Driving back from San Diego and decided to stop to get something to eat before going back home to LA , I seen Marcos pizza. Me and my fiancé decided to stop by to try there pizza . When I walked in I noticed it's very clean and organized. The customer service is very good. Good prices for pizza. The pizza was very hot so I knew it was freshly made. It was so yummy and delicious . Good crust and nice size pizzas . Not greedy on topping at all. I'm picky with pizza since I am somewhat Italian lol! Crust thick and chewy onions not cooked sausage was good but not what I was expecting

Ordered delivery on a Saturday afternoon. Placed the order online with no issues. Arrived sooner than expected. The delivery driver was soo nice, very friendly, courteous and happy! The food was AMAZING! Toppings were piled high, the thick crust we ordered was delicious, the salad was also great! Definately recommend this location! I was wine tasting with some girl friends over the weekend and had a CRAVING for pizza. I ordered the small pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and black olives. This was the closest pizza place I found on Yelp and placed an order. They said it would be ready in about 10 minutes so we jumped in the car and flew over there. Let me tell you, I wish they had a location in OC. I have never had a better pizza in my life!! The crust was crunchy but soft and the garlic butter they put on there was to diiie for! The pizza was soo fluffy and it was heaven in my drunken little mouth!! When I picked it up, I thought $13 was a tad pricey but OMG, I would pay that in a heartbeat to experience this pizza again!! Marco's pizza is awesome. I was getting tired of my go-to pizza place -- Papa John's and wanted to try something new. I had not heard of Marco's before, so I figured it was time to give a new place a go. I'm glad I did. I ordered a cheese pizza, bread sticks, and the brownie. It was really good! Everything tasted really fresh as if the dough was just made. I wouldn't be surprised if it was. Delivery was so prompt. They even arrived 15 minutes before they were scheduled to do so. Well, my first experince would've been 5 stars so I'm glad I waited to order a couple more times before filling this out. Fist experience was great! I thought to myself, this will be my goto place when I don't want to drive to Fillipes pizza and need delivery. My wife loved it because it came with a lot of mushrooms without having to pay for extra and I loved it because it was cheesy without having to pay for extra cheese. Well, second time ordering was not the same experience; less cheese and less mushrooms..dissapointment.We chalked it up to maybe a different person making the pizza. It was just alright. I got their gluten free pizza. Which I know is difficult to make. So I usually try to go easy. But I have had much better, and less expensive gf pizza. The crust on the bottom was really quite hard. Though the toppings were good. But a bit pricier than it was worth in my opinion. My family got an extra large pepperoni and said it was "good" but that's it. I got a coupon, so I might go again. The delivery guy though was super nice. So extra star for that! read more

The pizza is always good my issue with this Marcos that there are too many beards in the kitchen without beard Nets, and too much long hair in the kitchen swinging around without hair nets. If you ever want to know if you're doing something the wrong way or the right way, just stop by Costco in the deli or their meat department everybody's beard-netted up or stop by in and out burger same situation there is a beard-net or a hairnet that's because it's the right thing to do. I will go back to this Marcos but if there are bearded men in the kitchen and there are no beard Nets or hair nets I will not order and I will not come back. Tonight was just a little much read more

This pizza is Amazing!!! But what really impressed me was that they made out pizza wrong. It might sound like a bad thing but they could have taken the pizza back and left us starving since we had just been at back to back baseball games without eating! Instead, they said to keep the pizza, start out dinner and they would remake out pizza! No one is perfect the the recovery make a HUGE difference!!! First time here... will definitely come again!!! The quality of the pizza has been good, but the customer service is quite disappointing. Today, I dealt with my first issue after having my pizza delivered. I called the restaurant to let them know they made a mistake on my order and was hung up on by the manager. The manager did not realize they had not hung up the phone yet and I overheard them laughing and saying "oh my god" in response to my complaint. Steve, the owner, would not get on the phone with me to address the issue, and instead was having the manager relay information to me. They refused to offer any accommodation for the inconvenience of the messed up order. Their lack of customer service is extremely upsetting and I refuse to ever order from them ever again. All I can say is they need better management and learn how to cater to their guests. read more

Pretty lame that they've delivered to my next door neighbor in wine country on more than one occasion and when I finally decide to try them they're not even sure if they deliver to me (even though they've delivered to my neighbor) and they say they don't have the drivers to make a delivery anyways. This is by far the BEST pizza from a "chain" pizzeria. Forget the those other chain delivery pizza places!!!! Very friendly and customer oriented. They remembered an order mishap (that was quickly corrected) and even discounted our next order (a free pizza) when we called back a couple weeks later. Ordered a ham/pineapple pizza for delivery. I asked that they burn the pizza. And they NAILED IT. Crunchy, beautifully sauced and nice and hot! And how did they get it here in 20 mins?!? The driver was sweet and friendly and quickly overcame the gate entry hiccup that may have deterred your usual inept pizza driver. I got a coupon in the mail today so I thought I'd try them out. Their slogan is "real ah!thentic Italian pizza" but really it's just another corporate chain pizza joint the likes of Papa John's, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesar's etc... All indistinguishable from the rest. The only real "authentic" Italian Pizza in town is Fillipi's Pizza, family owned, they use only fresh mozzarella cheese and real sausage and pepperoni. The rest are all the same. The service however was excellent. Corporate pizza is all identical. Just a different name and logo on the restaurant marquee. read more

We have seen this place and usually gets coupons in the mail but have never really paid much attention as we had our usual place we order from. But, then, something changed with our usual place and it wasn't as good. So, we decided to try Marco's Pizza. We were pleasantly surprised! They have a daily special that gives us 2 large 1-topping pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 liter of soda for $25 bucks!! It is the perfect deal. And they deliver quickly. We love this place.
