Pizza was very good! We had the Spicy Italian. All pizzas are made New York style, so just the one kind of crust, which was very good. We also had a garden salad and added grilled chicken. We chose to eat at Brick oven pizza in Windsor based off their Facebook post. The pizza and calzones looked really good. We couldn't find the restaurant at first because the sign was not lit. The restaurant was filthy, every table was dirty, the floor was dirty, bathrooms were nasty. We watched several delivery drivers go in and out with the food warming bags that were absolutely disgusting. Food was average, looked nothing like the photos we saw on the post. Honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. Unmelted cheese. Soggy crust with burnt edges. Frozen pizza is better.

Paid $60.00 for delivery of a 16" supreme pizza and 12 wings. When the pizza arrived the toppings were stuck to the top of the box bc the wings were placed on the hot pizza. The pie was wet from the humidity and the wings were soggy too. The delivery driver was very nice. We always try to support local businesses but based on the last two experiences we have had with Brick Oven, we will have to find another place to order pizza. read more

My family and I heard about Brick Oven Pizza from some friends who live in Windsor. We decided to try it out. As soon as we walked in, it didn't seem like a well maintained restaurant. In fact, most of the tables were dirty as was the floor. The staff was very busy with delivery orders so we gave them the benefit of the doubt concerning the lack of cleaning. We ordered a large pizza that was good but very average. I'm not sure we would return a second time. My family loves pizza and there's plenty of places to try. read more

Cold, cardboard-like, dry, tasteless pizza delivered less than 3 miles. Generous amount of pepperoni and okay tasting cheese, but barely any sauce, and the 2 veggie additions were cut into less than 1/8 inch pieces that required a microscope to find them. We are picky about our pizza and Windsor Brick Oven did not disappoint. What the restaurant lacks in ambiance, it makes up for in outstanding pizza. My kids are also pretty selective and have been die-hard fans of Pulcinella on Harmony for a long time. When we moved out to Timnath, we were pretty bummed to find that Pulcinella doesn't deliver out this far. It took about a year and a half, but we got a flyer in our door for Windsor Brick Oven and decided to check it out a couple weeks ago. We're still fans of Pulcinella, but we found Windsor Brick Oven to be a little less greasy with a nice, chewy dough. The prices are also much more reasonable. They deliver to Timnath which is also a plus for those Friday nights when we just want to stay in and rent a movie on iTunes. All in all, don't overlook this place! You can have it delivered or eat there and enjoy a couple games of classic Miss Pac-Man while you wait. Very sub par gluten-free pizza option and expensive for what we received. Pizza crust was very undercooked, resulting in limp and gooey crust (the inside of the edges of the crust were fully raw dough and could not be eaten). We actually counted the pepperoni slices on the pizza as a joke because there were so few of them - 8 slices of pizza and 12 slices of pepperoni total. Worst experience with a pizza establishment ever. The new girl on the phone was clearly not being offered any training, she didn't tell me how long to expect for delivery (which was over an hour & we're 7 minutes away), she didn't ask for payment (which we were then blamed for), and best of all - we didn't even get what we ordered!! But wait - there's more - when we called in to question, Ken (manager, owner, doesn't matter - total jerk) demanded to drive over and take the pizza back, or we had to pay for the wrong pizza; he was rude and clearly lacks all sense of customer service. Walked in just after lunch time to a grumpy older associate. My first thought was " I really hope this guy isn't the owner". Was treated with a "what a ya want" kind of approach. The slice was okay though nothing special. I will say that the stone oven is a plus as it adds the right flavor to the finish of the crust. Looking around, the place looks run down with pieces of drywall hanging off the wall of the mysterious room that appears to the right of the enterence. A co worker and I visited here yesterday and the aftermath was not good! We both had pizza and hot wings. The pizza was good but the wings were not. Very mushy and chewy. The worst part is that within 15 mins of eating we both needed a restroom desperately and it wasn't to take a #1!!! So here we sit this morning and our stomachs are still upset. Best pizza I've had in Colorado since we moved here a month and a half ago. Walked in during dinner time on a week night and ordered a large pizza at the counter for take out. Pizza is pretty good, not as good as Pelican Jo's, but the cheese is plentiful, the meats were spiced well, and the sauce has good flavor. The crust/dough leave something to be desired flavor wise, and is not cooked through enough so it is half soggy by the time it gets to your house. Also, the delivery guy needs to take corners more slowly because the cheese/toppings seemed to have shifted to one half of the pie....lol. Solid pizza for the price though - $13.99 (with a Valpak coupon) for a 16" extra large two-topping pizza, so really, can't complain too much. The kids loved it, so all in all, we're happy! read more

