Decided to get my EMERGENCY pizza and to boot ordered $27 more plus a $7 tip. I ordered EXTRA cheese. Definitely was not there! As well it was overbaked as top was all crisp! The wings had a slight drizzle of sauce and dry! The NEW Mac and cheese was over baked and DRY' Needless to say it all went in the trash! I contacted the store and had a long detailed Question and Answer! I have received NO reply. I have deleted the APP and will never order from Dominos period! if they would have contacted me I am always willing to give another chance as with all the food being bad it was probably a new hire as I have had good product from them before! Came in at 11:30pm, they're "open" till midnight. They told me carry-out "closes" at 11pm, they could only place a delivery order? You have to make the pizza either way, it's too late to hand it to me but not too late to deliver it?? If you're not going to make food for people, turn the lights off and go home. Dominos in Johnstown, CO is top notch! We a catering team failure for my daughter's wedding, and had to make some quick last minute decisions to feed our 120 guests quickly. The Domino's off Parish Ave in Johnstown, Co is filled with lifesaving employees. Saturday May 4th was my wedding and when the caterer left us dissatisfied this Domino's team went beyond exceptional to feed my 115 wedding guests. I have recently moved to Kansas and ordered a pizza here for the 3rd time. For some reason, my Colorado address popped in and I did not catch it in time. Nathan, the delivery driver was nice enough to text me that he left the pizza's on my doorstep. ( we usually do contactless delivery because our dogs go nuts). I looked and did not have pizza's. I texted him back and told him what I thought had happened and his manager refunded me the money. They totally didn't have to but I very much appreciated them for helping me out. So as I have often done I ordered pizzas fro the online app. Not a big fan of the app and find it cumbersome to order and even more difficult to claim deals. But I persevered and followed the app instruction so as to pick up at the correct time. Once I arrived I was told it would be ready in a few minutes and they proceeded to ignore me and went back to making pizzas. 3 other customers after me I'm line came and went with their order before a delivery driver noticed me standing there waiting for my order which had been ready for several minutes. He game me a half hearted sorry yet none of the rocket scientist crew on assembly even noticed me. If I wanted a mediocre pizza with bad service I can go across the street next time. I agree, I almost never get the sauces when I order them (and they charge you for them) so I have quit adding them to my orders. Order was incorrect, let the driver know, she was very polite and said after she did her next delivery she would return with the correct order. I called the store and was told the manager was out and they hung up on me without even knowing what the issue was. I called back immediately and spoke to the "manager" (who supposedly wasn't there 30 seconds before). She proceeded to blame me for the incorrect order although this is the 5th time they have screwed an order up just this year. Unfortunately they are one of only 2 options here and they act like it. Love the pan pizza and cheesy bread. The delivery drivers are very nice. Issue: Order marinara to go with the bread (it is extra) and not once has it shown up the last 5 deliveries. The last time I even specifically asked when ordering on the phone- "can you please make sure we get the marinara, we always pay for it but haven't received it the last 4 times". I've been a long time customer of this location I read the negative reviews but I've never had an issue with them usually good pizza not the best but we get the two mediums for 5.99 each and we are happy with the food we get for the value only issue I have Is charging me for delivery makes me not want to tip the delivery driver cause I shouldn't have to pay 3-4 dollars for them to drive 2 miles to my house other than that decent food for the money. read more

I have ordered from this Domino's many times and given it many chances but I have to say that today was finally the last time. Yes, every single salad I order from there with the "spring mix" is exactly one small layer of spring mix covering gross looking iceberg lettuce but really, put some dressing on it and isn't so bad. Yes, there was that one time I ordered chicken on my salad and it was absolutely inedible but it usually comes out okay. And yes, the time I tried to have diced tomatoes on my pizza they were literally canned, stewed tomatoes. And just so you know, canned stewed tomatoes on pizza is absolutely foul, nothing like the stuff that at least looks fresh from every single other pizza place I have ever ordered tomatoes from. But, I can deal with avoiding this topping. But - the final straw. Today I ordered a couple of pizzas and a salad and they forgot the salad. Nothing to stress about by itself but when I called to tell them, I was informed that they would not go back out to deliver it and would not refund it. Now, how many businesses can not deliver the goods they promised and flat out refuse a refund? Instead, they made the rather bold assumption that I would ever order from them again and told me all I could have was a store credit. Maybe if they get some new management I will order again. Called and place and order with a soo called manager and he still got it wrong (Travis). instead of an apology all we got was excuses from him. The few times I've had minor issues with an order and I have called in for help I was treated rudely by the manager. I have ordered many times from this Dominos and there is usually a problem. Sauces not brought, wrong soda, etc. But tonight takes the cake. I ordered an extravaganzza feast pizza and it arrived burnt. I called the store and was told that because it was an extravaganzza pizza it had to bake longer in order for the meat to be cooked. Their solution was to offer to rebake it lighter but made sure to say that the meat would be uncooked. Of all the photos shown on the website of their specialty pizzas, none are of burnt pizza. If the only way this pizza could be properly cooked is to burn the pizza, I doubt that it would stay on the menu. They wanted to save a few bucks by discouraging me from having them remake my order. Well the few bucks they saved today will cost a lot more in the long term. This will be the last pizza I order from this store and will be sure to spread the word! read more
