Fast service. Great menu with variety. Great sizes great prices. The new lemon ricotta chicken pizza was phenomenal. Definitely coming back. The dough is nice and thin and cheesy.

The pizza and Gelato were delicious! The dining room could have been a little cleaner; dirty tables and lingering trays.

It's good pizza, not great but definitely something I'd get again. I enjoy doing local things in the town center, supporting local businesses too and pizza is my foody passion so this place couldn't be missed. The prices are reasonable and it's a similar setup to Chipotle where you order your size and toppings then if desired add a drink, salad or Gelato for a meal. My one gripe so far is no one was monitoring the cleanliness of the place and alot of the tables and some of the floor were dirty. It wasn't crowded enough for that to be the case. I clocked about 4 people behind the counter so there was enough staff to take turns tidying up. It's a decent place to have locally, I appreciate having a place like this nearby.

If this is a two scoop gelato then I can't imagine what a single is. Compare this to my three scoop

So it's not getting better, I ordered the same things with exception to the "meal deal" which included a drink and a two scoop gelato. So the drink was as it is but there a Freaking Huge difference between the two scoop and three scoop gelato. Last time I had the three scoop and this time the two scoop was more like a single scoop. What a rip off. Where is the consistency. Each time they prepared the pasta dish every thing was by how much the person grabbed, more or less on the size and amount of each ingredient. It's a challenge to enjoy one visit more or less. It's evident by the size of a two scoop versus a three scoop gelato. But the one consistency was, the pasta was cold the time before and is was cold this time as well with it being burnt on top.

Gluten free pizza in the pan in the oven separated from the items with gluten.

This score is strictly based on my last visit. I recently had to start eating gluten free and heard Your Pie had a GF option. I was in the area yesterday and thought I'd try it out. First, they ask if it's an allergy or preference. If you say allergy, they prepare your pizza in the kitchen away from anything that could contaminate it. Then they cook it in the oven in its own pan. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed with the care they took. And the pizza crust was very tasty. I was again pleasantly surprised. Although I can't eat it often because of the dairy, it is nice to know there's at least one restaurant I can trust with a gluten free option. The place is always clean and the staff has always been patient and courteous.

The inside of this place is super cute!! Exposed brick. The pizza tasted good but the peach and prosciutto was disappointing. It was nothing like they had in the picture. The service at the counter was pitiful. It was like no one knew what they were doing. Bottom line... good food, nice place but it's iffy

All pizzas, or pies are thin crusted .‍Everything was good except that part..... An that it was hard to find.

The line here was very long. I ordered the cauliflower crust hot pizza and added some veggies. I really enjoyed it. The kids meals were a decent value, pizza, a drink and a kiddie Gelato. The wait was not bad once you ordered.

Got the cheesy Alfredo pasta and a Caesar side salad. Pasta was a great size and salad was kinda small. Both were mid but good.

Tonight we made our way to The Social Goat in Covington, Georgia. Before we even get to the food,…read morethis is the kind of restaurant that has a personality all its own. Goat-themed artwork is scattered throughout the restaurant, including some fun paintings that immediately caught our attention. The atmosphere feels more like a cozy tavern than a traditional taco restaurant, with dark wood, booths, and a comfortable setting that invites you to settle in and stay awhile. One interesting piece of local history is the building itself. We learned that in 1906, this building housed an antique market. Think about that for a moment. If someone was selling antiques here in 1906, some of those "antiques" might have been from the 1800s. More than a century later, the building is still serving visitors, although these days the focus is tacos rather than antiques. Covington itself is worth mentioning. The city has become known as Georgia's Hollywood of the South, with more than 100 movies and television productions filmed here over the years. Fans of The Vampire Diaries and Sweet Magnolias will recognize many locations around town. If you're visiting the area, there is plenty to see before or after dinner. Our server for the evening was Jordan, who provided friendly service throughout the meal. The menu features eleven different taco varieties, which immediately created a dilemma. Narrowing the choices down to just three was not easy. We ultimately chose the Fried Fish Taco, the Philly Taco, and the Sesame Ribeye Taco. The tacos are available as a trio, allowing you to sample three different varieties on one platter. The meal also came with chips, salsa, and queso, making it easy to share and compare flavors. Let's start with the Fried Fish Taco because it ended up being my favorite of the three. The fish itself had excellent flavor and was cooked just right. The taco was topped with a sauce that brought a unique flavor to the experience, and the crunchy slaw added texture that worked beautifully with the fish. Every component contributed something to the overall bite. This was the taco that surprised me the most and ultimately earned the top spot in my personal ranking. The Philly Taco finished a very close second. If you're a fan of Philly cheesesteaks, you'll immediately understand the appeal. Loaded with shaved ribeye, peppers, onions, and cheese, it delivered exactly the flavors I was hoping for. It was rich, satisfying, and packed with flavor. Sometimes simple combinations work for a reason, and this taco proved that point. The Sesame Ribeye Taco was the most unique of the three. The sesame-soy flavor was bold and immediately noticeable. I enjoyed the flavor profile and appreciated that it took the taco in a different direction than what I typically experience. Rather than trying to imitate a traditional taco, it offered something distinct and memorable. Anyone looking for a creative twist on a taco will likely find this one especially interesting. One thing I appreciated about the trio platter was the opportunity to compare very different flavor profiles side by side. The Fried Fish Taco offered a balance of fish, sauce, and crunch. The Philly Taco delivered familiar comfort-food flavors. The Sesame Ribeye Taco brought a bold and unique flavor profile to the table. Each taco had its own personality, which made the comparison part of the fun. The chips were crisp, the salsa was fresh, and the queso provided a nice complement to the tacos. Combined with the trio platter, it was more than enough food for a satisfying meal. The Social Goat manages to be more than just a taco stop. Between the historic building, the goat-themed decor, the welcoming tavern atmosphere, and a menu filled with creative options, it offers an experience that stands out from the typical restaurant visit. If we return, and there is a good chance we will, there are still eight taco varieties left for us to investigate. The Social Goat Tavern 1115 Church Street Covington, GA 30014

This location is The Man Cave. There is outdoor seating if you prefer fresh air. As we walked in we were greeted by Ms. Pat. She was very sweet and attentive. She informed us they have been there a year and invited us to come back for the New Years celebration. The interior is larger than it looks from the outside. There are booth seats that line the wall with maybe 30 small tables that have a chair. The booth seats are red with black tables/chairs. There is a small stage upfront possibly for the band or artist that sings. It's not large enough for a full band. There is another space for the hostess on the other side. The bar area is towards the rear where maybe 6 or 7 can sit. Ms. Pat took our order shortly after being seated. I ordered collards, yams, fried okra and 4 fried whole wings. You get a meat and 2 sides but I was being greedy! . My husband ordered dressing, smoked ribs, yams and cornbread. I enjoyed my lunch. The chicken wings were very small and that's how I like them. No one wants wings on steroids! Fried crispy and golden. Perfectly seasoned! The collards were delicious. Seasoned with smoked turkey. Okra was delicious fried just right. Crispy! The yams were not too sweet just right. My husband ordered the dressing bc Ms. Pat noted it was a favorite amongst the other guests. He wasn't too crazy about it but it was ok. The ribs were not seasoned enough. The sauce covered the meat so you were not able to really taste the "rib" but it was ok. He says he would not order again. The yams were perfect as I stated earlier. We were offered the Peach Cobbler but since we both had yams we declined the cobbler. Overall, we enjoyed it. Will come back and try other items on the menu. It is a very casual setting. If you want to dress up, go for it but the vibe is very casual. They are closed on Monday.
