I got a coupon in the mail today so I thought I'd try them out. Their slogan is "real ah!thentic Italian pizza" but really it's just another corporate chain pizza joint the likes of Papa John's, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesar's etc... All indistinguishable from the rest. The only real "authentic" Italian Pizza in town is Fillipi's Pizza, family owned, they use only fresh mozzarella cheese and real sausage and pepperoni. The rest are all the same. The service however was excellent. Corporate pizza is all identical. Just a different name and logo on the restaurant marquee. read more

The pizza was ok, my complaint was they charged my credit card three times and wouldn't take care of it for us, their mistake! We called three times to talk to manager, and were told he would call back never did the final call we were told to call our credit card which we did! Thats bad customer service! Will not go back! read more

Great pizza and salad. Saw they'd opened up near my neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Really great. They have a medium thick crust, lots of different toppings, a 4-cheese blend, and optional free crust toppers (I opted for garlic). Store is clean with about 13 tables if you opt to eat in. Their location is really convenient for me and I see doing lots of emergency takeout in the future. read more

Marco's Pizza - Custom small with light pepperoni and black & green olives. Daughter said it's "cheesy, and cheesy in a good way". - Pizza Near Me - Temecula, California

Great pizza spot in Temecula! Its so close to home but its so much better than the other chains. Get the Monday special--its such a great deal. I love how you can get different crusts. Try the butter garlic WITH parmesan. You can combine them! Online ordering is easy. You can also choose whether you want thick or thin crust. The quality of the ingredients is what really makes them stand out. Check online for any specials so that you can save a few bucks. read more

Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I love everything on the menu. Food is so good. From the pizza to the sandwiches just so yummy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean with a soda machine next to the napkins and utensils. A couple of TVs were on- 1 sports, 1 cartoons. We really enjoyed the pizza- we had the garlic butter crust which made us all feel like eating it all up! The bacon was so crunchy and tasty and the meatballs were good, too, moist and plentiful. Buffalo wings weren't crispy under the sauce but it was still delicious. Look for coupons in mail or online, we were given more with our order. We will definitely go back. read more

Excellent service! Delicious food! I ordered delivery and they were very quick, the food was delicious and they were very nice enough to give me an extra sub. Originally they made my sub with the wrong cheese, so they had to remake it, instead of tossing it out or keeping it there they gave it to me for free, so I got two subs for the price of one. That was very nice of them. Customer service is great, the food's great, definitely will be ordering again! read more

Previous experiences were satisfactory. National Pizza Day was a serious disappointment today for us ordering from Marco's. Fool me once... read more

Got a flyer that this place just opened up a little while ago, so I figured I would give it a try. I went in there Halloween day around 2pm and the employees outnumbered me, the only customer in there, by about 10 to one...haha. I assume Halloween is a busy pizza night. Anyways, the pizza was really good. A little pricey but not outrageous. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back! Update: Tried ordering a pizza online for the first time here. When I ordered it, said it would be ready in about an hour, which was fine. But when I checked online 10 minutes later, the status was changed to "Ready for Pick-Up". So I went right away to pick it up and when I got there the guy working at the counter said it was supposed to be ready later and that they haven't even started making it yet. Obviously a glitch with their software but something that definitely needs to be fixed. read more

First time visitor to Marcos Temecula Pkwy pizza. Ordered the $15.99 special, medium pizza with salad, over the phone told the order would be ready in 20 minutes . I am a ReHawk local showed up in 15 minutes and WOW the order was being bagged. The employee made a point of opening the pizza box and showing me the pizza. Drove home 5 minutes and opened our meal. WHATTT!!!. Pizza was Luke warm. Kinda Little Ceasars cooked on another work shift. Salad was properly chilled and plentiful with dressing on the side. Called Temecula pkwy Marcos Pizza and SPECIFICALLY asked for the manager. A employee by the name of Steve, pause said " you can talk to me." Intresting I asked for the manager. Steve said all of there pizzas are hand made to order. Essentially was insulted by my statement I would like to meet the guy who ordered my pizza. Salad was great , Marcos Salads Rock . Live and learn . My lesson was learned . More than 6 pizzerias on Temecula pkwy. Choose wisely my friends. Bon Appétit. read more

