Out of all the strip places we've been too, this was an exceptional strip quality restaurant with off strip prices b 'cause guess what? It's off strip. Our server, I think his name is Marcelo, recommended fajitas and dang, the food was ridiculously good. Chips and dip were also off the hook. The ambiance was chill and not packed like these strip restaurants usually are.....no fighting over seats and not noisy. Thank you Marilyn and see you on our Vegas trip next year.

We've seen a few youtubers eat here, so we thought we'd give it a try. It was average. The taste of the sausage was off my wife and I agreed. The my wife said her French toast really had no flavor. Nothing really stood out. Service was fine. No flavored creamers for coffee.

    Biscuit and Gravy

I had to try the biscuit and gravy. I can't really fault it. The biscuit was fresh and the gravy was just ok. There wasn't a lot of flavor but there wasn't any hints of flavors that didn't belong. I also had eggs Benedict which where good but nothing to get excited about.

Four of us decided to go for an early dinner before a show and chose to eat here. First of all, as cordial as our server was, he never cracked a smile. That seemed like a premonition of what to expect. Here's what we ate: * Liver and onions. Although I specified that I didn't want it over-cooked, it was. The server offered to replace it, and he did. But this time, although it was cooked properly, the liver had so much gristle that I ended up chewing for the flavor and spitting it out bite after bite. I also asked if the green beans was sauteed and not boiled. I was told the beans are sauteed. Not! It was boiled to oblivion and tasted like something out of a can. The saving grace was the heap of caramelized onions. * Chicken pot pie tasted like a Swanson chicken pot pie. Was it? * Hamburger with sweet potato fries. The hamburger was so-so, a tad better than a big Mac. The fries were soft and limp. * Chicken fajita came with generous servings of side dishes. This was probably the best meal out of the four, but still not outstanding by any means. * Mimosa was good enough. But it was mostly orange juice. They hardly had a good choice of wines --- mostly Sutter. Fortunately, the cost of our meals was reasonable. For people in a hurry and just want a fillling station and not a good meal, this may be adequate.

    Loco moco

Rachel made this a great experience. We loved their menu and the room is lovely - a perfect choice for a Friday morning. The pancakes are especially good but I was looking for something different so I chose the Loco Moco. It was not quite up to true Hawaiian standard but it was good and filling. Definitely a nice setting and easy access.

I literally love everything about this place. It's located inside the Tuscany hotel and casino in Vegas. It's literally cheap eats and it's very good! I go here at least 2-3 when I'm in Vegas to grab breakfast or lunch. I'm not sure of how I found this place but I'm glad I did! One of my fav aunts name is Marilyn and she passed 6 years ago so this is a great reminder of her The service is good and the hotel/casino is usually quiet when I got from breakfast. I've never been for the dinner time..

    Chicken and eggs. Simple filling

This is one of the restaurants inside the Tuscany casino. First of all surprisingly they did not made this thing very appealing- I would say it looks like an old 80th cantina for workers or even some old school food place. Not inviting at all. But once you are seated the waiters and staff are very nice and the menu has something for everyone. And I mean everyone. They offer pancake in the variations for example - the regular and very delicious buttermilk pancake, a buckwheat and a whole wheat version. I had to try the buckwheat and it was delicious not sweet but full filling. Perfect side for that - a sunny side up egg. The food and beverage manager really put some thought into the menu items for example there is a protein power plate containing of chicken breast and two eggs any style. And it was good. A side of perfect buttered and crisped whole wheat toast and you have a perfect protein sandwich (toast costs extra). All in all surprisingly good food menu and tasty food! Also very reasonable prices for Vegas and a casino/hotel. ALs opens early and close late and serves all items the whole day! Once you found it and got over that it isn't appealing you will be rewarded with good food and a fair check!

    Big winner breakfast
    JI K.

Located inside Tuscani Hotel & Casino. Clean and comfortable vibe restaurant. We ordered big winner breakfast (2 pcs pancakes, ham steak, 2 pcs toast, 2 pcs bacon & 2 eggs) and loco moco (for those who don't know loco moco, it's hamburger patty with 1 egg on top of white rice with gravy all over & macaroni salad. Food was good overall but macaroni salad was a little too bland. If you come from Hawaii.... You gotta get the macaroni salad on point because we can be quite the critic lol. Jessica was our server. She was very nice and fast. Always appreciate awesome wait persons because they're hard to find nowadays. Overall, good price, good food, good service.

