Only orange juice, soda & coffee avail. no sub milk available. they also advertise a $23 buffet but they have a service charge of $8.62 !!! + $4.01 TAX. which brought 2 people to $60.53. Pretty pedestrian breakfast buffet spread but friendly service and $10 bottomless mimosas give The Kitchen at Commons Club a bump up. Cut fruit were my highlight but not to say the spread isn't good per se. It's your typical eggs and bacon/sausage spread. Fresh made-to-order omelet station is popular. The yoghurt parfait was odd - the granola base was really gummy. Another fresh item like some greens would have been a nice addition. Coffee/tea was included in the buffet when we were there but now a separate charge. Still not bad by Vegas prices. But the bottomless mimosas served be the carafe make this generic breakfast a vacation start to the day. Dining room fills up around 9. Server was great. Kitchen has now become a breakfast buffet style restaurant. Same great ambiance with terrific chefs and cooks! There is a super awesome fresh omelette station with all your favorites ingredients. The buffet features bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, amazing yogurt parfait, fresh fruit and croissants. The buffet also comes with coffee. I would've given this Resturant five stars. The only thing is that the front cashier and one of the waitresses are not the kindest I've ever seen or met. We had the breakfast buffet here during our stay at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. The price is very reasonable for a hotel breakfast, especially in Vegas. The service was efficient. The food were fresh and flavorful. I really enjoyed their Denver scrambled eggs, Belgian waffles, and crispy bacon. Pretty good coffee as well. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here if I was staying elsewhere, but if you're at the Virgin Hotel, this is an excellent choice. read more

We only enjoyed the buffet breakfast, that includes an omelette station with many fixings. There are other items, including fresh cantaloupe, honeydew, bananas, yogurt parfaits and so on. You could even get waffles, muffins and pastry treats. Not a bad deal at $19.99. The coffee is horrific (I went to Dunkin after day one) and this place charged $10 for a large OJ. Drink the water or bring your $6 Dunkin coffee here. I would return. read more

The Kitchen has a new-ish feature that I have seen last December but never tried. It is called Kitchen Express. It is a little window located right beside the Sports Book. It has a very limited menu like two burgers, two salad and three sides I think. However the prices are totally reasonable for the amount of food that you get. The first order I made was for the Mushroom Swiss Burger combo which includes fries and a bottled drink for $22. There is a small eating area but I decided to take it back to my room. It took about 8 minutes for the food to show up and it was nice and hot. The burger was huge with patties which I estimate to be 8 ozs. Everything including the fries was scrumptious. My second order was for the Chicken Salad priced at $14. They were pretty accommodating by replacing the olives with more cucumber and a ranch dressing. The portions were large and totally fresh tasting. I know I will be back to the Virgin Hotel and I look forward to more delicious food. read more

This was our daily breakfast spot when I stayed at Virgin! They have a really good menu but the deal is the $20 breakfast buffet that also comes with coffee and tea and for $10 more you get bottomless mimosas. The buffet isn't the largest but it has all of the breakfast essentials. Each day I had bacon, a freshly made omelette, potatoes,waffles and fruit. The servers were super helpful and checked on us just enough. Ok so they f* this whole thing up. This used to be a quick diner with a good breakfast and fast friendly service. I wish I would've made a good review previously, but I didn't. I regret that now. They changed it to a breakfast buffet only. The hostess was, under the influence of something. For $22 you get cold eggs and few options. The line was horrendously long. No more regular dine in service. Mind you this is the only place in Virgin's casino to sit down and eat breakfast, all the other restaurants dont open early. There are many other breakfast buffets in vegas with way more options at a similar price. Anyway, the set up they have is all f*ed up the buffet is only one sided, the omelet station (one chef) at the end so the entire line is backed up because someone is waiting for their omelet to be cooked. Front line was 20 min and buffet line was another 40 min. Took an hour to get food. Meanwhile all the tables were empty, because everyone was in line and no one was seated. How is this possible? The omelet station needs to be its own area. The hostess desk needs to be two lines. The buffet needs to be two sided. Even then, not enough options for the price. Drink station, has no place to put your plate down. I could go on and on. I stay at this hotel every time I come to vegas. I've stayed here a dozen times. This change alone, unfortunately, is enough to stop me from ever staying at Virgin again. I didn't think breakfast options had much of an impact but sitting down for breakfast wasn't an issue before, until now. It was a nice run while it lasted. read more

Vegetarians stay away. Limited options and meat containination. I am staying at the hotel and usually enjoy breakfast buffets so decided to have breakfast at the hotel. The menu is pretty limited and this is the first breakfast place I have seen that has no toast. I was happy to see an omelette counter and ordered for one. I was later shocked to see the person making the omelette use his hands to handle the veggies and the meat that he was using in the omelette. This would have been an easy fix if they had used separate spoons and since they had 3 pans, use one for the veggies. I brought this to the attention of the staff that this was meat contamination that is unacceptable to any vegetarian and those who don't eat pork. I was taken to the chef with whom I repeated my concern and all he told me was that he appreciated my feedback. Didn't apologize and didn't take immediate action. To him it was not important. Not something that I would expect from a Hilton or Virgin brands that are international and from whom people have expectations. read more

