Dined here recently with our daughter and her family. While the food and beer here are really good, the attitude of the wait staff and manager on duty needs improvement. Our daughter has gotten kid priced drinks in the past her for 2 4 year olds and a 6 year old. This time she was charged full price. When she questioned the server, she got attitude and asked for the manager who stated that they do not have kid drinks (not true). He finally agreed to price adjustment. Our daughter now informs us today, that they were overcharged $18 on their check (credit card fraud). She had to call back twice to get this adjusted and they really did not seem to care that this was fraud. We will no longer get food at this establishment and our daughter will not be going back to their 'favorite pizza place' in Fort Collins. read more

Stopped by Otto Pint in Fort Collins and really enjoyed it. I had a really yummy pizza, and my friends shared a few beers that they liked too. The outdoor space looked like such a great spot to hang out, especially on a nice day. Service was also super good, probably helped that we were basically the only people there lol. My husband and I used to come here once a week, but the last few times we've been here the pizzas and service were not as good as they used to be. Our most recent experience before today, the Riviera pizza was under cooked and we had to ask for the pizza to be put back in the oven for more time after the bartender said it "looked fine". When it came back out, it was actually good. However, we sat at the bar with empty drinks and wanting a box for over 20 minutes. Mind you, it was slow in the restaurant, the bartender was just unaware. So we paid out and left, regardless of wanting another round of beers. The experience today was just as disappointing. We ordered a Margherita pizza and there was such a thin layer of marinara sauce on it that it just looked orange and dry. Picture for reference. When we asked for an extra side of marinara sauce, we saw one of the kitchen members grab the ticket, roll his eyes and react; clearly annoyed. I'm disappointed in the bartender "JeffB" who just seems lost behind the bar, with very evident lack of customer service. Both times when we brought up our issues to him, he didn't seem interested at all and was actually pretty rude. This used to be our most consistent spot we would come to, and now I seriously doubt if we'll be back. It's a waste of time and money for bad service and underwhelming food. read more

I've been here about 4-5 times for lunch. Service is crazy slow, always understaffed. I'm always confused if managers/owners know how to run a restaurant. You'll wait forever to order. You'll wait forever for your check. It's honestly mind-blowing. Today (Friday) there was literally one poor server running the bar and a bunch of tables. I was greeted but not given a chance to order for 15 minutes while I sat there at the bar genuinely confused how this is a legitimate restaurant/bar. Food is pretty decent (I almost always order pizza.. not sure how to access a full menu as they'll never give you one at the bar). The place just feels like it's run by someone who majored in customer service or restaurant management but doesn't actually have any experience in either. The atmosphere is big and open but volume is dependent on how busy it is (think loud open bar room when it gets busy). The outdoor area looks alright... it's semi separated by kind of makeshift plastic/vinyl panels over bars to give some level of insulated feel. There's just way more tables than wait staff can handle for say a lunch hour when large groups decide to have a Friday lunch together (pretty common on Fridays - maybe the owner skipped that class). read more

For where it's located, this place is poppin. Close to the hotels if you're a visitor, and the food is simple but great. Good vibes and outdoor space. They seem to be the go-to place for teenagers looking for their first job, but just be patient, cause overall the kitchen/serving/management staff are great. read more

This was my go to spot, despite it being very close to where I was staying, they do offer good wood fire pizzas. The parking near the entrance isn't big, but if you drive a little bit down towards the other stores, theres more parking there. This establishment is decent inside with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You can wait to be seated at the front, usually not that long of a wait but I haven't been here at its full capacity, but I know it can get busy. That here is nice and when I needed an alcohol recommendation, they helped me find a go to liquor that I quite enjoyed. I've tried at least 2 or 3 different types of wood fire pizzas, but my favorite would have to be the Chicken Pesto! And I would order it again if given the opportunity. The have an open bar of liquor, wines, and beers so you'd probably find something close to your liking if they don't have what you want specifically. I don't think they have a lot to offer as far as the desserts go but they do have have an iron casket cookie which was decent, not super big but you can get it with a scoop of ice cream. read more

Otto used to be wonderful, our favorite spot, with great pizza, delicious cocktails. It's awful now--for the second time in two months, we got an undrinkable cocktail (Paloma tastes like hair spray) and flavorless pizza. We had to send back our pizza a month ago, because it didn't have the ingredients that we'd ordered. This time we got a signature pizza that was just plain bad: poorly seasoned, thin on ingredients, with a crust that wasn't quite cooked. We will NOT go back: 2.5 stars rounded up to be generous. Ok, first and foremost, our pizza was *delicious* and the patio is a pretty amazing (and dog and kid friendly space)! We'd go back for the food in a heartbeat! But, then add a sudden downpour that ruined a couple of freshly served pizzas at our table and chased everyone inside. The staff and management really stepped up impressively. We quickly pivoted to to go boxes, and they refired our rain-ruined pizzas. The concern they had for making everything right was truly impressive. Wow! Super yummy Friday night stop to end a long week. Service was great and attentive which I'm finding is a welcomed staple of Fort Collins dining. The beer menu was extensive and I appreciated that the QR code was connected to UnTapped. We got the Riviera pizza with feta, fresh onions and pepperoni. The crust was incredible, crispy and light. It held up to the piles of deliciousness on top. And the price was great too! I love spending less than $35 on a meal and 2 beers for us. The Galileo and the Bruschetta carry this place and the review.... Five and almost six stars for both! The sausage cheese with pita and pretzel bites take home an honorable mention. Most people liked the other pizzas, in particular, Hot Momma was a hit and the Ziggy was met with contentment. The Chicken Pesto was basically an artichoke and tomato pizza and lacked much to be desired. The service was just okay (actually better at the bar than at our table) but I do commend the surprising speed of service and how everything came out hot, this can be hard to do with a group order and was actually unexpected. The place was a bit smoky from the oven (which I believe is why the door was open, which consequently let in flies... didn't love that part). Still....All that being said, I will likely have very good dreams about that Galileo tonight so I would absolutely dine here again. read more

