Baked ziti is a personal favorite, and the only way it was offered was in a combo with other things. No ravioli except the kind stuffed with seafood. The lasagna and spaghetti & meatballs seem tacked on the menu like an afterthought. I didn't see any menu items that I can't get anywhere else. Stiff competition in this category - there are some very good Italian restaurants in Slidell. That said, Joe's definitely has the potential to be a solid 4-stars.
