I was really excited to try this place as it had some cool pics online and seemingly a good reputation. We ordered the Medium Little Italy Pizza, 8 wings and two tiny glasses of wine and it was $100. I'm thinking-ok, this has to be the best pizza ever, right? And---no. It was no better than Papa John's, Dominos, etc, in my opinion and way overpriced for what you are getting. We tried this for the first time. Ordered cheesy garlic bread that was a hoagie bun with provolone that appeared to be microwaved for 30 seconds. No evidence of it being toasted just a soggy hoagie bun with cheese. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza with hot honey. The pepperoni was great, lots of it, but the pizza was really greasy. I used a paper towel to remove the grease. The crust was the biggest disappointment. I've had better pizza crust in hospital cafeterias. I honestly prefer a Dgiorno crust over this. Was excited to try. Lots of variety and variations to choose from. The ingredients were great. My knock on this place; it is NOT "NY style". It was more Detroit style. Was told they were ready far before the scheduled pickup time (almost 30 minutes early) - which normally wouldn't be an issue but we were attending an event on a timeline and set our pickup time intentionally. When we arrived the pizzas weren't in any sort of temperate holding space, so they were lukewarm at best. And the worst part.... The total came out to almost $90. For sub par, cold pizza. It wasn't anywhere near good enough to validate that kind of price tag. read more

These guys are the real deal. All the ingredients are of the highest Italian, old-school standards. The use Marzano tomatoes to make their sauce. You can't get more authentic than that. Tried to get food here on Valentine's Day, and I placed an online order an hour before I wanted the food. Came to pick it up and the food was not ready (ok it's a busy day) but then they accidentally burnt the pizza, and they said it would take another 45 minutes to bake a new pizza. We couldn't wait so we asked for a refund instead which they agreed to. We did take the meatballs which were ready (and delicious). However, I called back two times over the next week inquiring about my refund, and was promised it would be taken care of but I never received it. I finally gave up, and I likely won't be back. This has been one of the worst experiences at a restaurant from the start flys on the pizza they were serving you couldn't even eat without being swarmed by flys ... I don't like to speculate but the owner either don't like Hispanic people or gay people. The entire time there it was weird greeted everyone one that came in including the people sitting down. We wanted to add onion to our pizza and we were told they do not add to any pizza it's as on the menu only! Then the pizza we wanted to order was going to take a minimum of 45 minutes to make. It's obvious they just want you to order their premade slices and not order a whole pizza. The pizza was nothing special, way too much sauce. There are no blinds or curtains on the windows so you get blinded by the sun. It is also not really geared for a larger group as we had to move tables to accommodate our group of 7. Some of the staff was pleasant but others looked at you like you had 2 heads or ignored you. Needless to say this was a one and done, we won't be back. read more

We love the pizza here. Any of the slices that you choose that are displayed are usually ready pretty quickly. If you order from the menu it takes a bit longer for the food. We have been going regularly for a few weeks now and the food never disappoints. The only downside is the indoor seating is very limited. The flavor is good, the topping/cheese/sauce ratio is good, the crust is good. But I imagine it would be better hot. I ordered delivery and while I understand that will cause some heat loss, it was so cold the cheese had stuck to the box and pulled paper up when I grabbed the first slice. According to the order tracking it was only in-transit for like 10 minutes, so unless it rode on the hood of the driver's car it sat for a while after it was made, as it arrived ahead of the estimated delivery window when ordering. Since you can buy by the slice, and they're not cool with changing up toppings, it's not unlikely that they make the pizzas in large batches and that mine sat for a bit. We'll probably give it a try in-person next before we write it off. read more

Ordered a Detroit Cal Italia to go. The first pizza landed on the floor while cooking. 33minutes they sent text to tell me while we waited in car because inside restaurant was freezing. I came in and they said it would take 7-8 Minutes to rectify. They gave us 2 of the most salty chocolate chip cookies ever. 1 bite and we tossed. 22 minutes later the pizza was ready with apologies. Got in the car and pizza was cold. Brought home reheated pizza in convection oven for 12 minutes. Pizza was chewy ass hell, prosciutto was tough and there was so little cheese and meat but plenty of balsamic glaze to make to sweet. My overall experience with Slice House was fantastic. I tried the "Colorado Kid". Being honest I was pretty skeptical about bison on a pizza but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavor. The service was great for me too everyone that I met was warm and welcoming. A bit disappointing that they were advertising happy hour specials that they wouldn't honor yet. Service was friendly and helpful. We sat on the patio and an employee fired up the outdoor heating for us. Could've done without the loud house music or mind-numbing glow of the big screen that made having a conversation challenging. Been interested in trying new pizza place in town. Wish it was better. ordered for carry out at 720 on Saturday, online says 40 minutes, quite a while but ok, I'll wait. Get the pickup at 8:05, 45 minutes later, place is not busy. Told 5 more minutes, no problem, maybe they had a rush earlier. Come back in 8:12, "they're just cutting it now". Finally get it at 8:20 Or 8:25 even. Drive a minute home in a very toasty vehicle. Pizza is cold. it's decent, but not great, not for the price, service or cold after waiting for it to be very late. My wife and I were visiting family and decided to give this place a try. Our grandkids recommended we try their slices. Boy the pizza was amazing but the customer service was unbelievable. A nice young man named Tim approached us immediately to inform us of their delicious pizzas. The register gal was a real hoot and our charming server Juan was actually from Boise Idaho like us so we stopped and had a great conversation. This is by far the best pizza place in Loveland! I'm truly grateful such a place is here. I really like the setup and the pizza is amazing. Deep dish, New York style, grandma style... the salad we split since it was big. I love the football on the big screens, and they have an excellent patio with heaters. I hope they have a plan for winter, since that would be the only pinch on their business. Staff is super polite, and the place is very clean. It is about the price of Justine's but offers way more. our first time experience went like this. we called, to order a pie. we were told," we don't take call in orders". i went there to order a detroit deep dish pie. she said,"it will take about 1/2 hr." i said,"i'll wait". she gave me a beeper. 1/2 hour later, the beeper beeps i go into the store, present the beeper to the counter person. there seems to be some confusion ! i wait, and wait, and wait, (patiently). finally, she comes back, and informs me the kitchen has burned my pizza, and asks if i would like another, or a refund. i take the refund, and go b______'s pizza, order a pie, wait 15 minutes, and get a nice, large pie, for 1/2 the price. my avice= don't go here ! read more

We wanted to check this place out last Thursday and it did not disappoint!! the thin crust pepperoni was delicious! cooked perfectly. the chicken wings were some of the best I've ever eaten! soo tasty! the salad was awesome a well balance of seasoning, and pecan nuts and cheese! We were also offered up to sample their meatballs, which again did not disappoint and were tender, moist, and some of the best tasting meatballs I've had in a long time! We will definitely be back!
