I went to drive thru around 1:30 and the young girl who helped me was so incredibly sweet. She even ran my food out in line and it was very hot outside! read more

Almost a twice a month go to as the food is always fresh. The line can be long but I don't mind when I know I'm getting great service and fresh food! I enjoy the zax pak meal and their spicy honey mustard sauce! They keep their menu simple and their strawberry lemonade is 10/10! read more

Was told to try it by a friend. Fries with their "seasoning" were way too salty and not crispy enough. Chicken tenders also not crispy enough and lacked flavor. Chicken wings were sub par. Texas toast was fine but at the end of the day it was toast. Strawberry lemonade was good but extremely sweet. I would not recommend and won't be going back. read more

We go to zaxby's whenever I'm in Georgia for a quick bite. However, they've removed a few of the salad choices that used to be there. That was really good, so it was a little hard to decide what I wanted this time because I went there with my mind on a particular salad. But I settled on the garden salad with the fried chicken cut up on top. My grandchildren got the chicken fingers with French fries. And it always comes with a side of texas toast, which is really good. read more

The food was good, they provided HEAVY sauce when I requested it, unlike some other Zaxby's. The service was average, worker did their job, but we did wait a substantial amount of time to be served even though we were the only ones inside the restaurant. It did provide a quiet ambiance. read more

Zaxbys - the interior of a restaurant - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conyers, Georgia

So, we went there and they made the drive thru like Chick-fil-a like they had two lines but not the mobile thru and the workers could go outside the door. And they limited the menu, I couldn't get a Fanta strawberry, or Fanta orange, so we got a Hi-C Orange, lemonade, and a Sprite. And the decor was pretty good it was amazing the color of the building was white, red, & blue and the food was good, the chicken sandwich was good, the fries had well orange seasoning on them, the boneless wings for my son was good too and the drinks was better than ever. Whoever that hasn't tried the new & improved Zaxby's needs to try it, be there or be square! read more

I would give a ZERO if I could! I spend way too much money here with my kids and wife eating here to be ignored and treated like someone who doesn't help generate revenue for the company! Set in line for 40 mins just to get to window and they say there aren't any tenders. Asked for managers name and they wouldn't even respond. read more

Haven't had Zaxby's in a while, but we stopped today for a funnel cake. We ended up getting a meal too. Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast. The funnel cake wasn't greasy and held up nicely to the caramel sauce. Chicken was good with the right amount of sauce. The drive thru and parking lot was clean and free of litter. read more

Fries were cold and old as well as the chicken. Nothing on the plate taste like it was cooked today! Last time I will come here! read more

I'VE BEEN WAITING IN LINE FOR 30 mins For a milkshake & shrimp... there is a full staff this is ridiculous

The worst customer service. I was told by a manager yesterday to come back and he would take care of my bill . I went back today since, I could not return yesterday . The lady manager was beyond rude and nasty !!! She needs to take a class on customer service . I will not go back to this location because of her ! read more

If I could give zero starts I would!! This place was absolutely horrible. Never have I waited for an 1 and half at a fast food restaurant. Very unorganized and no respect at all. read more

Excellent excellent service. They are awesome up there at this location . They made the whole visit so smooth from the lady outside taking the order all the way to the window . I love it there . read more

The employees of this restaurant have attitudes don't tend to the customers in a timely manner as I walked in they were congregated in the back, looking at me through the front, but never came to help read more

Great customer service. Fast. Clean store. They greeted me when I came in and the Manager was very friendly. She made sure all my needs were met. My food also looked and taste great read more

Service is slowwwwww been In drive thru for over 30 minutes and counting. They are taking one order filling it th hen taking the next. Must be trying to cheer on the time for drive thru service. They don't care about their customers. read more

I have been going to this Zaxby's for over ten years. I have always had a wonderful experience. Great service and gets order correct every time read more

I'm not really a chicken eater and this is my first time at Zaxby's in forever it looked clean tables weren't crumby but I had a slight issue with just my order, a side of my order being a little overcooked. When I spoke about it they offered me great understanding with a smile! Even went above and beyond when we sat down and ate to make sure that everything was okay with us out in the dining room area. The male manager this evening was awesome. Thank you for the great experience! read more

Really Zaxbys?? Not even Chik-Fil-A plays Christian music in their stores. There are plenty of their stations you could play and many music vendors that could mix up your music for you!! I will definitely not be back. You are more than welcome to have a faith but why broadcast it and subject those who may not share your view as your customers!! read more

VEX!!! THIS HAS TO BE A JOKE! Wish I would have stopped in Stockbridge but stopped here before getting on the road desiring the normal filling salad that Zaxbys is known to serve. It was nothing but God's Grace that they messed my order up! I ordered two but they didn't ring them both up... BUT JUDGING FROM THE LACK OF LETTUCE!!! I'm so glad I didn't splurge to get this! I am beyond pissed! I swear I wish I wasn't on 20! I should have checked this before pulling off!! I mean... $8 eight dollars can buy plenty of romaine lettuce... Also I didn't move a thing in this container! I literally just opened it and gawked at this mess read more

