I ordered a pizza and when order progress showed order was ready, I called after 35 minutes to inquire about the delivery status (I live less than 4 miles). Was told should be another 20 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I cancelled the order. Nobody wants a cold pizza! Manager says 7-10 business days for refund, ok no problem. (that was on Nov. 16th) still no refund! She rushed me off the phone and hung up. So be warned, this location excepts online orders even when no drivers are available. I've experienced this before but never had an issue with a rude manager or getting a refund. It is currently 9:45 pm, online their hours are until 12 pm. I ordered online and called to confirm my order, they proceed to tell me that they close at 11 and can not complete my order. This is unacceptable considering they had no problem taking my money and processing my order. Ridiculous to stop making orders an hour and half before you close and two and half hours prior to your hours online. They offered no solution besides the refund that won't be in my account for another 3-5 business days. They don't know if this was my last bit of money & did not care one bit. Made an online order and Marco's gives you a time when the pizza is ready for pick up. Arrived at the time and staff had my pizza ready and waiting. I got their XL "works" pizza ($21.99) but had a promo code knocking off $4. Customer service was nice and fast, and while many pizza shops these days are grab and go, there's actually a few tables here so if you want to sit down and have your pizza inside the store, you can. Parking at this Marco's is pretty easy, since it's in the strip anchored by a Publix, so spaces are easy to be had. There are a few exits onto Hairston road, and directly down from Marco's is a red light exit so that you can turn left or right if you like. The only "problem" I have with Marco's is the fact that their pizza is typically much more pricey than their main competitors, namely Domino's, Papa johns and pizza hut. With that said, Marco's has very quickly become my favorite chain pizza place in terms of flavor and quality, so you get what you pay for. Will I be back? Probably. If not to this location, definitely another. Marco's has another fan! read more

Bad customer service from Chanel. I called back to let them know they didn't get my order right. I ordered a medium garden pizza and add chicken and pineapples. They charged me for what I ordered but gave me a pizza with only chicken and pineapples no veggies. Ms Chanel had an attitude. She told me Mr. Bundy said bring the pizza back...really. I'm at home and they're closing. So I asked for a credit. Chanel said Mr. Bundy will have the credit under my phone number. I asked for the Managers name and hers. Today after work was my first time ordering from Marco's Pizza. After checking the menu, I submitted an order for a medium 'Garden pizza' with original crust, and the 10 piece chicken wings with tangy BBQ sauce. When the team member brought my order and debit card, I asked if everything was straight. He acknowledged that it was. After getting settled at home, I checked the pizza and wings. While the wings were just what I ordered, I was disappointed to discover that I was given cheese pizza instead of the 'Garden pizza' that was ordered. Thankfully the wings were tasty, and while the cheese pizza was not what I ordered, it was still hot when I arrived home. I would have given Marco's at least four (4) stars. But, I believe that giving customers exactly what they order always enhances the rating; while missing the mark will lower the score. If I could rate this place of business negative 5 stars I would. Very unorganized, lazy, unprofessional. The "manager" Carteba Kemp provide this type of service. Don't bother using the curbside service. You will wait and no will bother bringing you your order. You go inside and she the face of the business, attitude rings loud. They charge 10 cents per Crushed red pepper packets & Parmesan cheese. They didn't give me my additional sauce that I paid for. Went back to get them after getting home and realizing it wasn't in the box. My mom asked me to order a pizza from here the other day and she would go pick it up. So I'm on the phone with a lady and she took my order which was a large uno deluxe pizza. So then my mom gets there and they have a MEDIUM PEPPERONI PIZZA for her to pick up. Maybe I'm just crazy but pepperoni and a deluxe (supreme) pizza are two different things. So then when my mom addressed jt , the lady laughed at her and said "well that's what was ordered" WOW so professional. This spot is following COVID-19 guidelines, which is totally awesome to me.I was turned on to this spot by my son, he has been eating Marco's since high school. Papa John's was my spot to go to for pizza. Now Marco's is top at my list. I had been sleeping on them for a long time. I visited this location yesterday and ordered 2 large pizzaa. I ordered at 8:45 pm....went next door to Publix to pick up a few items and still had to wait another half hour after I finished at Publix to get my order. I did not get my order until 9:30pm (and it was still missing the crust toppings that I requested).The customer service was horrible. Many other customers were upset and complaining....it was a disgrace!....The cashier even tried to charge me for a cup of garlic butter which comes free with your pie. I had to tell her that I ordered from there before and the first cup is free with each pie and that you only get charged for the second cup of garlic butter. She did not even know that. The entire staff here needs to be re-trained. I doubt that I will visit this location again. read more

This location of the chain is good, but only reflects the whims of the parent company. It does not continue pizzas that are popular locally (e.g., Asiago steak), but just conforms to what the parent company tells it to do. The tomato sauce is ok, but clearly from a jar. If you want a higher end chain pizza, then this is a good location, but if you want actual authentic pizza or something that is unique, this store (and chain) will not help you. read more

I ordered a large all meat pizza from this location and requested extra cheese. When I got home and tasted the pizza the sauce had no taste and I did not have extra cheese. In fact the pizza was tasteless. I called the manager and explained pizza was not very good and he asked what did I want him to do about it. Wanted to know if I had looked at the pizza before I left the store. I did not check the pizza and you can't tell until you actually start eating. I expected him to offer to re-make the pizza but he never offered to make it right. I told him I had paid $26.00 for the order and it was a lot to pay for a product that was not as good. Unfortunately this place is hit or miss....ordering by phone is quite a task and the man that answers is combative and angry...I'm not sure why he came into work angry at the pizza eating public but he appears to have a chip on his shoulder....if you order online you will have the exact opposite experience and probably enjoy all aspects of your meal, this includes all correct items ordered and prompt service...unlike when the angry guy who answers the phone;he cannot get all aspects of your order correct...for example, if you order dr. pepper he sends Mountain dew..if you order garlic butter crust you receive parmesan crust etc....the delivery persons are all great and friendly....the website works fine...BUT,if you're driving and just calling in an order to meet you at the house,get ready for an argument instead of a meal...itll be a mouthful alright as you cannot get a word in edgewise while he debates with you about meat and vegetables instead of helping spread peace through pizza across the community....I definitely suggest an online order...multitasking tends to be a difficulty at this location (i.e. answering phones and making pizza) Call in an order at your own risk read more
