I placed a order at 550 and scheduled for the order to be ready at 715 through the app. 5 mins later I get a text stating that my pizza is going in the oven. 5 mins after that I get a text stating that the pizza is ready. I called the location to tell them that I scheduled for 715 and why is it ready. The response was " it will be in the warmer until you get here". Why would you offer to schedule a order? The lady was adamant about me getting a hot pizza that's been sitting for over a hour. I hung up and then said I'll be there at 715. I arrived at 7:11 and the young lady tried to give me the warm pizza. I refused and asked them to remake the pizza. I stood there because they was not about to try me and put that pizza in another box. I was not a priority to them. I waited another 35 mins for a new pizza. No one acknowledged me. Not even the manager. No apologies or nothing. I will not order from this location again. read more

Online ordering was easy and the pizza was ready when the app said it was. The food tasted great. Order was correct.

Tried ordering through the app didn't work, then tried ordering through the website which didn't work either yet it still charged my card. Tried calling multiple times to fix the issue but no one ever answered. Then when I finally got someone to pick up they told me there was nothing they could do about my card being charged twice since there was no order number and to take it up with the bank. Asked to speak with the manager who's name was chelsey and she immediately hung up on me. I get that there was nothing they could do about the transaction but offered zero solutions and just decided to hang up. Awful service if you ask me and I will not be returning. read more

We have been a Papa John's customer for a LONG time now, but this past Tuesday (Christmas eve) we placed an order for 3 pizzas. One of them was a small that HAD A PIECE OF GLASS in it. I am not joking. My daughter did not encounter the slice containing the glass until the next day (Christmas day) when they were closed. So we called them on Thursday and spoke with the manager on duty (we think her name was Rivers). She was very nice and refunded the money for our order and contacted the regional manager William Garman (sp) by SMS and asked him to contract us. She told us all of their containers were plastic so we wanted to speak with him to determine how a piece of glass could have ended up in our food as it was UNDER the cheese. As of today he had still not contacted us. My wife tried to call again and Rivers answered, indicating she had communicated with William and that he would be onsite at 4pm. So after another 2 hours we are posting online. I can no longer recommend this store to anyone. Couldn't rate zero stars, see the attached pics. read more

Last night my Husband, Mom & I ordered pizza from Papa John's. We expected it to take about 30 minutes. Within just a few minutes of placing our order, our delivery guy showed up. He was the sweetest guy. He had his proper PPE on, stood in the pouring rain to drop our pizza off & was a super nice gentlemen. The service & pizza were both great and we are super happy. I looked at the receipt to catch the sweet gentleman's name and his name is: John Hardman. I really can't believe the score is so low. Maybe bc people don't want you to know but the pizza is always good. I've ordered here a good 5 times and it's always hot and fresh. It's ran by young adults/teens but you can see them making that fresh pizza crust and that's all that matters to me. Lol read more

If I could give zero stars I would! The last 2 times I ordered from here we ordered the stuffed crust pizza and the dough was not even close to be cooked. Tonight we ordered a regular pizza thinking it would be okay. Nope. The dough was so soggy the pizza was falling apart! We called and spoke to the manager on shift and his response: "it'll be 4 hours before we can deliver again". Told him that was not acceptable since we have already paid and he refused to refund or deliver sooner. If I Could give 0 stars I would ! This is the worst place I have ever ordered from! Charges you $5 for sauces they don't even bring along with the 2 liter that comes with your meal deal they don't bring either! Never thought I'd Yelp a fast food pizza joint, but have to. Was staying in town for a friend's wedding. We were a little hungry so pizza seemed a good option. Called to order, guy on the phone didn't know where the hotel was. Covington isn't a big town, and I told him the name of the only Hampton Inn in town. Still wanted directions. Got a call from the delivery driver. Couldn't find the hotel. It isn't a new hotel! Lastly, no sauce whatsoever for the breadsticks. My husband and I ordered from Papa John's Pizza. We ordered two chicken poppers a ten piece and a fifteen piece, a large pizza cheaper than the small and four hot peppers. Got our order and got everything including cheese bread sticks ( which we did not order) and did not get the ten piece poppers. I would start telling her what I wanted and every few seconds she would tell me to hold on a minute and then take the rest of my order. I told her I wanted fifteen chicken poppers and a ten piece chicken poppers and tell me guys does cheese bread sound anything like chicken poppers? I think not!!!!! Very disappointed in Papa John's Pizza!!!! The people need to let the customers tell them what they want before the employees start interrupting and then the order will be right. I ordered a pizza at 12:25 noon and it arrived at 2:27pm. I called to find out why it was taking so long and I was told another driver took my order by mistake and they had to remake it. When the pizza and wings arrived the box had oil all over it and the box was dented in. I refused the order. I called the main customer service line to report what had happen and to see if I could get my points added back to the account. The main customer service called the manager of this store and said he didn't want to apply my points back and that I should call him again to get it resolved.
