This place won't just make you love their wings, it will make you appreciate the craft of cooking…read morewings. Wings are like sushi. It's a simple food that reflects the care given to each aspect of its preparation. The main hot sauce has that special level of tang that makes you want to take another bite. As for the bake, the skin is crispy, part of the restaurant's made-to-order nature. That does mean you need to call a good deal of time ahead, so plan ahead. I have seen some reviewers complain that the wings are not jumbo-sized. If you want the most meat possible, get some fried chicken and dip it in hot sauce. I won't judge. If you want great wings, the smaller ones are better. This improves the sauce, skin, and meat ratios, creating a dense flavor experience. The menu has a focused but diverse selection of sauces, but I haven't been able to pull myself away from that main hot sauce to try them yet. As with the hot sauces, there is a focused selection of simple yet well-thought-out side dishes. A friend of mine got the chicken wrap and was able to get the jerk seasoning added to it. I'm looking forward to grabbing the BBQ Ranch Fries next time I go. If I had one suggestion, it would be for them to make their own blue cheese dressing. These wings deserve the best accompaniment.

I ordered some Mango Habernao wings. It took a little more time than normal to get my wings. At first, when I saw my wings, I was like WTF, these are some mini-wings. But then after i took my first bite, I was like ohh yeah, where have you been all my life? They were delicious and the presentation was great. I also got an order of gator balls, which for those with their minds in the gutter, are gator meat in the form of a ball. They were as awesome as the wings. But, it is a small serving. Service here is ok. They do their job and are not rude. Nothing special. Well, all in all this place has some very good food. I think they even cater. If you want some good wings, this is your spot. Just keep in mind that the wings and serving sizes are small. So, you may either consider pre-gaming your meal or ordering a larger size.

Horrible!!! 0 out of 10 do not recommend!…read moreMy husband and I patronized this restaurant on yesterday. When we got there, there was no one in line to order. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes without being greeted when the young lady finally came to take our order. The first thing she told us is it's gonna be a 35 minute wait we agreed to wait and I started to place a order. She then tells me there is no chicken strips or boneless chicken wings so I ordered the six piece wing with seasoned fries my husband ordered the hot sausage with seasoned fries and a punch. We wait for 35 minutes. She then call us up to get the food my wings were cold, the fries were unseasoned. the price of a six piece wing combo and the hot sausage combo was $35. The prices were ridiculous. The portions were small. the wings were tiny and cold and fries and wings are just something you could get out of the frozen foods section at any grocery store. This place was very disappointing

We tried the 4 bean soup and the turkey burger bc a couple of friends suggested we give it a try. The soup was good, didn't need the corn, but it was good, especially if you lo e beans. The burger was not a patty, it was real ground turkey and it was a nice size, tasty also. I got it on wheat bun or whole grain, idr...but the burger itself was a little dry, could have added a little more mayo Other than that, everything was good. If you don't like noise, that's not the place for you bc like I said its busy, people talking and its just a place where people are comfortable and fellowship with friends and family.

We rarely have to wait for a table, even when they are busy. They have a lot of TVs going all the time. This is an excellent place to watch an LSU or Saints game. The restaurant is located in the Slidell train station, and occasionally a train rumbles through while you're eating which is different and kind of fun. Things happen, but the service is usually good and the management seems genuinely concerned that everyone has a good Customer Experience. The menu has a wide range of things, something for everyone, but the burgers are what we usually get. They have some creative combo burgers but the regular cheeseburger is just as nice. The hot sandwiches and po-boys are good. Every one comes with fries as a side, but they also offer a choice of coleslaw or potato salad. Both are excellent and a nice alternative to fries. The fried mushrooms are better than most. The side salads are fresh and cold and almost big enough to call an entree. They have a good selection of draft beers at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

That said, I absolutely love the wings from BWW. I always look and consider the burgers and sandwiches. (The Bird Dawgs look fantastic!) I had a salad once and it was good, but I always seem to get the wings. The sauce selection is great. The Thai Curry is my absolute favorite wing flavor anywhere, at any wing place. I have never found another that surpasses it. I get it every time, then I try one of the other sauces so I don't get stuck in a rut. I must say, they are all pretty good. The Caribbean Jerk is very well done. Most of the seasonal limited-time flavors have been good. The restaurant itself is pretty typical of the BWWs I have been to. It is large and high-ceilinged so it is loud and echoey even if the crowd is small. On a game day (Saints) it is deafeningly so. The service is hit or miss. We have had wonderful service and only so-so. Never what I would call truly bad though. There was a time when the service here was sloooooowwww but that seems to have turned around. The draft beer selection is very good - I have to respect any place that has Pabst Blue Ribbon on tap. Getting takeout has been painless. It has its' flaws but in general I always enjoy my experiences here.