First of all I feel like I need to add that I am a very picky Pizza eater and it takes a lot of flavor to make me happy. After trying many places in Windsor I finally found the best pizza place in town. This restaurant is small, but the inside is beautiful especially after the remodel. I am treated with importance every time I walk in or even call for delivery. Now, enough about the looks and feel. Let's get onto the important stuff the flavor of the pizza. They hand make their dough, Marinara, and I've even seen them cut their own mozzarella cheese. They hand toss all the dough and cook it in a brick oven. Brick oven pizza is one of the most rich in flavored pizza I've had in a long time. I have not been able to find any other take out pizza joint that is any better than this locally owned pizza shop. I will never ever go back to anything else. I highly recommend coming in or getting delivery with Brick Oven I guarantee you that there will be no disappointment. read more

Ordered a pizza last night. Girl told me it would be an hour. I was okay with that. At the 90-minute mark, I called and was told, "Oh, sorry. We got a lot of orders. It will be there in 5 minutes." I asked her if she even cared that it had been 90 minutes and she just repeated how busy they were. Ten minutes later, still had no pizza. Had a horrible customer service experience from Ken (the "manager" who was very rude) and the disorganized, untrained staff from Windsor Brick Oven Pizza. We received the completely WRONG pizza an hour after we ordered it and were missing 4-5 toppings. We would have been better suited to just put some cheese, sausage, salami, pepperoni, canadian bacon, and oregano on a couple slices of gf bread in the oven. Usually when I plan to spend $15 for a gluten free, MEDIUM pizza, I expect a bit more. I can certainly afford a $15 pizza, but hate to have to be told that I've tried to "scam" a pizzeria, even when the cops were "called" over $15...seriously? Windsor Brick Oven Pizza is an absolute joke! We've ordered from them several times before ... service and food always seemed to be hit and miss, actually use to get some good pizza there. When we placed our last order, and I assure you it will be our final order from them, we called in the order for the EXACT same thing we had purchased the week before, total was $17.60 then and as it was quoted over the phone for this order. When the food arrived at the door, the delivery woman said it was $23.57. When I explained to her that I was told it was $17.60 and it had been that just like before for the same items, she pulled out the handwritten ticket and showed me where it was crossed out (she said by "the boss") because the kid taking the order added it wrong. No calls, no anything to warn us of this BEFORE it arrived, just a demanding and very unprofessional welcome when it did. I paid the driver the amount she asked for, exactly. No tip for this nonsense and immediately called the store to speak with them about this. "The boss" she spoke of aka the owner picked up and was immediately over the top OFFENSIVE and said so much as "not my problem, kids make mistakes, sorry.". That was it! Not any explanation, not just a we made a mistake very loyal customer, nothing. Just tough toenails. Seriously. There are so many other places to spend our money in this town, no wonder why they have failed to earn Best of Windsor anything for the past five years, they got competition and failed miserably. My son is a very picky eater, and I have not been feeling well. Pizza is the easiest thing to get him to eat, but lately if the cheese has brown on it from the cooking he will not eat it. When I ordered, I explained this, expecting to get the same delicious pizza I always get form you folks. What I got was amazing. There was no brown on the cheese. My son was so happy, and for the first time in weeks, there was no argument about eating his dinner. Both of us parental figures were very tired and this just made our night so much easier.
