We came and my husband ordered a pizza and wings they called his name for the wings and there was not pizza with them, he left thiking we were getting a second call for the pizza , never did , he went and checked and manager ( Chris) we called your pizza its gone you should of put attention to your name , we called 2 times ( we never heard a call) made us another one brought it to the table ( Anthony) not even a smile , thank you , apology or anything just threw the pizza and left. My husband told me that their service was worst, for some reason the lady that was taking my husbands order told my husband and my brother in law that they don't have any family meal and she's giving them attitude. We ORDERED six pizzas and one dessert pizza, plus wings and 12 drinks . All the pizza came out one at a time, so we had to make six trips to the counter. WE talked to the manager regarding why we are missing two pizzas, manager said that "the order was lost or overlooked, manager resolution was very rude, said" we can refund you your money" and forget about the other two pizzas, rather than apologizeing or offering pizzas that where already made so the rest of the group can eat we got the cold shoulder, eventually the two other pizzas were made. I had a birthday party here at 1pm on a Sunday. It wasn't busy when I arrived and the table was marked off for our party. The tables had crumbs on them so I had to ask someone to come clean them. Our party host came over 10 minutes before the party to introduce herself and told me she'd be back in 10 minutes. I didn't see her for about 35-40 minutes after that. I ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizzas. They were both overcooked and kind of dry. The breadsticks were good but the marinara sauce served with it was super watery. Guests ordered some of their own pizzas which appeared fresher and better prepared than the ones made for the party. We liked the fun passes that came with the party package. It was really convenient and cool to not have to keep up with tickets and tokens. Good location, just needs to work on the pizzas for parties being the same quality as the other pizzas and the customer service. read more

It's been a while since I've visited a Peter Piper and it was surprising to see the changes they've made during the pandemic. I'll focus on the constants first- in terms of food, the pizza is still delicious :D. Plenty of birthday parties are still happening, but this specific location has the party area separate from normal seating; much easier to find your people to celebrate with! The game area is what shocked me, I remember it looking much bigger when I was a child; this location didn't have a plethora of options like I would've preferred. They've also gotten rid of tokens and now you use a "Fam Fun Pass" card with virtual credits to win virtual tickets. This does remove the thrill of pridefully walking around with bunches of paper tickets in your hands. There is a feature where you get unlimited play for 30 minutes which was cool, and you can always add more money to the card using the kiosk. I was a bit sad that each game gives you way less tickets than they used to when you win; they've made it more difficult to collect tickets :(. The prize wall/area has also shrunk significantly. Children probably still see the magic in this place, but it takes a mental toll on you when you're paying for everything as an adult haha read more

It was a slow monday, one family eating dine in and i came to pick up my to go order that should of been ready by the time i got there, however the employees forgot to make the wings so they added 15-20 mins on top of my wait. Once donc they gave me a cold large pepperoni pizza and the wings were not well done, rarely cooked thorough, and they said they couldnt remake it or give a refund, they instead walked away. read more

Great pizza! Always hot and comes out fast. It's also a good place to just let the kids run around. My recommendation would be to check their website for deals. While it is very delicious pizza, it can get a little pricey. So check out their deals to save a little bit. Their deals are pretty good usually. Tried the fried zucchini at this visit for the first time and it was decent! Tasted like the ones at the state fair. The crust is always crispy and it's an easy way to feed tons of people. This location gets pretty busy during peak times, but the team here works hard to get your food out in a timely manner. Love Triple P's! read more

Worst customer service I've ever come across. We came in, spent over $50, spent over an hour waiting. Asked once where our order was, was told there was a 30 minute wait time for pizza. Said okay, sat down. Waited a longer. Asked again and they could no longer find our order. So I told them never mind we didn't wanna wait another 30 minutes for pizza. So they asked for our receipt. They asked if we wanted a receipt when we made the order so we said no its fine. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager came out asked for the buzzer number. Gave him buzzer number and then he says no I need a receipt number. So he talks to the guy who took the order and asked for the name on the order, we gave it to him and he says no I cant find it, I need the receipt number. Having worked in customer service, I've looked through the whole system for a customer. I've dug through receipt trash for a customer. Really sad that I did not have that same outstanding treatment. How are you a manager but don't know how to look up a damn receipt? So we're out over $50 and an hour and a half of my life that I will never get back What a damn shame. read more

June 20th. 2019 11:08am I went Peter Piper Pizza with my 2yr old nephew. Adriana the lady who took my order and refused to give back my property when I asked. She told me she was the Manager. Adriana started going through my tokens. Then she started separating my tokens. I asked her what she was doing? She said they didn't want some of my tokens in there machines. She took the tokens without my consent an set them next to the cash register. I asked her can I have my property back. Adriana said No, that they will give them back after I left. I told her No, it's my property an illegal to take any person's property without the consent. She still didn't give them back. I informed her to call the police because this is theft. Adriana pretended to pick up phone but never called the police. I told her again to call police, she pretended to pick up phone an never did. So adriana left to the back without giving me my property back. Some guy came out an told me that it was too much work to pick out bad tokens. And if I didn't like it I should leave. The he repeated I should leave again in a rude voice. I said ok, that's what I was trying do an leave. Just wanted to contact there office before I left. I go to Peter Piper Pizza almost every week. Either I take my nieces and nephews or my T-ball team for some fun. I've never seen anyone else's tokens have to be checked before entering Peter Piper Pizza. I guess I must of looked poor, homeless, or the color of my skin made them think my tokens or money weren't good enough Peter Piper Pizza. Will never go their again and any other Peter Piper Pizza. Overrun with homeless on patio and allowed in business and bathrooms. They allow this behavior and we're told management is lenient with the homeless and allows them to use drugs in the bathroom, get water cups and wash themselves on the patio. They won't even remove them from the property when making families uncomfortable. If they want to cater to the homeless drug addicts instead of paying customers they will probably not be around much longer. Absolutely horrible. read more

I went for the buffet this morning. Even though they were extremely busy. Everyone was really nice, clean and efficient. But there was one person who stood out the most and that was a gentleman by the name of Nate. Nate not only helped my by taking my order but was also nice enough to cook some wings that I ordered (which were perfectly cooked, first time that ever happened at any ppp). But he actually went out of his way to bring them to my table since I had to wait for a little bit. his customer service overall was excellent and he deserves a raise or a really deserving recognition! We've never wanted to go in here before because we are in our 50's and the kid atmosphere doesn't appeal to us. However.....we wanted a good New York style pizza and we don't have many options in Laveen for that, so we thought we'd give take-out from here a try. (The other fast food pizza chains around here are too predictable. They are pretty cheap and taste terrible to us). We ordered the three cheese, pepperoni, size large, which has 8 slices. The service was quick. It was ready the moment I got there (they said it would be ready at 7pm and I was there right at 7pm on the dot.). The place was otherwise empty, but it was Wednesday night and COVID is still looming. The service was courteous and everyone appeared to be keeping busy cooking and cleaning, rather than just sitting around, which is a good sign. At home the pizza was still piping hot. The flavor is really good, but what we like the most is the crust. We got the "original" (not to thin, not too thick) and it was crispy, it had actual girth and flavor, as opposed to the bland, soggy, droopy and doughy flavor that you'd get from the cheaper places. So, yeah, the pizza was just under $20....but for a 20-spot, half a pizza filled both of us quite well. It is a solidly good pizza. The extra cheese made it delicious, and there was plenty of pepperoni. They did not skimp. It is a dense pizza of higher quality than the cheaper chains. Would definitely go back. We recommend this place for take-out. read more
