I noticed some negative reviews of this place. However, I do not agree with those negative reviews. I actually enjoyed the pizza I ordered from here. My only slight constructive criticism is to have an ordering menu at the counter rather than hanging on a wall in front of a bench where people sit. Anyone sitting there blocks the view of the menu. My pizza wasn't burned. I felt it was baked to near perfection. I ordered a large deluxe. I had some pizza leftover for the next day. Each time I had a slice I thought how impressed I was with their pizza. I hedged between this pizzeria and another one in town. So glad I chose this one! I recommend Berthoud Pizza Company if you're in town visiting or local. Also, I love how they offer "Mike's Hot Honey" dipping sauce for your pizza crust. I bought one which was plenty for my pizza.
