I selected the following: Mega Dough (11-inch thick crust) Red Sauce with Dairy-Free Cheese with the toppings of: Plant-Based Italian Sausage Basil - Fresh Chopped Broccoli - Roasted Garlic - Roasted Oregano and Salt & Pepper We selected the pickup option. The pizza arrived home cold, but this wasn't the fault of mod, I think we were a bit delayed in either picking up & dropping it off. But it warmed up nicely and quickly. The pizza was a bit smaller than I was expecting, it was about the size of a dinner plate, but so worth the great $12 price for a complete custom order. The crust was amazing! Soft and doughy, just the way I liked it. Everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing! They were generous with the tasty roasted broccoli & the roasted garlic was the whole bulb sections. That was a great surprise as a garlic lover. Large garlic whole pieces that were perfectly cooked and soft to bite. Just the right amount of vegan sausage, that was tasty! Not greasy at all and was precut to the perfect slices. Didn't really see the fresh basil but I could taste basil. Great pizza and friendly staff. Only downside were the tables and seats, which were a mess, so it was hard to find a place to sit down. I asked staff to come out and clean a table and they did and started cleaning other tables. Doors and handles on the entry and deck were greasy and full of food marks and finger prints...gross. Manager told me a contractor cleans the doors every other week...WTF. They should be cleaning tables, doors, door handles and bathrooms a couple times a day at least. Plenty of staff at this place, no reason why the place shouldn't be super clean. Ones in CA are way cleaner. Pizza is great and staff are nice, but take some pride in keeping this place clean and appealing. Do better leadership, please. read more

The turn over of tables is fairly quick, but again and again we saw tables never get wiped down before the next group sat down. We bussed our own table, but often stacks of dishes were left behind and eventually someone would come to get them. Perfecting cooked with touches of char on the bottom from being fire baked. Salads, gluten free and cauliflower crusts are also avaliable. And that chocolate cake, puts ding dongs to shame!!! So very good and a must buy, thus right there at the register for your convenience! Great staff great food! I had a mega salad and saved half for the next day. I'm eating the rest of the salad right now and so impressed with the flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. It tastes like the chic peas have a (curry?) seasoning that makes them taste SO good. We love the roasted garlic here as well on pizza and salad. Get the little cake thing by the register it is the best of its class (small cake with frosting inside) I didn't take any pictures this time because all of the reviews here speak for themselves ! I'm very disappointed to have to leave this rating because Mod Pizza is my fave pizza joint (I've recommended it to many people) and every other location I've been to has been really good, even though some are definitely in need of better cleaning (tables, in particular). My husband and I ordered 2 custom Mod pizzas and cheesy garlic bread to go last night and ended up with food poisoning :-( The pizza definitely tasted a bit "off" and neither of us ate more than 2 pieces because of that. That's the only thing we ate in common all day and we hadn't been around anyone else nor had we eaten other outside food, so it was 100% the food we got here. We both missed work today due to the food poisoning, so not sure we'll go back to this particular location. read more

The pizzas featured on the menu are great by themselves, but you can always enhance the flavor to your liking with their toppings. They have all the regular toppings like olives, banana pepper, etc., but there are also unique ones like corn, and yummy sauces like buffalo and pesto. The one-person pizzas are still large and fill me up if I even just eat half of it. The lemonades they have are also very unique and yummy, if you like tarte and sour over anything they are the best! Loved the fact that you pay for your pizza size then can add all the toppings you want. After we paid, we waited maybe 4 minutes until our pizzas came out. Walked in to grab a single pizza today and boy was I disappointed. The staff rushed me to make a decision so I just picked one off the menu. They then asked if I wanted anything additional on it and if not I could proceed to pay ( they didn't want me to watch them prepare my pizza) when my pizza arrived it was so overly drowned in sauce and the toppings were just slapped on the center if the pie. Unfortunately, they consistently schedule this particular female employee to greet and take/start the pizza orders. She is rude, unfriendly and behaves passive aggressively. No matter how nice we try to be she is just plain awful. She is the exact opposite of what customer service is. After my 4th or 5th frustrating interaction with her tonight I won't be going back to this location any longer. I asked for white sauce and pesto and the girl seemed to be annoyed because she didn't understand that I wanted both all over. She only put it on half.