We have seen this place and usually gets coupons in the mail but have never really paid much attention as we had our usual place we order from. But, then, something changed with our usual place and it wasn't as good. So, we decided to try Marco's Pizza. We were pleasantly surprised! They have a daily special that gives us 2 large 1-topping pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 liter of soda for $25 bucks!! It is the perfect deal. And they deliver quickly. We love this place. We have even tried their sandwiches and those are amazing, even the next morning. Don't ask. We really recommend this place! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Their service is seriously lacking. I watched one of our pizzas come up and it sat there on the bar because their employees wanted to wait till the next one came up even though we had told the clerk we were eating in the restaurant. Nobody wants to eat cold pizza! My wife had to get up and ask for plates to eat off of, really! Then since she was ignored she had to lean over your counter and get them, while the clerk was on the phone at the counter. Their employees are dense & rude! We watched one of their employees put his hands in his hair and another employee eating in the kitchen. Oh and by the way he did not wash his hands. That is very nasty and is a health hazard! They had employees in the restaurant arguing over an order because one of them did not feel it was important to deliver an order on time because it was the busy time of the evening, even though the customer called it in 2-1/2 hours in advance. That is very poor customer service! There are no condiments. I asked an employee where the salt was. "Oh no sir, sorry we don't have any." REALLY! They don't have salt or pepper, zero. When ordering our food, their clerk did not tell us that there are crust toppers that are free on the pizza. There are no forks, knifes or spoons. They make people wait way too long for their order. Even after their clerk called us to get our order they made us way longer to get it. More poor customer service! Their restaurant won't be in business long in Temecula, CA. There are plenty of places to eat pizza in Temecula, where the restaurants have their act together. We will not be dining in or ordering any of Marco's Pizza Restaurants again. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! read more

Horrible!!! I've called 3 times and the order is still wrong stay away! Good pizza bad service

Yum! Ordered the deluxe uno online and the family was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The pizza was ready for pick-up in 10 mins. Customer service was great. We've found our new favorite pizza place. read more

Ordered for the first time last week and placed a second order on Super Bowl Sunday. It's good pizza easy to order online and you can tract delivery also on time... best of all my pizza eating fanatic sons like it! Crust is good not to doughy/limp, good texture. Sauce is not sweet has good flavor... love the Old World Style Pepperoni. We appreciate all the choices available. We also enjoyed cheesy bread and the steak, cheese and mushrrom sandwich which was good too (bread was soft with crisp outside not to hard, dry and crunchy)! Check out their hot deals we will be ordering those frequently. Thanks and welcome to the neighborhood... read more

The pizza is good, the customer service is good. They get very busy sometimes due to many deliveries. Their pizza is pricey, you are better off by getting their deals. The reason I buy their pizza is because I don't really like Pizza Hut. read more

Call me crazy but I'm really not a huge pizza fan. My fiancé always mentioned Marco's Pizza but I was never interested because, well it's pizza. Can I just say that I take it ALL back? Marco's Pizza is the BEST Pizza I've had in my life!! It's a little pricey, but you so get what you pay for. I'm craving it again just writing this review!! By far the best and I hope you all that see this in your life time can eat here at least once. You won't regret it! read more

This is probably my favorite pizza place in Temecula. Affordable, quick, and just plain delicious! Typically they are pretty fast with delivery and if you google coupons they put out great deals. You get what you pay for. Steak pizza is personal favorite but the sandwiches and salads look amazing as well! Bacon pizza is a little overwhelming but if you're a bacon lover than definitely try it! 4 out of 5 stars only because they occasionally mess up on orders and either don't pack enough sauce (the ones you pay extra for) or mess up on a pizza (but give you an entire new one for free). Either way, if you're having a party or you have friends over, this is the best place that will let you save $ and still have leftovers! read more

I just moved to the area and we do pizza about once every two weeks, so I had to try these guys. The pizza was alright and priced normal. I would pick these guys over pizza Hut but not papa Johns. If it was a pure contest in Temecula on taste I would opt for Rosatis for sure. read more

Good but expensive! My kids favorite pizza place and they're never particular. They should offer more food and stuffed crust! Yum!

our first time trying Marco's... received our delivery order of a large pizza and oven baked sandwich within 40 minutes... flavor of the sauce and crust was quite good...not five-star caliber, but really good. we'll be throwing Marco's into the pizza delivery rotation. read more

