First time visitor to Marcos Temecula Pkwy pizza. Ordered the $15.99 special, medium pizza with salad, over the phone told the order would be ready in 20 minutes . I am a ReHawk local showed up in 15 minutes and WOW the order was being bagged. The employee made a point of opening the pizza box and showing me the pizza. Drove home 5 minutes and opened our meal. WHATTT!!!. Pizza was Luke warm. Kinda Little Ceasars cooked on another work shift. Salad was properly chilled and plentiful with dressing on the side. Called Temecula pkwy Marcos Pizza and SPECIFICALLY asked for the manager. A employee by the name of Steve, pause said " you can talk to me." Intresting I asked for the manager. Steve said all of there pizzas are hand made to order. Essentially was insulted by my statement I would like to meet the guy who ordered my pizza. Salad was great , Marcos Salads Rock . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean with a soda machine next to the napkins and utensils. A couple of TVs were on- 1 sports, 1 cartoons. We really enjoyed the pizza- we had the garlic butter crust which made us all feel like eating it all up! The bacon was so crunchy and tasty and the meatballs were good, too, moist and plentiful. Buffalo wings weren't crispy under the sauce but it was still delicious. Look for coupons in mail or online, we were given more with our order. We will definitely go back. read more

Great pizza and salad. Saw they'd opened up near my neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Really great. They have a medium thick crust, lots of different toppings, a 4-cheese blend, and optional free crust toppers (I opted for garlic). Store is clean with about 13 tables if you opt to eat in. Great pizza spot in Temecula! Its so close to home but its so much better than the other chains. Get the Monday special--its such a great deal. I love how you can get different crusts. Try the butter garlic WITH parmesan. You can combine them! Online ordering is easy. You can also choose whether you want thick or thin crust. Call me crazy but I'm really not a huge pizza fan. My fiancé always mentioned Marco's Pizza but I was never interested because, well it's pizza. Can I just say that I take it ALL back? Excellent service! Delicious food! I ordered delivery and they were very quick, the food was delicious and they were very nice enough to give me an extra sub. Originally they made my sub with the wrong cheese, so they had to remake it, instead of tossing it out or keeping it there they gave it to me for free, so I got two subs for the price of one. This is probably my favorite pizza place in Temecula. Affordable, quick, and just plain delicious! Typically they are pretty fast with delivery and if you google coupons they put out great deals. You get what you pay for. Steak pizza is personal favorite but the sandwiches and salads look amazing as well! Bacon pizza is a little overwhelming but if you're a bacon lover than definitely try it! 4 out of 5 stars only because they occasionally mess up on orders and either don't pack enough sauce (the ones you pay extra for) or mess up on a pizza (but give you an entire new one for free). Got a flyer that this place just opened up a little while ago, so I figured I would give it a try. I went in there Halloween day around 2pm and the employees outnumbered me, the only customer in there, by about 10 to one...haha. I assume Halloween is a busy pizza night. Anyways, the pizza was really good. A little pricey but not outrageous. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back! Update: Tried ordering a pizza online for the first time here. When I ordered it, said it would be ready in about an hour, which was fine. But when I checked online 10 minutes later, the status was changed to "Ready for Pick-Up". So I went right away to pick it up and when I got there the guy working at the counter said it was supposed to be ready later and that they haven't even started making it yet. Obviously a glitch with their software but something that definitely needs to be fixed. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Their service is seriously lacking. I watched one of our pizzas come up and it sat there on the bar because their employees wanted to wait till the next one came up even though we had told the clerk we were eating in the restaurant. Nobody wants to eat cold pizza! My wife had to get up and ask for plates to eat off of, really! Then since she was ignored she had to lean over your counter and get them, while the clerk was on the phone at the counter. Their employees are dense & rude! We watched one of their employees put his hands in his hair and another employee eating in the kitchen. Oh and by the way he did not wash his hands. That is very nasty and is a health hazard! They had employees in the restaurant arguing over an order because one of them did not feel it was important to deliver an order on time because it was the busy time of the evening, even though the customer called it in 2-1/2 hours in advance. That is very poor customer service! There are no condiments. I asked an employee where the salt was. "Oh no sir, sorry we don't have any." REALLY! They don't have salt or pepper, zero. When ordering our food, their clerk did not tell us that there are crust toppers that are free on the pizza. There are no forks, knifes or spoons. They make people wait way too long for their order. Even after their clerk called us to get our order they made us way longer to get it. More poor customer service! Their restaurant won't be in business long in Temecula, CA. There are plenty of places to eat pizza in Temecula, where the restaurants have their act together. We will not be dining in or ordering any of Marco's Pizza Restaurants again. Ordered for the first time last week and placed a second order on Super Bowl Sunday. It's good pizza easy to order online and you can tract delivery also on time... best of all my pizza eating fanatic sons like it! Crust is good not to doughy/limp, good texture. Sauce is not sweet has good flavor... love the Old World Style Pepperoni. We appreciate all the choices available. We also enjoyed cheesy bread and the steak, cheese and mushrrom sandwich which was good too (bread was soft with crisp outside not to hard, dry and crunchy)! Hit or miss with this place. Pizzas are okay, sandwiches are another story. Someone in my party ordered the veggie sandwich and it was, hands-down, the most disgusting thing any of us have ever seen/smelled. It was a can of cheap black olives dumped inside some soggy bread with a glob of cheese towards the back end of the sandwich. The time before this, I ordered a meatball sandwich and it made me sick. Wow! We are so happy this place is open. I've heard great things about this place, finally tried it and so glad I did. I'm honestly not going to call any other pizza place. From the beginning Brooke was more than happy to help guide me to my meal. Then they show up earlier than they stated. Fantastic. THEN the food. Jeez talk about delicious. The white cheezy pizza , delicious. Cheese bread sticks? Cheesy and delicious. Haha. I know it's sounding too real to be true. And then even the chicken Caesar salad. WHAT?! I love the old world pepperonis, and my boyfriend and I usually order a custom pizza with old world pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, feta cheese and spinach, plus cheesy bread if we're starving. It's always ready on time and delicious. I also like that they offer delivery to wine country! My only complaint is that they have pepsi and not coke, but I think that's a franchise-directed thing and me just being picky lol. The people there are awesome! In the few times I have been here, I am always greeted with a smile and a 'welcome'. Now that's out of the way, on to the food part. The pizza is good. Great crust and sauce give it some good flavor, but frankly its hard to mess up a pizza! The turkey sub, not so good. This was about the worst turkey sub I've ever eaten. It seemed like such a processed meat I'm not even sure it was turkey to be honest. Slightly grey and way too round to be anything but cheap, snack bar style turkey. The whole thing was hot and soggy with an odd taste that made it difficult to finish (which I didn't). I would not recommend it to anyone! If you go here for pizza then good for you! Since opening, we've eaten Marcos way more than we should. Online ordering works well, confirmation email lets you track your order, deliveries are prompt and made by friendly staff. The pizza is good, occasionally great, and consistently well made. Whether you want a thin crust cheese or a thick crust specialty, we've not been disappointed so far.
