Best pizza ever, told them it was my moms birthday and gave me a free desert. Fastest service ever! Great atmosphere and even kinder severs. WOULD RECOMMEND

Not What We Expected! After reading all the rave reviews, we were excited to try Fuego Pizza. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The dine-in experience feels more like takeout--paper plates and plastic silverware even when eating in. The Greek salad came pre-made in a to-go container with canned olives and barely enough dressing. The garlic knots were huge but surprisingly flavorless. As for the main event, the NY Style Fuego Roni was just okay--nothing memorable. The Ricotta cheese also tasted a bit too smooth and whipped with an off-putting flavor. We're pretty serious pizza lovers and only managed two slices each, which is rare for us. The real tell? On the way home, my husband said, "Maybe we should've just gone to Chick-fil-A." When a pizza place loses to fast food chicken in your mind, that says something. Fort Collins has better pizza options. We probably won't be back.

If you've ever walked the boardwalk at the Jersey Shore, this place is a must. WOW The crust is perfect, the cheese and sauce balanced perfectly. And yes, the orange pizza juice will run down your thumb when you fold and eat. This is NJ/NY pizza in the middle of Fort Collins. Have to go back and try their deli sandwiches, and their Detroit style Pizza, because I can't imagine they're not perfect! And bonus, during the day they serve slices (something my waistline did not need to know!) If you grew up on real pizza, this is the place! It's got a real great pizza joint vibe, too, with red checked table clothes, and they served the pizza tray on top of a 10lb tomato can. What more could you want? And the service was wonderful. Spoke with the owner on the way out, it's a family business. Don't let this place slip away. Go.

Smelled like pizza when we walked in which is always a plus. Ordered a 16" NY Style with pepperoni. Didn't take long and was absolutely delicious. They weren't afraid to put cheese on it and the crust was fantastic. There aren't a lot of places in Fort Collijs you can actually sit down and eat good pizza. We will definitely be back

Very good slice! I am very critical of pizza and it takes a lot to impress me. Fuego did the trick. It isn't the best slice I've had but it's in the top few in the area. Good crust with a nice crust and minimal flop. Sauce is tangy and flavorful. Cheese is nicely balanced. Big dining area. I only got slices at lunch and not a full pie so can't comment on that or service speed but they were friendly. I'd like to come back and try a full pie and the Detroit style. Promising first visit! 8/10 will be back.

Ummmm- This might be the best pizza on the front range. The owners are very invested and care about all the details and it shows. They've been open for three months and already word has spread about their garlic knots. These aren't some little nuggets either! These are fist-sized and served in this garlic butter deliciousness. Also, both their Chicago style and New York style are equally perfect. I've never had the Chicago-style that was done this well! It was NOT overly heavy and the edges were so crispy We had the Fuego Roni, as well as a classic 1/2 cheese & 1/2 pepperoni. Fed my three teen boys with some to spare! Probably the only place we'll be going for pizza from here forward!

Ordered their deep dish pizza today. Excellent execution. THE CRUST, THE CRUST, THE CRUST.... For those that are looking for that perfect mix of crispy edges with that soft, doughy leave the impressions of your teeth kind of crust this is it. The cheese works well and the fresh toppings are just the cherry on top so to speak. Bake and cooling time is around 35 minutes for a deep dish which is actually faster than most Chicago or Detroit style pizza places. This is gourmet level stuff people so be patient and you will be rewarded. Their garlic knots are also made to order and A-M-A-Z-I-N-G......

    cheese slice and sausage slice

stopped in today and we each ordered a slice. The pizza was really good, the dough has a nice flavor and for me the sauce was just right. My partner would have preferred a tad more. I can definitely see swinging by here for a quick lunch when pizza is beckoning. As you can see, the slices are very generous. This is a new, family owned business. The services was and the owners were both very friendly and engaging. Welcome to Fort Collins.

    Holy effing sh!t it's good!

I literally just got home from Fuego. The last time I wrote a review for anything was 2017, and it was a terrible review. I'm originally from the East Coast, I grew up in NJ and later lived in Queens and NYC--so I'm a total pizza snob. Since moving here, I've tried every spot in Fort Collins and Loveland that claims to be "authentic NY pizza." None of them were bad, but none of them tasted like real NJ/NY pizza. I saw some fellow East Coasters on Reddit saying Fuego was the best, so when I noticed it a few doors down from Sprouts today, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes. Walking in, I loved the red-and-white gingham tablecloths and old-school pizza shop vibe. I grabbed a plain cheese slice to go and opened the box in my car. Right away, it looked like the real deal, the cheese even looked different from all the other places around here. One bite and I was blown away. Fuego is by far the best pizza I've had in the area, and it actually tastes like NY pizza. If someone gave me a slice blind, I would have guessed it was from New York or Jersey without hesitation. I don't usually write reviews, but this was so good I actually went back inside just to tell the owner how impressed I was and called my Mom to tell her how excited I was. They freaking nailed it! If you've been searching for legit NY-style pizza in Northern Colorado, this is it. GO GET A PIE!

    Detroit style cheese pizza.

Tried the Detroit style pizza, very good. Crust of melted cheese on perimeter, fresh fluffy dough in the middle topped with cheese and then a very good tasting slightly sweet sauce. As before, staff very friendly. Will be going as our local FoCo pizza!

The most fun, awesome restaurant & special museum experience rolled up in 1!!…read more 1st, their pizza is delicious & extremely satisfying with fresh, lively toppings & different wonderful sauces such as traditional red, creamy garlic, pesto, & so, on; I've only tried their red & creamy garlic so far & they taste great! Fantastic crust & dough, as well. All the appetizers I've haf, such as the garlic parmesan fries & the waffle fires, are tasty & hit the spot. The garden salad is delicious, too! I've had the ranch & the blue cheese dressings & they both are full of flavor, really rich & satisfying; the vegetables are all fresh & tasty. As for dessert, the movie night ice cream sundae & the Ghostbuster mint chip milkshake were wonderful - sweet, creamy, & delicious. The quality of those desserts is well worth the price. Now, for the atmosphere & environment! That is what is truly special & distinctive about this establishment - it is a real bonafide 1980s museum - no joke! It is absolutely jam-packed with tons of delightful, rare, & in some cases, 1 of a kind, memorabilia, sundry vintage retro products, actual movie props & costumes, real signed studio portraits by some of the biggest & most iconic celebrities of the 80s, & tons more artifacts such as posters, advertisements, arcade games, book covers, & so forth. And the soundtrack is absolutely on fire! The fantastic visual overload, including the attractive 80s graphic design elements such as neon colors, vintage typography & signage, & furnishings, is perfectly accompanied by constant back-to-back 80s songs! They are played with their music videos on all the TV screens in every corner of the dining area including a huge flat screen on 1 of the walls! Such fun, memorable, iconographic 80s music videos & they are occasionally punctuated with classic 80s TV commercials, including a political ad by President Reagan, & TV show opening credits sequences with the famous theme songs, such as Family Matters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, She-Ra, Knight Rider, & other great ones! The lighting is perfect, with 80s neon colored lights, that give it the feel of an 80s dance club - so much fun style & atmosphere! I've visited & eat here about 14 times & each experience has been satisfying & a blast - both the food & the nostalgic & joyful party experience of being in their 1 of a kind museum! The staff are also friendly & helpful; they always make sure everything is just the way I want it. I can't recommend Totally 80s Pizza enough. It is must-see, must-visit destination for both tourists passing through Fort Collins & for locals who want a reliable restaurant & entertainment attraction that always delivers delicious food & fun times!!
