There is an option to build your own pasta entrée by choosing the pasta, sauce, proteins, and vegetables. We see ourselves coming back to try various pasta and sauce combinations. The Cozze e Vongole was a delicious and standout starter--we mopped up the sauce with most of the bread from our basket. The wine selection was excellent--we enjoyed all the pairings. We had high hopes for the tiramisu, but it was just flat, which was surprising. Our server was very young and was okay; no complaints. We will return when we are in the area. The food came and we requested refills which took several trips and her asking over and over what we needed for refills. Half the table didn't get refills because we were tired of waiting. The restaurant was so cold my Grandma couldn't enjoy her meal without wearing a jacket and she was still uncomfortable. We were hoping that the food would be the saving grace but several people had soggy calzones and luke warm food. I have loved this place for a long time but something has changed. Don't know if I will be back.

I got a glass of the house Chianti which had obviously been open too long because it tasted like vinegar. My daughter got a sprite which was never refilled. My daughter was barely halfway through her dinner when the waitress came over and offered us the dessert menu, it felt like we were being rushed out. When she said no the waitress made comment which might have been an attempt at a joke, that my daughter must think their food is sh!+. I mean it wasn't good but making that comment to my daughter was made her very uncomfortable. We would not go back to this place. Nothing was redeemable about it, the service and the food was awful.

We told her that my wife and I first time eating here. She was going over their menu since it was our first time. That's very nice of her. We told her that my wife has Gluten allergies and asked if they have any gluten free options. Unfortunately, they only have one option which is their medium size pizza. My wife ordered the GF medium size pizza with Canadian bacon topping. I ordered their Tuesday dinner special, which is the full size spaghetti with spicy Italian sausage and toasted garlic bread. My neighbor ordered the Ravioli and spaghetti combination. Around 25-30 min later, we finally got our food. Everything came out hot and fresh. Our waitress was attentive. She checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything is OK. Now, let's talk about the food. Unfortunately, my wife didn't enjoy her GF pizza. The GF pizza crust was very hard and the pizza sauce was bland. My wife asked me to try her GF pizza and she was right. The crust was hard and the pizza tasted very bland. And this GF medium size with one topping cost $18.25. Overpriced!!! Also, my wife felt sick when we got home. Probably due to cross contamination. It appears that this restaurant has one GF option, but does not know how to prepare the GF food and avoid cross contamination. BEWARE!! Now, my spaghetti with spicy Italian sausage dinner. Tuesday night, the full size spaghetti with a choice of meat and 2 toasted garlic bread is only $10.00. What a great deal!! As far as the taste, unfortunately, it was too bland for me. The spaghetti sauce is definitely not homemade, it's definitely a canned spaghetti sauce. The Italian sausage is supposed to be spicy, but there's no kick to it at all. It was also bland. The sausage was boiled in water, instead of flame broiled or cooked in a flat skillet to give it some charred flavor. Very disappointing. With that being said, we won't be coming back at Roma restaurant. My wife can't try anything else, except their GF pizza options which she didn't enjoy and got sick from cross contamination.