Loco moco with over easy eggs and tasty beef patty but needed more gravy (April 2025)
    Alan G.

Tucked away in the Tuscany Suites and Casino, Marilyn's delivers a solid breakfast complemented by pleasant and generally efficient service. In addition to your standard American classics, the breakfast menu also includes some Hawaiian dishes. The over easy eggs were well cooked and the bacon was crispy. The grits were underseasoned for my taste but had a good texture. The pancakes were excellent and added in fresh blueberries for an extra cost. The grilled spam, poached eggs and rice were also tasty, although the Hawaiian style Mac salad came out late because the waiter said they had to defrost it (which was a bit odd since you're not supposed to freeze Mac salad). The loco moco was also excellent and just needed even more of the tasty dark brown gravy. For Vegas, it was also reasonably priced. So if we are back near the Tuscany Suites again, we'll be stopping in to enjoy another breakfast at Marilyn's!

First impression, disgusting dirty greasy tables
    L T.

Disgusting, first the tables are gross. What a horrible development! They can't clean nor organize anything. My elderly mother was seated tonight. We gambled just to get the prime rib. By 8pm and 25 player's points on the slots, we qualified for $16 prime ribs. At 8pm, we were told there were no more prime ribs and we couldn't get a substitution. I went to the players club and a woman had to walk over to the cafe to get a report on prime ribs. Suddenly, there were 4 more. We sat down. They disappeared too. Now we can substitute t-bones. I've ordered medium rare and a medium. They cleaned the table and gave us a discount for or incovience. The waiter was kind and silly. It was a good time. But be careful to check on the cleanliness. The cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff are good. The front desk and host was not very professional. The lady from the players club went above and beyond to make our experience good. Get your drinks at the main bar. The Pub 365 is overpriced and the food is ok. Golden the choice is still go back to Marilyn's Cafe, as the food is delicious. The family will try the crab legs special tomorrow.

How many years? I'll never tell. They may change the decorations and rearrange the furniture but please dont take away the one thing that makes you great. Your staff makes the food taste better.

Chicken Country Fried Steak & Eggs*
    Jessica C.

There are so many great breakfast spots in Las Vegas and this just became one of my favorites. Friends have raved about it for years and my husband and I finally gave it a shot since we did a staycation at the Tuscany hotel. Not only are prices more than fair, but the food portions are huge and the food is delicious. The hashbrowns are perfectly crisp and buttery. While service was initially slow, the food came out quickly after we placed our order. My husband ordered the country fried steak and it was so massive that we easily could have shared that one meal between the two of us. I had ordered a side of hashbrowns and sausage links as my meal but really could have just eaten his hashbrowns...(I wanted to!) but the order I had gotten for myself filled me up, so there was no more room in my belly. I cannot wait to go back and try the pancakes and other menu options. If you're staying at the hotel, I highly recommend Marilyn's for breakfast!

    JoAnn H.

Delicious breakfast. Hubby had the steak and eggs along with the bacon and sausage that came with my eggs, pancakes and hash-browns. The hash-browns are crispy on the outside and soft in the center. The buttermilk pancakes are flush and very good. They offered a decent strong cup of coffee. It was a walk from the strip but well worth it. And, we need the walk back to but a few of the calories. Nice job Marilyn's!

Does the cheap steak & eggs deal from 2am-5am still exist?

Do they still do ayce crab? If so, when and how much is it?

I actually don't know. We always order the prime rib. Perhaps there is a menu online.

Looking for email contact to request information for a party of 22?

Dcarvalho@tuscanylv.com Or you can call Dana 702-893-8933

I don't see crab on the regular menu but see plenty of photos of it? We will be in Vegas Aug 30-Sept 2nd. Anyone know if they serve crab regularly? Or perhaps Sunday brunch?

I did see it on the regular menu. I'm not a seafood person so I can't remember the price.

Is the dinner menu served 24/7?

    Yes it is

What comes in the birthday platter? i heard about it but am not sure?

Not sure; I would've asked too cause it was also my birthday but I'd either check the website, call or both.

Is there a place to park?

There is free parking as well as valet. There is no covered parking though, so it's gonna be hot!

Is the $19.99 a.y.c.e crab leg special still going? Or has it changed?

No more All You Can Eat. Its $19.99 for 1 pound of crab legs. And $9.99 for a refill of 3/4 of a pound.

What type of crab do they serve for all you can eat?

They serve snow crab! And it's super warm when you get it!

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.
