I love Romas! Went there on 9/12/25. (Now I have been to all their locations). But haven't eaten at a Romas in many years. I wish I lived closer. Got there right when we opened and there was only 1 cook and 1 server/bartender. She was great! Very attentive with everything. We ordered a Large TRex and a Mama Mia Caroli. So much flavor and so good. My kids loved watching the open kitchen. Everything was great! Will definitely be back sooner than later.

Roma's atmosphere is so welcoming and it sets the tone for the whole night. The food is amazing and the service is great! My family loves getting the spaghetti with meatballs and the margarita caroli. I would completely recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to visit the windsor area

There was nobody else in the store, but me my child and my husband it took them two hours to bring our order out. And then this girl in red showed up who proceeded to go in the back and pour herself beers. Then got upset when I asked her if she could make me a stronger margarita.

Friendly guys making the pies, and the pizza crust was made perfectly. We came on a Monday night around 7pm and there were only two other tables there. We ordered a mushroom pizza, bbq sauce chicken pizza, and a carroli. The crust was a really nice combo of crispy but chewy. The red sauce was thinner and a bit bland, lacking the typical seasonings of the pizza places we frequent. Also, we found out while there that Monday is 40% off for pizzas which was a really nice surprise. :) Large pizzas run approximately $25 and their ginormous calzone version, the carroli is around $18 for four toppings. Everyone in our party liked their food and I would come back...It just wouldn't be my go to pizza place. PS-The parking lot is pothole city so be careful when driving thru here.

    Friday lunch special

Quick lunch with my bestie today, both of us never been to this place, and we would like to check it out. Friday lunch at noon, surprisingly was mellow. Maybe we beat the crowd? Not sure when we came in the hostess have us seated. Service was quick and efficient. Wide menu, we opt for Friday lunch special: their version of Calzone - Hawaiian Capoli ( with pineapple) I don't think our pic/review. Their crust tasted bland for my taste. Although it taste freshly made. Other lunch option looks good. I don't think my pic or review will justify from first visit. I may comeback and try some thing else.

Great food and service. Took it to go. Tasty and reasonable too. I'd go back again when I am in town.

I would recommend a reservation for a Friday or Saturday. We ordered at the table and not the front counter, so maybe that part of service has changed based on what I was seeing in past reviews. The place is super cute, decorated nicely, and very comfortable (two fire places made it so nice inside). Our table ordered the manicotti (both types) the boscaiola pasta, the pollo in crema, and the salmon special with "risotto". The two pasta dishes were amazing. The "risotto" that came with the salmon was a flavorful rice dish, but I wouldn't call it a risotto (not creamy) The manicotti was very good as well. For dessert we got the limoncello cake and cannoli. All delicious. There was a good wine list as well as some unique and traditional mixed drinks. Service was attentive and fast, but we were early. The place gets super busy, so I imagine during peak hours it could get slower... but it would be worth it. Everyone was happy and we all said we would come back. I didn't get any pics! The bread is delicious and is on the table when you get there.

The bread here was addicting and I kept wanting to eat more. Drink wise, I got a Hugo Spritz. It was refreshing and tasted similar to a Mojito because of the lime and mint. I really enjoyed it and would get it again! We got the calamari, and it was delicious. Not too chewy and perfectly crispy. For my main entree, I got the Manicotti Spinaci. It was a good size and it was overall pretty yummy. The noodles were cooked well, however the sauce was really acidic. I enjoy acidity in my food, but I'm not quite sure if others would feel the same way. This place seems to get busy on weekend nights, so I do recommend making a reservation. Only issue I had was with customer service. We went around 6 PM and when we asked for things, our server came back and told us that it was sold out or unavailable. This happened several times throughout the night. We laughed and joked about it, but it would have been better if the servers kept up to date with what is in stock and what isn't. In addition to this, our server made an assumption that our group of 4 was split into pairs of 2, which was kind of awkward haha. We asked for 4 separate bills and I appreciate that they accommodated this. Overall, would come back and make sure to make a reservation.

There was a long line of people waiting to check in and a several groups sitting and standing around waiting to be seated. There were five girls congregating around the host station. The tables were 90% vacant and ready for diners......yet it took over 20 minutes past our reservation time to get seated, for a reserved table. The line to be seated kept getting longer and none of the hostesses seemed to be able to figure out how to actually get people seated. Once we were finally seated we put in our drink order. It took 20+ minutes to get the drinks, and only a part of the order was brought out. It took another 15 minutes for the rest of the drinks to come to the table. (None of the drinks were complicated or contained alcohol, it was all Sodas, Waters, and Lemonade). We ordered our entrees, and then we waited, and waited, and waited. 35 minutes after ordering and still no food. I had to leave the table and track down our waiter. The manager happened to be standing nearby, he apologized, and said our food would be right out. 20 minutes later we finally got the food. And three of the dishes were wrong. (like the completely WRONG item) Including one of this kids meals for a toddler who was at this point nearly feral with hunger. They remade the Toddler meal, and it came out 25 minutes later and was burned. We basically at this point had made him a plate from everyone else's dishes. One of the mistake dishes had shrimp in it and they smelled awful. They did take the messed up meals off the bill. We have been to Biaggi's a lot in the past as it is a good halfway point for our family that live both in Denver and Fort Collins, but we are going to find a new mid point because this was a very lack luster experience.

When we began eating the pizza, we found nearly every piece of pepperoni still had the plastic casing on. I called just to let them know and received a text back, with no name, telling us it was the sausage casing and the sausage was some of the best tasting this unnamed person had ever had. I responded that it was specifically the pepperoni. I received a response asking if it was the thin or thick sliced. It was the thin. While we received a response thanking us for the feedback, there was no apology issued or any thought of asking us how they could correct this for us. While the pizza tasted fine, it was really inconvenient to peel a plastic type casing off each piece of pepperoni and frankly dulled our enjoyment of the meal.
