Probably could have given five stars. The only reason I gave four is because their Wings sauce was super spicy for being Mild. However, the wings were the best I've had in the area and the largest! Not sure were they find these giant chickens but they are bigger than the usual wings. The pizza was also the best tasting I've had here in Greeley. I moved here from SoCal one year ago and have been looking for a place with good wings and a good pizza place. Think I found it! Also, the customer service was very good! read more

A MANDATORY TIP FOR A TAKE-OUT ORDER?! THIS "Tip me" SOCIETY IS GETTING OUT-OF-HAND. I strongly urge you to reconsider your policy of a mandator tip on the total purchase price of customer pick-up food from your Blackjack 2000 location at 3810 west 10th St A3, Greeley, CO, for these reasons: 1) A mandatory tip is absurd for a takeout order. I placed the order online, no in-store worker had anything to do with my order taking. I drove to the facility using my time and gas to pick up the order. No store worker had anything to do with the order delivery. The only thing any store worker did was to prepare my order, WHICH IS THEIR PRIMARY JOB TO BEGIN WITH. This "tip me" mantra in society today has gotten out of hand. 2) A mandatory tip takes away the consumer's right to tip a commensurate amount based upon service level. I was rudely greeted by a cashier when I asked why the mandatory tip. He told me "that's right, that's the way it is now", in a tone of "as-if, dude". NO ONE at your facility deserved a tip after the way I was treated. 3) Do not force the consumer to subsidize under-paid employees wages under the guise of a mandatory tip. Pay them competitive wages and let them find out that treating customers with dignity and respect will earn them larger tips versus guaranteeing them a portion of the shared tip money pool at the end of the day. You essentially are installing an "everyone gets a trophy" policy, even if they suck at customer service. I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS. read more

I have been getting pizza from here since I was young and it has always been the best pizza in Greeley! The pizza is not expensive and they always have deals and coupons so it's great! Deep dish is my favorite here with their ranch, but hand tossed is great too! Salads are great too! read more

Just had a pizza delivered from this location. The delivery driver slammed both doors as hard as he could against the wall at my business and when asked not to do it again, did it again and then gave me the middle finger. Not sure of the quality of pizza, but if that is the type of person delivering your product, no thank you. Went personally on 11/03/2016. Counter worker was extremely friendly, efficient and offered a free dressing. Salad was excellent. Crisp lettuce and fresh ingredients. Pizza was good. I want to like this place. I really do. Every time I place an order from here they screw it up. But they are friendly and their ingredients are good. I would give them five stars, it's just that I feel like this is the kind of place where I need to walk in the door, slam a $50 bill on the counter, put on an apron, walk back into their kitchen area and make my own damn food. Gotta love shitty customer service. Normally I'm not one to bitch and moan about things, however while I was hanging out with my cousin and some friends tonight we ordered from Blackjack Pizza off of 10th street in Greeley and I've got to say, I have never felt so god damn disrespected by some one. The "manager" Jacob took our order, and yes we were very indecisive on what pizza we wanted which I'm sure frustrated him. So we thanked him for putting up with us and he sent our food on its way. When we got the food, (this is where it gets great), our wings had no sauce. So we figured the driver or store had just forgotten it, no big deal right? Wrong apparently. I called the store back to ask is they could resend someone with the sauce and instead of the normal, "Oh yeah, of course.", I get Jacob's response of "It's not my fault that you guys ordered it wrong." And, "Oh, well the wings already had mild sauce on them." And then the best one, "Ok, I will send a driver out with some sauce, but next time you need to make sure you actually say what you want properly." Okay Mr. "Manager" Jacob, so be it. Yes we were annoying you I'm sure, and I'm sorry we asked for some sauce with our wings (?). But you do not get to talk to any other human being like they are less than, or like they are stupid. And, Jacob, in case you didn't understand, you work in a customer service job. Which means you help people. So stop treating your customers like shit if you want them to come back. read more

Watch the pricing here because they will try to rip you off. Three times now they have tried to overcharge me even when the pricing is in front of them. I think they over charge to support their drug habits. Go in there and you will see what I mean. Not sure why I even try to give them a chance. Pizza is just ok to. ordered pizza and salad for delivery last night. when i ordered i told girl i want a xlg good deal. she asked what do you want on your pizza! i told her i want a xlg good deal! then i want two sides of jalapenos and a lg garden salad with no olives. she reads the order back and dont say anything abut the jalapenos. i told her i want jalapenos. she says oh yea. when we get our order no jalapenos and there is olives on the salad. i call they first tell me it would be 40 min. to get a salad and jalapenos because other people are in front of me. i told her really i already waited 40 min for pizza order my pizza will be cold by then. then she telss me 20 min. i told her i want to talk to a manager. the who ever i talked to told me the same. i told them to then remake my order right and bing it to me. she informed that since there is nothing wrong with pizza they cant do this. she could note my account for not being charged the next time. will that happened before and when i call to order that one from a previous mistake they had never noted it and told me i nevr ordered there before i must of ordered from the other store. i order from the same place nce every two weeks from same location. last night i just tokk pizza and salad back to them in which i live not even a mile from them. they just cant get it right and the customer service sucks!!! also when i got there the front door is prop wide open music blasting. i would think thats against health laws as for every bug flying around can get in building!! never will go back. they have lost a customer. read more