Overall, this is a good place to grab a meal if you are staying at the Virgin Hotel. Our service was a bit slow (nothing terrible, but definitely noticeable), but that would be the only negative of the whole dining experience. The ambiance of this restaurant is that of an old-school diner. It is bright, well lit and is inviting with white walls and ceiling. I went with the LV hot chicken sandwich with tater tots. This was an overall hit of a meal and it is definitely something that I would recommend. I was also looking at the burgers and if I had not had a burger for lunch, I made have went with one of their burgers. It was our first time in the remodeled Virgin Hotel since the Hard Rock Hotel. The Tailgate Burger and a Smashed Cheeseburger were good and cooked right, but nothing fancy about them. Unfortunately the fries were stale and bland. The interior was spacious and clean. The staff was obviously complacent, chatting openly amongst each other instead of staying busy. It's not unusual for casinos to have some really good restaurants. I found a pretty decent one here at the virgin hotel. Taking a look at the menu, there is a lot to choose from. It's a 24 hour open restaurant, which is very nice. You can get any type of food anytime. Tonight's dinner was the LV hot chicken. The description stuck out to me and it was one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had. Rather than the brioche bun I went with the pretzel bun. I think that's a better choice. It's a Korean style hot chicken with Napa slaw, crunchy garlic, sweet mustard sauce, and tomato. If you're one of those people like me and you enjoy a sandwich on the messier side, this is right up your alley. Tangy hot, but not off the charts by any means hot. The portion side is decent and overall the meal is filling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It also comes with french fries or tater tots. I went with french fries. Probably should've chose the tater tots as the french fries were at best. read more

Stack of premium turkey on sourdough bread, lettuce, bacon jam, avocado spread and a sweet garlic aïoli which was so good and pair perfectly with the turkey. The tater tots were fried a bit hard, but we weren't bad. No 5 here due to the staff yelling at each other in clear view of guests. That's when the issue started cause me & Court were sitting & planning our day out when we started noticing a lot of the people who had been seated after us starting to get their food. Then before we could even say anything the manager came out to apologize for the delay in our food & that we would receive a discount on our bill. Food was good. Not the best though. It was pricey for the food and especially for breakfast. We got the Huevos Rancheros and the Virgin Breakfast. We went to The Kitchen at Commons Club after getting out of a concert. I've been here twice (both times before going to a concert here, actually), back when it was Mr. Lucky's 24/7 when Virgin used to be the Hard Rock. This was the only restaurant that we could find that was still open after the concert ended. There were a bunch of tables open so we were seated instantly. Our server was Jeffrey, who was accommodating and refilled our waters every so often. My boyfriend and I skipped the appetizers and went straight for the entrees, where we both ordered the common club sandwich with fries on the side. Our food surprisingly came out pretty quickly, but that's because it wasn't all that busy. The common club sandwich, which was topped with smoked turkey, cheese and among other food items, was really good and paired well with the fries. My boyfriend finished the entire thing, while I took mine home as leftovers. Easy to find and a great place if you're looking for a late night bite to eat after a concert or some other occasion. read more

We stayed at Virgin Hotels and came here for breakfast. I got the Texas brisket and eggs. I forgot to take photo of my wife's dish: hash skillet. The brisket was tender and it was smothered in bbq sauce. If you like having a lot of sauce, then go for it. I like to taste the brisket so I removed some of the sauce. Under the eggs is a corn muffin. It has some bacon buts and jalapeño bits. It was good and wasn't too dry like other corn bread I've had. Our server was great. She was very efficient and super friendly. The place was bigger than we thought as it goes further in so front outside, it doesn't look that big. The decor is very relaxed and comforting. Definitely come here for a meal or two when you're staying here. read more

Food is not that great here but it's so convenient that it's open 24 hours. We always ate breakfast here and coffees pretty good and give you a lot of food. It's pretty pricey here but we use the Momentum dollars to purchase our meals. Plus sometimes we share a sandwich since it's a big portion. We ordered the turkey club but they changed the bread to like a curry bread this go around and it was a weird taste. Curry is such a strong spice and I didn't think it went well with the turkey. Pancakes and waffles are usually pretty tasty. Don't order the chicken and waffles here, though... they literally give you some frozen chicken strips and not an actual fried chicken. I know I've ate here last year November when staying at the Virgin Hotel for my first time. But I guess I failed to check-in on Yelp as it must have been a late night after partying one weekend while on vacation. Can't remember exactly what I ordered the last time, but I do know that this is Virgin's 24 hour cafe. Last week I went over on a Wednesday night for dinner. It wasn't busy at all that I had the option of dining at the bar or having a table to myself. If restaurants are busy and I'm wanting to just grab a quick bite, I'd eat at the bar. Last week I felt like just taking my time enjoy my meal so I opted for a table. Server was really nice. She didn't have too many tables to watch over, and she was quick on her feet, very attentive too! I ordered the salmon dish which was really good. I must have overlooked the menu but I was hoping there was some type of starch either rice or potatoes. Regardless, my meal was really good. I still had room for dessert and she turned me on to a Creme Brulee. It also came with a cookie pop! What I like about Virgin Hotels is that they have free parking compared to a lot of the strip hotels, it's super close to the airport, and it's really good to gamble at the casino! read more

Which is better than the on-site Dunkin' Donuts and half the price. And wait there's more... $9.99 for unlimited mimosas. And if you can't finish your upteenth one they'll give you a to go cup! We were seated fast and helped pretty promptly . I opted for a chicken sandwich and fries and a margarita. I did fine another night late and enjoyed chicken wings .
