Stopped in to the Greeley location to order a few pizzas to take home. We were looking at the posted menu board and one of the items listed (a pizza) was way cheaper than the others so we asked if that was accurate and the guy had a snarky, rude tone and said give me a break - isn't it obvious that is an error! Actually no, I would expect the business to have the correct menu and prices displayed and that they would correct it if there was an error. So condescending and rude! If this was the only pizza place available, I'd never have pizza again because I don't like being treated poorly when I'm spending my hard earned money. read more

I like the pizza, but let me tell you our delivery tale: We selected contactless delivery, an option on the website. I know some people are probably like, "Ugh, you're too good to chat with a delivery driver," and I'm like, "Look, I tip at least 25% on a delivery, which is a hefty sum at this place, so I think the driver is probably just fine." Anyway, we make the selection, and the dude shows up at the door and keeps knocking. He knocks, knocks again, and we figure, "Okay, there must be some issue." When we answer, homeboy says, "I know you selected contactless delivery, but I wanted to talk to you and see if you read your Bible." The dude was using pizza as a Trojan Horse to proselytize. Not cool. If someone knocks on the door, and I'm not expecting, say, a delicious pizza, and I see they're standing on the porch with a Bible, I can choose to just leave the door closed, or I can choose to open the door and politely say No Thanks. It's kind of annoying under the best of circumstances because I know where you all are, okay? When I'm interested in religion, I think I know where to find you. Still in those big buildings with the huge crosses on the front? Cool. But when it's the pizza guy, it's much worse. Because I paid this dude to come over and ask me about my reading habits. Ordered 8 pizzas for a company meeting online and everything was done perfectly. From ordering online to the pizza quality, everything was satisfactory and everyone else thought so as well. I would highly recommend the deluxe pizza for those that enjoy vegetables and ordering online as they have many specials listed that are quite the deal! read more

This place is a joke. I asked the employee who took my order if the Jalapeño's were fresh or pickled and he said they were fresh. I wanted fresh not pickled. Finally - Third time's the charm I guess. After a delayed opening and trying to order online before they were listed, we finally obtained a couple pizzas from Marco's. We ordered for delivery - the app said 45 minutes, it took 90. I'll cut them some slack since it was a Friday evening about 6pm, but double the time? It's proving really difficult to get a pizza from this place. About the pizzas - thin crust option, one meat, one other specialty I can't remember. They were good. They were certainly gobbled up with no leftovers. The kiddos certainly think they're good. For the pizza sizes and options, the prices are a bit of premium to other pizza vendors around town - so for quality/taste/size/price I'd say they're on par - if you want to spend a little more and get a better tasting pizza, go Marco's. If you're feeding a herd and need to do so on a budget, perhaps consider the more traditional delivery places. All in all, I'd give them 3 stars and say they're A-OK. The ease of online order for takeout (or delivery) and the time promised versus actual will likely determine if I buy a lot of pizza from them, continue to alternate between pizza places, or give up. Finally, the store seems nice - I'm not much of a pizza-shop in-store diner. I prefer carryout/delivery, so I cannot comment on the interior/atmosphere. read more

Horrible customer service, horrible, kayden if that's her "name", I ordered a salad with extra ingredients, had a very small amount of chicken, according to her a handful, I asked for triple chicken, but she kept saying it was weighed, I didn't know a handful is a weighing tool like a scale, I gave her multiple times to provide great customer service, but she could not, being vague with her answers, I asked for a new salad, even a refund and I'd give it back. But nope not possible. What happens to great customer service? Or any customer service? I don't ever complain, don't even post much. But I work in the industry, and that is unacceptable, if I did what she did I wouldn't have a job. With out customers there is no business. And I have had several friends say how bad this place is. I'm editing my initial review now that I've calmed down and have actually ate their food. Over an hour wait time and 2 wrong orders before getting my dinner to me I can now sit down and eat. The small Greek salad is actually quite large and is a meal unto itself. Generous portion and condiments grace the salad and the Greek dressing is actually quite good. The pizza was slightly overcooked and crunchy for my tastes; however lots of toppings and just the right amount of cheese. Staff looks overwhelmed and confused. Perhaps wait a while till they get settled in but as of now I can't recommend this place at all. I upgraded my review from a 1 star to 3 star review. One evening I decided to give "Undercover Boss" a try, although the previews I had seen had dissuaded me from viewing the show. The episode we watched was the one about Marco's Pizza. The very next day, driving along 20th, we were surprised, to see a Marco's Pizza in a storefront that had changed businesses several times over the years. It really was the memory of the show that moved us to give the place a try. The gentleman in charge said they had been opened for a little over a week. I'm sorry we missed their grand opening. I have a favorite pizza place. I don't expect it to be replaced. But I am always open to new experiences. We entered to a loud "Welcome to Marco's Pizza!" The place was clean, with adequate tables and seating. Shakers of red pepper flakes and (presumably) Parmesan, along with honey were at the tables. There was a soda/drink dispenser, and a couple of wide screen tvs mounted high. We ordered the Garden Pizza. The young man who brought the pizza to us was obviously and sincerely enthusiastic, and proud of Marco's Pizzas. He is a credit to the business. The ingredients were substantial and fresh. They were good. The crust was . . . come to think of it, the crust was pretty darn good, better than most pizzas I've gotten from a pizza shop. I know they can coax a little more flavor out of the sauce if they try. And they might sprinkle an extra seasoning or two on the pizza itself, or give more body to the sauce. On the other hand! - you can easily ask for a side order of extra pizza sauce, garlic butter, ranch, or jalapeno ranch and add that to the pizza. That would bring things together more cogently. Everyone who shared the pizza thought it was very good, and we will all probably be getting another Marcos' pizza in the near future. For students at UNC and AIMS, Marco's is close enough to go for a lunch break (if you're driving). And for students at Greeley West High School, it's only a few hundred steps further than the King's store that many go to for their lunches. read more

This is a great place to go for a N. Y style pizza. They have a pizza called pepperoni magnifico, which has a buttery garlic crust, and 2 different kinds of pepperoni. There cheese bread is light and fluffy. The service is great, they welcome every customer as they come through the door. There is a 10 to 15 minute wait when ordering, which was not bad at all. Probably my favorite pizza in Greeley. They always have fast delivery times and online deals that get you a lot of food for not much money.

We love eating in the store-comfortable and the food is always really good. My only complaint is home delivery. They get it to you fast, but rarely is the order right. But we do love the pizza. So we just go and eat on site. It is clean and well lit...staff is very friendly. Just a side note...they do have the cleanest Restrooms anywhere. And, I am one of those people that checks corners and behind toilet :) The kitchen is in view and it is also spotlessly clean-my advice go out to Marcos for Pizza. Side Note: the garlic bread it a little too thick for my taste. But my grandkids love it. read more

Their new philly steak pizza is very good. I AB jalapenos to it. Staff is very friendly and the owners are excellent people.
