This was my first time trying Marco's. I called & spoke to a man named keiren or something lol he was super nice & gave me a coupon since I was a first time customer which saved me almost 15 dollars. That's good business! The pizza quality was good for what it was. Better than any of the big chains like dominoes or pizza hut. I also like it better than some of the other local places like crowne hill. My only problem was the wings which I didn't think we're too good but it's a pizza place so I'm not to worried about it. The staff there was super nice when I came in to get my pizza too. The young man with orange hair is extremely friendly. It's so good to know a place like this exists where they seem to care about the customer. Our experience at Marco's Pizza was awful. This was the first time we had eaten pizza from this pizza place. The pizza box says, "Promise of Delight..If you are not delighted, call us. We'll make it right by you." When we tried the pizza it was very greasy and salty. We asked to have the pizza remade or refunded and no one on staff was willing to honor the "Promise of Delight." The staff insulted us, blamed us, and then mocked us as we were trying to resolve the situation. This was the worst experience we have had with a pizza place and we will not be returning. read more

It's just another chain pizzeria that manufactures industrial pizza. Had a coupon, some really good deals. Call them, finally after the third call a young girl answered. Ordered an extra large two topping for pickup. Saw the various types of crusts on their flyer, but thin crust wasn't offered for extra large. Asked the young lady about this and was told thin crust WAS available. Get there, they bring my pizza to the counter but it isn't an extra large. I'm like really, why didn't you clowns call me to let me know that thin crust wasn't available for extra large?? Pissed off now because I'm trying to feed 3 adults. No offer to remake an extra large with regular crust. They did give me a discount though after the young lady was going to charge me for an extra large. Get the pizza home and it's cut into 20 itty bitty squares. Really, who does stuff like that? The thin crust wasn't good, it was like a soda cracker, no taste. Notice this is not a mystery clue, just the plain fact that it is very difficult to obtain a good pizza in Temecula, and for that matter in other cities, it certainly does not single out this cool city. We should know, for we have tried several places to no avail. Franchises are a given disappointment, generally speaking. Their formula consists of nothing out of the ordinary, and probably their main concern is cost, as they use pizza sauce with no redeeming qualities, ingredients by the boxes, and average paid personnel. Marco's Pizza is also a franchise. We received a big page coupon in the mail, and we read the reviews of the place. Since they opened recently, once again curiosity stir the wallet and we decided to order from one of the offers in the page. 1 large Specialty Pizza & 1 Large 1 topping pizza for $21.99, and since it was delivery, $2.50 were automatically added to the order, plus $5 for the driver, equal $7.50 for less than a mile? Meat Supremo Large, regular price $17.99. We chose Thin Crust, ingredients were cheese, classic pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon and sprinkled with extra cheese. The pizza arrived on time. The crust was dried at the bottom as opposed to greasy, which we particularly dislike, the sausage amount was small, but each piece was rather big as compared to most other pizza joints. The ham was very well camouflaged, and the bacon magnifying glass size. Overall, it tasted slightly better than similar pizzas. Their sauce had absolutely nothing special worth mentioning about it. Easy to eat. 3.5 Stars. 1 Large Pepperoni, regular price $14.74. This one the most conventional of pizzas, unless truly special, one is bound to classify it as nothing special. Their red sauce not particulary special in any way, shape or form, which is sad but predictable. Ratio of pepperoni, cheese and sauce: sauce first, pepperoni and cheese slightly behind, the thin crust again, dry at the bottom, and probably in this one slightly over cooked. 3.5 Stars. Must point the following: the list of ingredients long and appealing. Noticed a regular pepperoni, and an Old World pepperoni. An expert by now (a professed pepperoni master), I am curious, which is always the first step on possibly making a wrong decision in my case, about this intriguing name-is it thicker, aged longer, secret recipe, etc?- If there is a next time, which is not likely any time soon, perhaps I will order a double the Old World pepperoni, for a taste of classy delight, light sauce. Also noticed a white sauce, pizza crust toppers? is this offer associated with the crust itself mixed with Garlic Butter, Parm Cheese, or Roma? Mixed with the dough, or placed in strategic location?, and a nice addition I felt: Instructions: how well done or less done by the same token, flour instead of cornmeal -say what?-what is that all about-is it only for the bottom while it cooks, or have I been eating cornmeal dough perhaps? Ignorance is bliss! Service efficient online, and pleasant on delivery guy part. Yes, the more the better, really, for I would love to see a heavy competition among the pizza places in Temecula, a once a year who are the top 3, I am always dreaming on the golden age of pizza, magnificent crusts, delightful sauces, and hard to get toppings spare no expense to please the discerning pizza lovers. 3.5 Stars. read more

Had a run in with a delivery driver on my street tonight, music blaring and speed increasing as my two autistic sons were crossing the road, I confronted the driver over her speed and just asked that she slow down in residential areas, this led to a debate. I called the store and "Steve" I guess a manager said he would educate the driver. From here on out I'll be asking all my neighbors to order from somewhere else, my kids your kids are not replaceable especially for someone delivering a pizza. The shitty thing is, the driver saw my kids and didn't slow down, and when confronted she acknowledged she saw them. read more

My goodness, I actually have a pizza on its way but the first time I had it was in Utah and it was the best pizza I've ever had..,I knew we had one in Temecula so I thought I would try it, I have had an issue every single time I have ordered pizza there since the first time, nothing major just minor stuff like inconsistencies of the pizza and today I called and asked what time they stop delivering and the girl said will you hold a moment let me check and I said OK no problem thank you and then she got back on the phone and told me what time and I said do you guys have any specials tonight I'd like to order for delivery she said oh OK let me check for you and then I can hear her in the background asking somebody how to put the phone on hold (you work there and you're going to paycheck and you don't know how to put the phone on hold that's a problem ) and asking questions it was extremely frustrating considering all I wanted to do was order a pizza and I respect when people are training but every single time I've dealt with them it seems like whoever's there has no idea what they're doing not a clue in the world I was going to give them one star but I gave them two because one of the three or four times I ordered pizza it was what I expected it was fantastic so I ended up going online and just ordering the pizza so I didn't have to confuse her burden any of their staff , and taking that much longer for me to actually get it because I felt like whoever was answering phone had no I idea what they were doing so I ordered it online and eventually I will get it and hopefully it's delicious but I think there's a lot of training that needs to be had it sounds like maybe they hire a bunch of high school students that they don't train, age is not a problem but they need to be trained properly if they want to continue to have businesses and compete with all the pizza competitors in town...The only reason why I continue to order there is because the pizza in Utah was phenomenal so I know that that's their standard and hope that I get it read more
