overpriced and the food is ok. Golden the choice is still go back to Marilyn's Cafe, as the food is delicious. There are so many great breakfast spots in Las Vegas and this just became one of my favorites. Friends have raved about it for years and my husband and I finally gave it a shot since we did a staycation at the Tuscany hotel. Not only are prices more than fair, but the food portions are huge and the food is delicious. The hashbrowns are perfectly crisp and buttery. While service was initially slow, the food came out quickly after we placed our order. My husband ordered the country fried steak and it was so massive that we easily could have shared that one meal between the two of us. I had ordered a side of hashbrowns and sausage links as my meal but really could have just eaten his hashbrowns...(I wanted to!) but the order I had gotten for myself filled me up, so there was no more room in my belly. I cannot wait to go back and try the pancakes and other menu options. If you're staying at the hotel, I highly recommend Marilyn's for breakfast! read more

The atmosphere of the cafe is simple and modern. I decided to have the lasagna for my entree. The flavor was good but it felt more like a frozen lasagna than something from a restaurant. The garlic toast was delicious but it was two small pieces. The meal could be better enhanced with a bit more bread. My spouse and I had a wonderful early dinner on a slow weekday evening in December 2025 at Marilyn's Cafe in the Tuscany Resort. Reina was our server, and she delivered friendly and fast service. I had the grilled pork chops, which were delicious and a bargain at $17.95. My spouse had the chicken parmesan, which he said was pretty tasty. We also each a had a bowl of soup, and we shared two desserts - a piece of carrot cake and tiramisu. The total bill - with tax and one lemonade - came to $73.86. We left a twenty as a tip. We returned to Marilyn's two evenings later and wow - what a disappointment! It was a bit busier than our previous visit but the service by our male server was slow ... VERY slow. Diane and I returned to try Potato Skins, which were surprisingly good and with just enough potato, and I had a Garden Salad with a vibrant French Dressing, which was quite a large salad. Then, while Diane enjoyed a Prime Rib Dip with melted Provolone, French Fries, and plenty of au jus for dipping, I was very pleased with a medium-rare 1/2 lb. Went to lunch at Tuscany casino to the cafe, they were giving a 20 percent discount to seniors on senior day and we decided to give it a try. Lovely inside, a little bright, but it is a cafe, I liked the deco with plants and charming farmhouse deco. They seated us in a comfy booth. Looked at the menu..pretty reasonable prices these days..I spied an apple and walnut chicken salad for only 13.95, this is with the protein..usually that is an up charge just about everywhere else. Hub was in the mood for breakfast, but wanted to piece meal his food as all side dishes. He picked the biscuit and gravy, sourdough toast and turkey sausage...all of his items were under 10 dollars. He loved his meal and claims it is some of the best sourdough bread he has had. My salad with dressing on the side was outstanding, I will definitely come back for this. Visited Marilyn's one morning while the rest of my party was still sleeping. Ordered an orange juice and a Build Your Own Omelette with American cheese, green peppers, and bacon. The plate came with a choice of hash browns or grits and toasted bread. I chose hash brown and rye toast. The green peppers in the omelette were a bit chunkier than I would have liked but they were also very fresh. I thought they may have been sauteed some. I ended up taking most of them out. The omelette, as a whole, was tasty. I'm not sure what brand of salsa they use but it was not tasty. I opted out of salsa for hot sauce. The hash brown looked very similar to the omelette but browned. It was huge. I was only able to eat about a teaspoon of it since the omelette was so plentiful. The rye toast was delightful with a little strawberry jam and the orange juice was sweet and refreshing. The service staff was friendly and attentive but the food service was slow. On my second go-round, the food service was still slow but the food was tasty and the general service was good. This time I took the lesson from the portion sizes from my first visit and ordered a side order of scrambled egg, one turkey sausage patty, and an orange juice. I was able to enjoy a piece of the rye toast that came with my guest's plate. read more

I haven't been here for maybe few years since the pandemic. Sometimes you just forgotten there are good food with reasonable price inside these hotel casino. I gotta say when I first seated, I was looking at the menu and waited probably 5-7 mins, no server have come ask me for drink. I'm thinking hm.... But realized he was kinda busy serving other tables, not like the server is talking to his colleagues or hanging out doing nothing. Seem like only couple of servers is on duty. It is a cafe that serves a decent breakfast at a decent price. Marilyn's is a beautiful restaurant that offers great service and great food at a reasonable price. I started with a cup of hot coffee and a mimosa. Their coffee was hot and bold just the way I like it. The mimosa is tasty and chilled. Just the way I like it. Their specials for the day are posted right out front. I ordered the bacon avocado omelette. I asked for the salsa on the side. It was served with crispy hashbrowns and toast. It was cheesy and the crisp bacon inside was the perfect combination for this omelette! I would order this again. The salsa was pretty good as well. I ended up using it on my omelette.
