This was my first trip!! I was really looking forward to an old fashion spaghetti dinner, and I was not disappointed!!! I kept a menu so as to order a meal to take home but, I had so much food from my meal, that I will get two more meals from my dinner that I ordered My son had the Caesar salad with a side of sausages. I had a bite and remembered it tasted like the ones we ordered at the North End in Massachusetts Two other meals ordered at our table , were the cheese ravioli s and a vegetarian pasta with vegetables . I have included photos to see the potion sizes A must place to go if you are in the area A wedding in one of the private rooms supplied us with music as a bonus

Came in Sat 11 am ish to celebrate my birthday . I like to come in for lunch to get the veal combo . We both ordered the veal combo . I did notice the $3.00 veal combo price increase since my last visit . Today there was salt and pepper on the table but did not get spoons with our coffee . The window was clean , Very nice ! Unfortunately the walls still had fool spatter . How do customers get food on the wall ?! Normally I can't eat it all but I did today . I prefer that they serve the Alfredo in a bowl separate. So after my fourth visit I have come to a conclusion weekends are different then week days . Food is served different and the staff is different . I find the wait staff more attentive during the week . Again we were not offered cheese on our food . I forgot to ask . Why not bring it out with the food ? I really wish they would serve Italian coffees like expresso ! I've asked every time about it and have heard others ask as well . I really enjoy the food and atmosphere . We enjoy coming here for special occasions and just to have great food ! With a little tweaking it could be amazing ! A loyalty card would be an amazing addition ! I heard people raving about the haddock ! I'll have to try that next time ! Please update your website menu to show the price changes .

Excellent food, staff, and wine selection! Very friendly waitress first time we went. It was busy but not too loud, I ordered this moscato- best moscato I've had and I cannot find it in stores or roopers so it's rarer to find elsewhere per usual. I'm not the best at writing fancy reviews but this place was definitely one of the finest restaurants I have been to in Maine and I've been to many!

Used to be THE place to go. I hadn't been for a while but on returning this week I was SO disappointed. Won't be going back.

The food here is really quite good. Not nearly as good as Davinci's but still really good. Wonderful atmosphere. Prices are competitive

The brick and wooden beam architecture from the old milll remains which provides such an aesetically pleasing atmosphere. It is great that this building has been able to be repurposed . We sat at the bar which is a full bar. My son dines here often and recommened some dishes he had tried. There were many dishes on the menu I wanted to try! Garlic knots were the first things out and they were very tasty and addictive. My son decided on the linguini carbonara, although not a classic carbonara dish, it remains one of his favorites. I tried it and it was creamy, indulgent, fresh, and the pasta was perfectly cooked. I chose the gnocchi with in house made bolognese sauce topped with ricotta cheese. I loved it and it tasted even better heated up the next day. Entrees come with a choice of soup or salad; he went with the salad and I had the homemade Italian wedding soup. We were both pleased with our choices. The portions were quite generous, service was on point all evening, and the entire establishment and restrooms were immaculately clean and well organized. Large parking lot, but heard it fills up fast at this popular spot. I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

We sat at the bar, where the bartenders were attentive, friendly, and truly a step above. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made the experience feel effortless and welcoming. The food was delicious as always. I enjoyed the simple yet perfectly executed fettuccine Alfredo, and my husband loved his eggplant panini. And of course, those garlic notes were absolutely drool-worthy!

The sandwich was an amazing surprise. I had the opportunity to try Mancinis a few weeks back with some friends and was unfortantely unable to attend. The food and bread here is delicious and that's why it's a five star. BUT I have qualms about the following: - My SOLE interaction with staff was one half shouting "Did you order ahead?" No "Hi", "Let us know if you need help", "Have you been here before if not you order on the screen", nothing. Literally the order was put on the counter with nothing said. Had to explain to the person behind us how to order. - A tip screen despite my being the cashier who ordered and customized my items and grabbed my own sides and got my own drinks and paid for it all at the kiosk. Sandwhich maker isn't a tipped job. Pay your employees more if they aren't making enough. - $3.25 for a bag of chips that run $1.25 retail and $4 for a Sanpellegrino is unhinged. Grab a soda and chips at the Citgo across the corner and save yourself the trouble. Two chips and two drinks was 2/3 the cost of the entire sandwhich.

Maybe he was tired but how often do you get a chance to compliment someone especially "The Chef" on their expert cooking. Anyway would we come back in the future but it does have a limited menu so best to check before making any plans.

It was my birthday so I redeemed a grey goose martini and it was watery and had stuff floating in it like pine needle pieces? The olives were tiny and as shriveled as my exes heart. There was no bread without a charge or other pre meal taste which was disappointing for the price point. My risotto meal was actually inedible. I took one bite and had my husband try it and put down my fork. The risotto had the consistency of a dollar store bag of instant rice and the flavor of a watered down packet of chicken ramen seasoning. The steak was not like any other flank steak I have ever had. It was overcooked and still cold and the texture was off. It had a weird balsamic sauce that did nothing for it. Husband got a chicken parm and ate it all because he was starving but the sauce tasted old and had an aftertaste. I have never done this before in my life but I ordered a pizza while I was sitting waiting for the check. I had waited all day for a special birthday dinner and was left hangry in the end. There were a lot of people there and they seemed to be enjoying their food and the ratings were good. This may be a case of being a small town 8/10 but a 1/10 in Portland. Big nope on the books for this one.

We have consistently had great experiences here. Food is always exactly what we hope for when ordering and in some cases, exceeded expectations. The service is always very good. Pleasant, prompt and fun to interact with. The management and staff at this location, are always so professional and well skilled. They definitely help make it a great experience. The environment hasn't really changed - cozy warm living room feel. Upholstered furniture. Still very nice. It's amazing that it doesn't feel worn out, even after all of these years. In the colder days, the fire place and fire pits are nice. Appetizers have been consistently great. The favorites: fresh bread, crab cakes, calamari and meatball Main dishes - any of the specials they offer are typically great. The most recent one I had was the crab cake and burrata risotto. Any pasta dish is usually amazing and I love ALL of their dinner salads with so many protein options you can add. The desserts - the only one that I know and love is the chocolate cake. ALWAYS consistently good! Parking - street and behind the restaurant there is a lower lot - difficult if you have accessibility needs, as it's an angled driveway. Warning - it's a one way in and one way out lot! There are signs, however, I have seen some people either not see them or ignore them. Drive slowly. Reservations - Easy peasy via the Resy App! I highly recommend reservations even on days you think it might be slow. This place is a main hub for the town and surrounding towns for a nice sit down dinner that isn't too casual.