Food, beer, and service were great! Only reason I'm giving four stars is because it was very expensive. I asked for whatever hazy ipa they had on tap and it was over $10. Each pizza was six small slices and around $15. The margherita pizza was excellent and I'm glad to pay more for a good pizza but over $10 for a pint is a little much. Service - quick and friendly! Pizza was a little salty for my taste; but I could taste the effort of working complex flavors and notes together that were likely intended. Fresh ingredients, thin crust. Thin crust is not my fav, yet I appreciated the toasted touch to offer the crunch without giving off burnt flavor. I visited for lunch; and although I may not be back for lunchtime, I might check out the happy hour. I don't drink beer, but for those who are there to grab a pint it seems like a nice spot for that. Supposedly was prosciutto wrapped jalapeños. First it wasn't wrapper. Should change the name. Second skimmed on the filling. I asked just for more filling and they wanted to charge. Just that started off wrong. The waitress was cool but she said the kitchen lead wanted to charge for them skimming on filling. The dip and flat bread was good. Pizza was good. Skimming isn't good when one is paying for food. I tip only because it isn't the waitress fault. I don't recommend coming here for food. Just drinks. I do not recommend eating anything but the pizza. The pizzas are great, the prices are for a personal size so it may look or seem expensive but the flavor is great! The meat portion for the smoked duck was very scarce though. And the desert I had(Oreo bar) was horrible and priced way too expensive in my opinion. read more

Great location, I love the open garage. This patio is A+ on a nice sunny day. The service is solid. The food has been consistently unimpressive. I got a Buffalo Chicken pizza which was sloppy and gross and fell apart immediately. The crust in the center of the pizza was overly soft and the outside was overcooked and crumbled. The other occasion I got a salad, the lettuce was brown and soggy and tasted weird so I asked for another and they told me they didn't have any other lettuce. I recommend this place if you're looking to get drinks. If you want a bite to eat then go anywhere else. read more

FYI - they stop serving food at 8:45 pm now, and no more bar bites or desserts. So I return on Saturday and they would not allow seating at the bar, I had to sit outdoors. Spring is here and the patio looks a little beat once again. Nobody maintains the dead plants or the pine needles etc. Also there's still no outside speakers to listen to music which seams odd to me since it's next to a busy street. I really hope they get it together so it's an enjoyable experience. Sitting outside listening to cars go by is a little annoying. It would take a day to install some marine speakers up above and to clean the patio up. C'mon Man. read more

Well, that was the fastest dinner we didn't have. The young, blond hostess (to identify her) asked us where we wanted to sit and we pointed it out. Then she walked very fast to the farthest table possible. We waited for her but she took another patron. Didn't come to us so I went to her, she did not offer the menu so I asked if I can get them and she pointed to the menus. This place has unfortunately turned into a McDonald's play place. Children running around the restaurant repeatedly, screaming, shrieking, crying, spilling things. The wait staff was absolutely not at fault but a child at an adjacent table knocked their drink over spraying me, my husband, and my laptop. The parents are treating this place as if the servers are babysitters. It's really disappointing because I do love the food and drink options but it is so frustrating to try and have dinner to no avail with multiple parties of children wreaking havoc on the restaurant. I really dislike giving a poor review during COVID times, so I'm giving an extra star because business might still be struggling with new best practices or perhaps my visit today was not typical. I've been to several restaurants since re-opening (if outdoor seating is an option). Nearly all have made obvious and extensive adaptations to how they do business in covid times to keep employees & guests as safe as possible and hopefully keep businesses open. Upon arriving at Otto Pint I observed a few employees in the bar/inside area not wearing masks or not having them pulled up properly to cover nose and mouth. The hostess did have masks though as did any server I saw approach a table outside. We were a little uneasy but had walked here and decided to stay since we'd be sitting outside. The patio is extensive and offers space between tables. By the time we left most, if not all outdoor tables were full. Positives - sweet server. Pizza my husband ordered still tasted great. Outdoor seating is an option. Negatives - aforementioned casual use of masks by some staff, pesto hummus was served with dried up carrots and was overall unimpressive. Not offering no-touch menus or payment like most other places I've visited. Beer menu just okay. read more
