I called to see if they were open and the guy answered the phone and he was super nice and informed me that they were open so I placed an order for pick up. Every person working there was handling food without gloves. I watched a male employee take off his hat, scratch his head and continue touching breadsticks without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Watched the manager handle cash and then go right back to touching food without washing hands or wearing gloves. It's really gross and I didn't want to eat the food I purchased. We ordered almost $60 worth of food online. We waited for the email that never came, but due to us tracking our order online we thought we knew when the order would be ready for pick-up. Headed over, still waiting for tracker to say the order was ready, but that didn't occur in a decent amount of time, therefore my son went in, put the pizza in the backseat and drove back home which is 5 minutes away. Love the idea of a drive thru option I wish other little Caesars locations also had drive thru. The times that I've been here it has been nothing but great service . Drive thru line goes quick but on weekends tends to take a little bit longer . Luckily I haven't dealt with any rude employees. I like Little Caesars, it's cheap but I very much enjoy the crazy bread and deep dish, especially when it's prepared properly. This is the single worst location I have ever been too. I've been here twice, each time the staff seemed clueless, my order was messed up and it took forever. The second and last time I went, it took two hours to get two orders of crazy bread and a deep dish. The staff messed up my order three times and everyone else's in the restaurant. There was a line out the door because of the constant mess ups and people were leaving after paying. I was there for two hours because I received my correct order (sloppy correct order). The first time - after an hour of waiting they said they couldn't find my order and said they would refund my money. They refunded me $1.08 of a $15 order. I emailed corporate from their webpage and haven't heard back - but it has only been 4 weeks. The next time I tried to let them redeem themselves their computer was down and they couldn't connect the 60+ pizzas that were sitting there with the 30 people waiting in line.
