Busy with online I guess and then tied to hand me "NOT" my sandwich. Which was supposed to be a giant. 3 workers all looked at each other exchanged words and eye rolls. Sandwiches aren't anything special or out of this world. I got the Cajun chicken sandwich and asked for bread to be toasted and it was not toasted. It was also a bit messy. I ordered takeout and was able to go in a pick my sandwich up in a timely manner. Got another tuna sandwich also, that bread was toasted but the tuna was only on one side of the sandwich...I suppose it was not packed properly. I came to the register and after several seconds of an awkward pause, "Jennifer" finally said, "Go ahead with your order." First time visiting this location left me disappointed. I ordered a medium steamer meal. It took about 8 minutes to take my order which seemed long for as few customers were in the store. Once my order was taken and rung up I realized that the employee overcharged me. She tried to justify it but I kept shooting her down until she finally admitted she made a mistake. The order was prepared quickly. When I got back to work and started to eat my sandwich I realized there was very little meat and toppings on one side. They were all on the other side. So, picture bread with Mayo and dressing one side with just like one or two pieces of meat and cheese on that side. Very skinny. The other side was just the opposite. Hoagie roll with TONS of meat and cheese on it. It was delicious and done right. While I was there I noticed there was plenty of parking in front of the business and to the side of the business. The bathrooms leave something to be desired. There was toilet paper on the floor. The trash can was over flowing. I didnt want to touch anything in there because there was no soap to wash my hands. Tried this place for the first time today and was most impressed. First the quality of the food was much higher than what you typically encounter at some of the other chains. I had the medium Italian and it was delicious. The meat was not the usual hard-packed stuff that you find at SubWay or Blimpie and the fact that they grill it was a nice touch. I also did not feel like I had to drink a gallon of water afterward, which tells me that there was less salt in the cold-cuts. Next, the place was clean and modern with a staff that seemed to actually care about your experience. I counted three "hi, welcome to Firehouse" before I even reached the counter and the Jennifer Aniston look-alike working behind the counter did not hurt either. Let me net this out for you. If you find yourself in need of a quick sandwich and want a place that takes the experience to a higher level then I think this is the place for you. read more

This is the by far the best Firehouse location I've been to! This place was clean and very sanitary! I was greeted at least 4 times before even reaching the counter. (Great Service)..
