This is the seventh time I have ordered a sandwich with chips that weren't delivered. We went in and inquired as to why this might be. The person at the counter stated that it was on the driver's job to ensure that the chips were added to the bagged order. This seems completely wrong. The sandwiches are ok. It should also be noted that firehouse hasn't answered every time we have called them about this issue before closing time. We actually do like the sandwiches but their system is flawed.

Pretty good, even though I've had better this place is really cool. It's set up like a firehouse in the inside and is very kid friendly. The bread is so soft and the cinnamon apple bbq is a must try.

Never had a bad sandwich, they all taste great. Love the lime aid drink. The crew is always very talkative and entertaining.

Decent sub sandwich, annoying doorbell in the store is a reason not to dine in. Apparently they don't follow orders here and will give you onions even if you tell them multiple times "no onions". Even if the receipt of your order specifies no onions, they will give them to you and your sandwich will taste like an onion even if you peel them off.

Yummy yummy!!!

Great food and experience. The steak and cheese is my number one favorite followed by the smokehouse brisket and then the club.

You pull a number when you get in, they call you, then you put in your order. They are fast, efficient, and nice. We got two specials so we could trade sandwich halves. Went with the cardini and the Roxy. The cardini was a delicious crispy crunchy chicken cutlet rave. The Roxy was a creamy cheesy meatball extravaganza. I will be back to decide what types of parties the other sandwiches are.

I ordered The Polly which is labelled under Hot Sandwiches. Of course, it had to be on focaccia. Idc what you say. It went on focaccia for $2 extra. A sandwich is incomplete without chips so naturally I picked up a bag of cracked pepper chips. The wait was about 5-10 mins. During my wait, I enjoyed the retro-esque decor and design of the interior scape. It's intimate and cozy aka smaller sit down area with 5 to 6 tables. The Polly per website: Grilled chicken, smoked gouda, bacon, Calabrian chili hot honey, arugula in Calabrian vinaigrette Absolutely stellar. Chicken was tender, juicy and seasoned well. The smoked Gouda definitely elevated the experience. Also, the bitter arugula was able to cut through the spiciness of the hot honey. Definitely a local favorite. Total with tip: $24

Chocolate chip cookie (9/10): Highlight of the meal. It's a pretty good cookie. Fruit cup w/ dip (8/10): That dip! Yum. Much better tasting than the dip you get in the grocery store fruit trays. The strawberries and pineapple could've been sweeter, but the grapes were good. Service (9/10) The to-go team member was knowledgeable and friendly. She told me about the catering process, which was helpful. Ambiance (8/10) I picked up a to-go order so I didn't receive the full experience, but the place looked clean and inviting.

It is so rare to find a place where the food tastes the same every single time you visit. I never have to worry about a recipe changing unexpectedly or the quality dipping; it's always that same savory, delicious flavor I've come to crave. Because the food is so good, the word has definitely gotten out! It starts to get quite busy and energetic right around 11:30 AM. If you're planning to dine in, just be prepared for a lively, loud atmosphere--it's a popular spot for a reason! What really keeps me coming back is the complimentary ice cream cone. There is something so special about an establishment that shows appreciation for its patrons by offering a little treat on the house. Even when the restaurant is packed, that gesture makes you feel like a valued customer. For the most part, the machine is always up and running perfectly, unless it's down for a quick tune-up. Overall, if you want a reliable, delicious lunch with a sweet finish, you can't beat this place. It's worth every penny
