Pizza Hut's "app" is totally useless so I try calling to place a takeout order. Either it rings and rings or I get an automated message telling me their "associates" are busy with other customers. I keep giving this location a chance to deliver my pizza hot and they can't seem to do it. I don't live far from this location and for whatever reason they won't even do it when I call before it's made. I will have to start ordering from other restaurants. I tried Dominos, but they only had 1 delivery driver and would've taken 3.5 hours to deliver anything. I will try others, because Pizza Hut management doesn't care how you want it. If I could give this place a "NO" star, I most certainly would. I ordered two separate orders, literally 3 min apart. My daughter wanted to add a pasta. My second order was delivered to me without any issues first. A doorbell ring & a nice tip. He was on his way. However, the first order was not. The driver stated that it should be out shortly. After a few min, I called and spoke with one of the managers. They stated that a driver came out, rang the doorbell & called. I never received either a call nor heard the doorbell. A second manager proceeded to get on the phone. They stated a refund would be processed & it could not be re-delivered. Would it make sense to send both orders out at the same time? Saves a driver! And, she informed me they tried to call. Again, no message, no food. When I tried to emphasize that they left no message. She informed me they could remake the food but it would be an hour and a half wait. I was very upset at the situation, but even more so by the lack of compassion and empathy. And, when I got frustrated, I asked for the DM name. I was given a first name and told she would be there tomorrow. She refused to give me any other contact info. I ordered at 4:20pm, my order arrived 5:50. My pizza arrived almost an hour after the projected time--on a tuesday, in a roodypoo rinkydink podunk town on a Tuesday night. I live two miles from the Pizza Hut. My order confirmation was estimated at 4:55. I called at 5:32 because the order tracker link said my pizza had been delivered. I called and asked them to confirm the delivery address, and to tell me the delivery status. I asked the woman who answered the phone why the pizza said delivered, and she said it was because they are told by Management to set the status as delivered, to help their delivery stats (kinda like why McDonalds pulls you up to a parking spot). When my food arrived the pizza was cold and soggy, like it had been sitting for an hour. The wings were lukewarm. Sometimes this place will give us our pizza an hour late, but they offer a cookie or drink right? Not anymore. Tonight we ordered and used our rewards points for a free pizza but it took longer than an hour to arrive. Turns out it was sent to the wrong address. So then we called Pizza Hut and they were rude to us. We were even hung up on! We tried speaking to the manager but even the manager hung up on us MULTIPLE TIMES. Today my husband and I experience the most racial experiences we've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.. We tried to enter the diner to order some pizza and were told to go to the drive through which wasn't an issue but less than 3 seconds enough time for my husband to return to the car a Caucasian woman and her kids walks to the door to get in and instead of the young lady Destina tell them to go through the drive through just as she instructed us she ran to the door and let them in.. So when we arrived at the window of course we had to wait and when Destina finally decided to help we asked her why didn't she allow us entry and her response was because they were busy.. I asked so in less than 3 seconds you were No longer busy and she stated yes.. So we did still place our order and then decided to get a refund due to Not trusting her with our food and asking for a refund only to be told by a gentleman we couldn't get a refund, keep in mind we never even received the pizza.. So after going back and forth with the gentleman he finally gave us our money back and advised us to call corporate due to being short staffed stated that that's why we received the service we received and he also stated that the manager wasn't onsite either.. We will never eat that Little Caesars ever again and we are going to advise all of our family and friends to stand by us.. Our money is just as good and we deserve to be treated with respect.. The rudest customer service experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I called an hour after I ordered delivery to check on the status of my order, Jessica answered the phone and told me my food had just come out of the oven but it would be another hour to an hour and a half until it was delivered because they only had two drivers. Um.. what? Not only was it going to take a total of two and a half hours to get the pizza I ordered, but the food was just going to be sitting under warmers for all that time? I was obviously not happy about that so she handed the phone to her manager Sara. I'm not sure how Sara got a management position because she is quite possibly the rudest human I have ever encountered in my life. She offered no apologies or explanations, didn't even see a problem with the fact that I ordered food at 9 and it wasn't going to be at my house until 11:30. The only thing Sara was interested in was getting me to say I wanted to cancel my order so she could get me off the phone. I told her i didn't want to cancel because I had two kids waiting for dinner.. this really annoyed her, so she placed me on hold. I sat on hold for close to five minutes before I came to the conclusion that she had no intention on picking the line back up. I called back several times and the employees would either pick the phone up and hang it up or pick it up and place it immediately on hold. I felt like I was in the twilight zone... what establishment treats their customers this way?? Finally, the last time I called Jessica answered the phone and I asked her if she treated all their guests that way and she said "yes" they do. How nice. So, finally, I told them to just cancel my order because I didn't want spit in my food and told her I would be contacting corporate about this and she responded "good luck there is no corporate" Please do not give these people your business, because they clearly are inconvenienced by it. read more

Terrible Service. Didn't think to check reviews ahead of ordering. I placed an online order to be picked up an hour later a the drive-thru. Unfortunately I included a tip with my online payment. When I arrive at the window after sitting at the window for about two minutes and no one coming to the window I decided I would wait 3 more minutes (timed) before going inside. I could see employees but they chose to ignore the window. 3 minutes pass and I pull around and go inside by this time the car behind me is getting waited on. While I am standing at the drive thru counter the kitchen door opens and at least 5 more employees in back enjoying each others company. Totally RIDICULOUS! read more

The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. The delivery took 15-20 minutes longer than the anticipated 45-55 minute wait. When I recieved it the pizza was very cold and undercooked which caused it to stick to the bottom of the box. Additionally, I paid for extra bacon and there was merely enough for a regular serving.