This place is awesome. I love the old world pepperonis, and my boyfriend and I usually order a custom pizza with old world pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, feta cheese and spinach, plus cheesy bread if we're starving. It's always ready on time and delicious. I also like that they offer delivery to wine country! My only complaint is that they have pepsi and not coke, but I think that's a franchise-directed thing and me just being picky lol. Overall, great service, great pizza - what else could you want? read more

The staff is always very friendly on the phone as was the delivery driver. The pizza was good and doughy. I needed a change from thin crust and this pizza did the trick. Much better than pizza factory. read more

We love this place and always order anytime we don't want to leave the house! We always get the pepperoni magnifico and it's the bomb with the garlic butter sauce in the crust. HEAVEN!!!! We have ordered many times and they even took care of an small oops and we got a credit for our next pizza. Have been ordering here for almost a year and we just can't get enough. read more

Anyone else having problems calling this place? The phone keeps ringing one time and then nothing happens... Making it very difficult to order from here when they don't have a phone line. :) read more

The people there are awesome! In the few times I have been here, I am always greeted with a smile and a 'welcome'. Now that's out of the way, on to the food part. The pizza is good. Great crust and sauce give it some good flavor, but frankly its hard to mess up a pizza! The turkey sub, not so good. This was about the worst turkey sub I've ever eaten. It seemed like such a processed meat I'm not even sure it was turkey to be honest. Slightly grey and way too round to be anything but cheap, snack bar style turkey. The whole thing was hot and soggy with an odd taste that made it difficult to finish (which I didn't). I would not recommend it to anyone! If you go here for pizza then good for you! If you go here for subs, don't say I didn't warn ya! read more

We have been ordering Marco's Pizza since we've moved here a year ago. We love their pizza and always deliver them hot. We love our pizza! :) read more

Deeeeeelush pizza. After failing to get room service after 1.5 hrs at my winery, called Marcos to get pizza delivered. They call d to confirm and set delivery expectations. Then they called to say on way. Then they called to say out in front of winery. Pizza was hot and YUMMY. You guys can teach the 4 star inns about customer Service. A plus service and food quality. Thank you!!!!!!!!. read more

Hit or miss with this place. Pizzas are okay, sandwiches are another story. Someone in my party ordered the veggie sandwich and it was, hands-down, the most disgusting thing any of us have ever seen/smelled. It was a can of cheap black olives dumped inside some soggy bread with a glob of cheese towards the back end of the sandwich. The time before this, I ordered a meatball sandwich and it made me sick. Will not be ordering from this place again. Thanks. read more

Wow! We are so happy this place is open. I've heard great things about this place, finally tried it and so glad I did. I'm honestly not going to call any other pizza place. From the beginning Brooke was more than happy to help guide me to my meal. Then they show up earlier than they stated. Fantastic. THEN the food. Jeez talk about delicious. The white cheezy pizza , delicious. Cheese bread sticks? Cheesy and delicious. Haha. I know it's sounding too real to be true. And then even the chicken Caesar salad. WHAT?! Fresh chicken , great quality cheese, and the croutons were the best part. Fresh as well. Everything about this place is amazing, and I'd suggest Marco's to anyone. It's so refreshing to have a family owned spot, that's great! Please be around for a while Marco's. Who knows maybe one day my kids will be able to share a pizza with me and make memories. read more

We ordered a Specialty Pizza, Uno and a Single topping Sausage. Had garlic butter free topping on the side. Both were good, but only had 1 piece of Uno left. Since opening, we've eaten Marcos way more than we should. Online ordering works well, confirmation email lets you track your order, deliveries are prompt and made by friendly staff. The pizza is good, occasionally great, and consistently well made. Whether you want a thin crust cheese or a thick crust specialty, we've not been disappointed so far. The cheese bread is inconsistent, however, sometimes amazing but often dry and bland. Be sure to Google for coupons, there are tons out there! read more

I adore this place! The Pizza is amazing! The Hawaiian chicken is over-the-top, and make sure you order their pizza toppers!

Great thin crust pizza!! Friendly employees and great fast service!

Ordered Take Out a few days ago. My husband ordered the All meat speciality pizza and I ordered the Florentine. Both were really good and cooked to perfection. The customer service was really great (the young lady in the front was very friendly and had a smile ready for us as we walked up). I'll definitely be coming back! read more
