I told her that I did not want brown lettuce. I asked if she had more lettuce and she said that they were waiting on a delivery. Went here on a Friday evening. It wasn't super busy but there was steady business. Got a pepperoni pizza and Marion berry lemonade. Food was good. Crust a tiny bit burnt but not too bad. The girls split a No name red velvet cake to finish off their meal. We got these pizzas: "The maddy" which is a cheese pizza. We added black olives. I love mod pizza! First time at this location.. the female assembling my pizza was nice. I went in for takeout. Then she handed it to another male staff member who put it in the oven. I was really disappointed with MOD Pizza. The crust was way too hard, there wasn't enough sauce, and there definitely wasn't enough cheese. On top of that, the portions are very small for the price. I paid about $16 with tax for an 11 inch pizza, and it honestly wasn't worth it. For that amount of money, you're much better off going to Marco's Pizza or Barro's Pizza you get more food, better quality, and better value. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

BEST MOD PIZZA LOCATION! I don't know what it is, but this location ALWAYS hits the spot! Pizzas come out amazing every single time. Service is friendly and even when we have complicated orders they happily oblige. I love their outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice. MOD Pizza may be a fast food chain, but it's honestly some of the best pizza ever. I'm sad that I'll be moving away from this location! Good experience, it was pretty empty when I went so we were able to get our food pretty quickly. They have pizza boxes on the side for leftovers which is nice. This location is close to my house so it's in a convenient shopping plaza if I am craving it in the future. I just wish they had more toppings available for the pizzas. read more

Went for a pick up order between 1:12-1:20pm dec 27,2023 Heard the worker drop the f bomb five times loudly . There were two other guests in the store so it was pretty quiet . Pizza was really good. The staff was friendly when you approached them. However none of the staff was interested in making sure the customer was happy. They seem to have more than double the amount of employees then what was needed and they all was huddled in the kitchen laughing with each other. Social distancing enforced but the establishment is large enough with outside seating which we utilized. Pizza from here is delicious as usual. I usually have lovely experiences at Mod, but I gotta say, this was by far the worst.. Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong did. The gentleman making our pizzas couldn't remember what went on them which wasn't the end of the world but was a bit concerning. Then he charged me for two pizzas and two large drinks even though I had a reward for one free pizza and only asked for one small drink.. then they cut my pocket pie in half instead of folding it.. turns out it's much harder to eat a pocket pie when all the toppings are falling out all over the place. Last night I ordered two pizzas from Mod pizza. One of the pizzas, although it looked sloppy in presentation was still tasty according to the family member that ate it. My pizza looked great! However, on the inside flap of the box there was something smashed on it that I couldn't identify. I can't tell if it is some sort of meat or an insect. Either way, if you enlarge the pic, you will see that the substance appears to have some sort of pet hair in it. The outside of the box had food on it as well. In all fairness, I do not know if this occurred at the restaurant, or as a result of the Uber Eats delivery person. Never the less, it killed my appetite and the pizza went into the trash. The restaurant is big and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Even with Covid restrictions they have plenty of tables available. I would leave zero stars if I could. I came here on Monday, August 31st at 9:35pm. Staff was very rude and made it clear they did not want to help us. To make matters worse, the place was gross! The guy cleaning the floors killed a bug on the wall using the box of gloves, mind you this happened right where they greet you and get your dough. And to finish it off, the girl serving us made our pizzas, left them on the counter for 3 minutes (I timed it) while she cleaned the counters without gloves. First off, I love building my own pizza, but I was put off by what I saw today. Today is the second time I've come in this week for dinner with a friend. The first time it was a lull between busy times and it was interesting to see a staff of all young men standing about chatting and talking on their phones when there were tables that could have been wiped down. So I wiped down my own table while I waited for my friend. I came back today to meet my friend for a follow up meeting and it was a little busier. Some of the same people were here with the addition of a few more young people. While waiting to place my order I noticed the dirty wet floors in the back kitchen area that everyone seemed content to just walk around. There was another young man who seemed new to the job. I love newbies, but this person needs a little more training. This guy didn't change his gloves like the others, and needs a BELT. He kept adjusting his flour stained pants without removing his gloves and continued to touch food. He also had string bracelets on both arms that hung beyond his gloves and drug across everything he touched. I'm sure some basic cleanliness was covered in orientation and he may have first day jitters. This was the worst I've seen so far. Hopefully the young staff here will clean up their acts soon.