I have problems with this zaxbys all the time. Either it takes forever to get the food or it's the attitudes of the people working there. They all seem to not understand fast food really means. Attitude towards customers. If you do t like your job quit and find something else to do that doesn't involve talking g or helping people. This place really sucks read more

Worst experience ever. Instead of pulling up the car to a parking space, they just asked it to move forward which resulted in all of the cars being stuck behind it. I was then told to move up so I could get off their clock despite the fact that my order of 2 drinks had already been given to me. The staff became increasingly me more abusive until I asked for the number to corporate. In response, they laughed and refused. read more

What the heck has happened to this location? Oh my....never again. You could not pay me to eat here again, not the food but the customer service sucks terribly! This was once my favorite go to place with the family, but now I will stick to cooking at home. If I want bad customer service I can just call my cable company! Yikes. read more

ok so lets get into it ... i literally just got zaxbys like 20 minutes ago. tell me why my kickin chicken sandwhich which is supposed to have 3 chicken strips had 4 boneless wings on it ...... like y'all couldn't have told me yall was out of chicken strips? how do you even run out of chicken strips in the first place ??? not to mention my food was all thrown around in the box and sauce was everywhere. its not giving what yall said it was supposed to gave and this is why chick fil a will always be superior. P.S. i want my one w whoever made that food read more

Horrible horrible service here. I literally went in and order at 7:08pm and 20 mins go by and no food. I got annoyed and got a refund and it was 30 mins later no food literally I went to get my money back and my food was ready. Too many young ppl on their phone playing around. It was plenty of ppl waiting for their food and they are moving slow as hell. I will never come here again.. read more

Took a staff away cause we've been waiting awhile HOWEVER they are incredibly nice. Yelling "welcome to Zaxbys" from the kitchen as customers walk in. Anything is better than me getting yelled at in the drive through at Popeyes read more

We are here right now. They have a Fallen Soldier table this weekend due to it being Memorial Day weekend. It is dressed with a white tablecloth, a bible plate, glass, and flatware. Well done Zaxby's. read more

Every time I give this Zaxby's a chance I end up with a really sad salad. The tomatoes, for example, are always past their freshness to the point of being watery and grainy in texture. It's really unappetizing. The salads are also very light compared to other locations. Just overall not worth going if you're looking for a nice big salad. read more

I just left the drive thru 30 minutes ago. Sitting here at home mad with a deep sigh as to reminding myself why I haven't been back to this location in 10 months. First my Southern TLC Sandwich was the smallest kiddie worthy offered to any customer since I've been ordering it. Bun was kind of hard, but it was tasty somehow. My brother's Wings & Things was horribly unseasoned and dry to supposedly have sauces on all the meat entrees. I can tell someone took time to count the fries. It was exactly 10 fries on both orders. I can't make this up. I hated to get my order from the new cook in training. They can't forget seasoning. Imagine dry hot wings that are not hot at all and dry on top of it. Now the Zaxby's on Sigman is the better option if you live in Conyers. It must be a normal practice for the young drive thru cashiers to not give receipts because they know they were getting another bad online review ("Another One" in my DJ Khaled voice). Yeah, it pretty bad there. The owner must not read the online reviews for this store. This store has no hope. This is the 3rd and last time here. In my opinion, drive to Sigman Rd you will not be disappointed. read more

I was a first timer so they made my food fresh.. don't be afraid to ask for it fresh... very good proportions and the chicken is very well seasoned and good.. the fries are as well. The staff was nice and friendly and they are helpful with suggestions of the fan favorite dishes! read more

My first time here I order a large W/Things and they forget the toast, the fries were not crispy but very soggy and they didn't put the honey sesame dressing on my wife's Zansation Zalad or give us the citrus vinaigrette dressing that comes with it. Not to mention they ran out of egg rolls and we were offered extra toast but we only received one. Very disappointed and probably won't return. Looked like a bunch of kids running the place rushing the customers out. Weren't even offered ketchup! read more

Just left Zaxby's 20 minutes ago, only to get home and find out I was missing part of my meal. Maybe that's the reason why I didn't receive a receipt....‍ next time I will just sit in the drive-thru to make sure I have all of my food and a copy of my receipt. Since making sure your drive-thru time is low..maybe you guys should make sure the customers get what they paid for read more

I ordered a lot of food and it was all very well. This is totally the place to go yes it was a wait but we got all our food. Also the fries didn't have any seasoning or salt on them but it was a simple mistake other then that it was very good. read more
