She was quick with our drinks and let us look at the menu for a few more minutes. Mom had the Green Tomato BLT, the Missus had the club sammich. But enough about their meals ... I want to review my meal. Their menu lists that the burger is on a brioche bun ... check that one off of the item list. A hearty patty is also placed inside of the bun and along with it are pickles, lettuce, onion and tomato. Check and double Check. Mayo is slathered on the buns, at just the right amounts that make it taste good, but not so much that it slides the innards of the burger all over the place making the chomping experience mushy. Flavors were good, I had just hoped the patty fit the bun a little better. The ratio was a bit more bun sided than oatty sided. My fries, crinkle cut, were seasoned well. Well enough that no ketchup was needed to dip them into for additional flavor. I would have liked a bit more crispiness from a double fry, but these were toothy enough to get a decent mouth feel. The meal for the three of is was about 47.00, so inflation has also hit my hometown dining places as bad as they have hit my current home near The Woodlands. Will i return to eat there the next time I visit Mom? If she wants to go, then yes, yes I would. I would also hit it alone just for their chicken fried steak or chicken. Ciao, Darrell

There's plenty of parking space in the shopping center parking lot but the tables fill up quickly during the week. The food portions are fabulous! The service was fantastic. Service and Atmosphere: The young lady at the counter was sweet and listened attentively when I explained that I needed to speak with the Manager and why. She didn't hesitate, she went and called her manager whose demeanor was quite inviting and pleasant. My visit had nothing to do with his restaurant but he listened, he heard me, and he apologized to me on behalf of the location that I was not pleased with. Chris didn't have to do that, but he did. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from such a kind, patient, and understanding human being. We need more people like Chris, the Manager at Panera on Fairmont in Pasadena. I would rather travel to a farther Panera location than to visit the one near my home in order to be treated with dignity and respect. I am now a new and loyal customer of THIS Panera! This location is tucked away at the end of an outlet just outside Sam Houston Parkway. The interior is very clean, and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. The staff is generally friendly. They walk you through all the ingredients/sections to build your ideal salad or wrap. At this location the person operating the register always asks if I have reward points. I like this because I could easily forget to scan my member number. This person takes my phone number and lets me know my point balance which is also nice. Some tips: Don't be scared to ask for all the ingredients you want. You can even ask for extra scoops of dressing. There are nuts, seeds, and bacon near the soup... you can put this in your salad too. I get so many components I don't feel the need to add a protein. Instead I add egg and bacon as my protein, and it doesn't cost extra. Also, ask for pita chips or bread as you're checking out. These are also complimentary. I would consider downloading their app and joining their rewards program as you can earn $5 off your next meal. Also, on your birthday you are given a $12 credit to Salata. Cheers!!

It's one of the best restaurants on Center Street and, in my opinion, one of the healthiest options too. A meal here almost always starts with the hummus and pita. The hummus is unbelievably smooth and flavorful, the kind that keeps you dipping until you've accidentally made it a meal of its own. The tzatziki is another standout. Creamy, cool, and garlicky with just the right tang, it's the kind of sauce that makes everything it touches better. I've never been big on eggplant dips, so I haven't gone for that, but I know plenty of people swear by it. My usual order is the pita gyro with a Greek salad. It feels fresh and filling without being heavy, though I have to admit their fries are hard to resist. On my last visit I went for the mixed chicken and shish kabob plate. The meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned so well that I didn't even need the extras, though of course I still used them because that tzatziki is just too good. For dessert, the baklava is always worth saving room for. It's flaky, sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent at the end of a healthy-feeling meal. Bibi's can get packed around lunchtime, and once you've eaten here it's easy to understand why. The food is fresh, consistently delicious, and a step above what you'd expect from a quick lunch stop. I'll be back, as always, and one of these days I'll slow down enough to give the menu the detailed attention it deserves

They also have wraps if you prefer. Their salad comes in two options small and large. I ordered the large : Step one - base To choose from Spinach, Arugula, lettuce or mixed greens Step 2- toppings Chose as many any vege toppings as I wished Step 3- Protein- could choose from tofu, falafel, avacado, quinoa, or everything. Each protein comes with its own cost. Step 4- sauce A whole lot of options. Also option is to mix everything or the sauce on the side. I chose on the side. Both the persons who were attending to us were patient and helpful and made suggestions too. They carry soda and tea if you like a drink with your salad. The ambience is clean and quiet. I would have liked the tables cleaned up a bit more but there were plenty empty so it was ok. The veges were crisp and very fresh, and I would rate them 10 /10 if I could.
