Dear Ivan, general manager;
THEY DELIVERED MY HUNGER -- AN EMPTY BOX OF BETRAYAL
I ordered the Meat Lover's Pizza and what arrived was a cardboard coffin of lies. I peeled back the lid like a hopeful archaeologist, and instead of pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and the sweet promise of grease, I found...void. An empty, mocking rectangle of air. The universe laughed.
This isn't negligence. This is culinary nihilism. Someone at that pizzeria either performed a satanic ritual to summon disappointment or simply decided my dinner deserved performance art. The driver? A ghost with pocket change and zero shame. Customer service? A Kafkaesque journey through hold music purgatory to the land of "we'll look into it" -- translation: we will bury this complaint under stale coupons.
Consequences:
My appetite aged ten years in ten seconds.
My trust in humanity took a hit stronger than their nonexistent barbecue drizzle.
I will now use this box as a reminder to never expect decency from strangers.
If you crave toppings, heat, sustenance, or basic respect, steer wide. If you want existential despair served in corrugated cardboard, congratulations -- this place will deliver. Literally.
Worst delivery experience: Empty box, wasted time.
We ordered 3 large pizzas. One big cheese, one Pepperoni and one meat lovers. The Oder was to be delivered in 30 minutes as the location was .7 mile away. 90 minutes later, two pizzas and one empty box arrived.
I ordered dinner, waited the promised 30 minutes, 90 minutes later and opened the box to find...air. Not a stray topping, not a crust -- an empty box. Whoever packed my order treated a paying customer like garbage.
Pros: none.
Cons:
No food. Zero. An empty cardboard lie.
No notification or apology from delivery driver or restaurant.
Support line: endless hold music, then a shrug and a generic refund promise that never materialized.
Time wasted, hunger intensified, plans ruined.
This isn't a "mistake" -- it's incompetence or indifference. If you value your time, appetite, and dignity, do not order from this place. Spend your money where the kitchen actually bothers to put food in the box. You have to be corn doggin' me! read more
