Should be an option to give zero stars, but I digress. Calzone and small pizza Should be fairly easy to pull off, but apparently not for this place. Calzone was made with no sauce, and an abundance of sawdust and the pizza may have been pretty good, if it was the one I ordered and of course if it was cooked. First time at this place and it was very good! The order was done pretty quick of course that could change with higher volume hours , but the food its self was very good and we were very satisfied! Would definitely recommend over the commercial places! read more

There pizza was good you just have to modify it a lot to get a really good pizza but there wings was soooo good especially the hot and bbq flavored, im not a fan of hot sauce cause sometimes there's no flavor on it just spicy, but this one it has a taste and spice kick at the same time. the service was depend on how busy the restaurant is, so i get it especially now that it's almost Christmas (12/22/24) but the last time we order online it was fast, we went there (14minutes drive to where i live) and its already ready to pick up. Been going here since it opened and it was really good. Then the last 3 times it has gotten worse. Ordered 7/15/2025 and this is the last time I will go here. The pepperoni and mushroom pizza I ordered tasted like so bad I don't know what cheese they used this time but it's gross. The mushrooms were rubbery like straight out of a can. If zero stars was an option... that would've been the score. Ordered a couple pizzas and bread online for pickup on May 11 (Mother's Day) at 10:45 am. Never had tried the brand before, but my Mom has and liked it. Arrived at the store at 10:45 am, and saw pizzas coming out of the oven, but looking undercooked. The person behind the counter looked frazzled, and was on the phone with someone. She kept mentioning "the oven" and eventually hung up. I asked if everything was ok, and she said "I got here at 9:30 and turned on the oven, it's supposed to be 475 degrees but it's only 375, so I'm going to put your pizzas halfway through". Having run a pizza company and knowing a little about ovens, having two partially cooked pizzas that sat on the end of the conveyor for 10 min put back in was not a good option, so after she tried (and nearly dropped) multiple items, and then shoving them back a few times, I said I'd like to cancel the order and get a refund. She asked why, and I explained this didn't seem like it was going to be a quality product. She said "I need to call the manager to see how to do that" and did. After a bunch more back and forth about the oven and my wanting a refund, someone walker her through the process to cancel the order and she told me the money would be on my card in a few days. I asked for a receipt showing the cancelation and refund, and she handed me a copy. A few added details on why this was one (zero) stars: The store was filthy for it being the start of a shift. The floors were dirty all around the store, and the place was a mess. I'm guessing the closer either bailed or half assed it. The employee was also unkempt and wearing a dirty apron. Her hair was not contained in a net or hat, and was not clean. She also was in crocks, which seemed gross. The knowledge about the oven, register system, and store basics was low. I get oven issues happen, but this was someone who either didn't run a lot of shifts or it was her first one. She was polite, but the cleanliness and limited operational knowledge didn't inspire confidence. The last reason was the best: Sunday I went on and left feedback via the company website with most of the info here, and no surprise, there's been no response. I didn't expect a call right away, but come on not even a "hey we got your message we will be in touch" acknowledgment. If I were the manager, district manager, franchisee, or franchisor and got all this, I'd want to know more. Obviously they don't. Pizza is about value, quality, and most of all customer service. This one is a zero for me. I'd never order there again, but lucky for me there's not another Marcos close to where I live, and I'm guessing there never will be based on this experience. I went on the Dominos app, placed a similar order, and by the time I got to the 83rd Ave store it was ready (and cooked, and the store was clean, no one was wearing crocks, and everyone had a hat on). read more

Fast delivery and good quality pizza. Was a bit pricey but the speed of arrival and taste was worth it.

This place is a joke! You are better off getting a pizza from the grocery store than deal with these people. We submitted and ordered and paid for it with the expectation of an hour wait time. It was a busy night with a game and knew there would be longer than average wait times. So at the 50 min mark, they cancelled the order and called to say hey we are closing and not moving forward with your order and just hung up the phone. No sorry, we made a mistake, let us find a way to show you customer service. Just we cancelled and hung up. This is the reason companies like this are going under and losing income is because they are horribly managed and careless about customer service! read more

The pizza was great on previous orders, until we decided to try the fiery pizza with the spicy cheese blend. It tasted like someone sprinkled cayenne pepper all over the pizza. It tasted terrible and was the wrong kind of spicy. I couldn't eat it. Stick to the regular cheese because whatever that was they put on my pizza did not taste like cheese... Also paid $2 for mushrooms and no mushrooms. I'm not driving 15 minutes each way in 115 degrees for a new pizza or a refund... read more

Decent pizza! Great prices. We got a bunch of coupons in the mail which prompted us to order from this place for the first time. Oddly, the coupon we tried using wasn't showing up in their system but they gave us the discount anyway. Delivery took a while (over an hour) but I understand that they are busy. read more

Decided to try Marcos for dinner as they recently opened and figured to give them a try. They had a family pack which was a specialty pizza, wings and cheese bread. The wings were well done just as requested and had some pretty good flavor to them. The cheese bread was phenomenal. It even heated up in the oven the next day and tasted even better! The pizza was good and it's more of a thicker classic dough. My only complaint is the cornmeal on the bottom was HEAVY. After every bite you felt like your hand was covered in sand. When I wiped it off the pizza for the most part was pretty good. The toppings were really good and fresh and didn't taste like it was sitting around for hours. Marco's Pizza is addictive! We like to order an XL The Works with garlic crust. I kept getting local recommendations for this place so we finally tried it. It was a hit with all 9 people at my house. We've got pizza from here a few times since they opened. It's always been a good experience. Everyone is very friendly and the food is great! I had a pizza delivered yesterday and it was great Showed up in about 25 minutes, the driver left it on our porch bench just like I wanted(we're sick ) and it was hot and looked perfect. First time trying this pizza place, since it open not to long ago, and I'm impressed, first with the customer service, every one greet me when I came in, and as busy as they're were, they seem to be ,happy working, I always said if the persons cooking your food are happy your food is going to be good , the girl at the front was really nice, my pizza was ready, and still hot , I got a couple of sodas, so I told the girl that I be back for the sodas ,after I take the pizza's to my car, and she offer to help me with the pizza's, to my car that was awesome especially being 108 degrees outside, the pizza's tasted as good as they look, still hot by the time I got home, even my younger son, like it and he doesn't like pizza. Never a long wait. Longest I've waited is about 30 minutes and that's with delivery! The store seems to be very organized and clean. All the employees are busy but polite and ready to help customers. Last but not least the food is amazing. The pizza is always hot and almost taste like Costco pizza.
