Our first ever meal at Whataburger was this late evening after a long trip. We have been in the past quickly for a sweet tea but didn't get any food because we went after a meal. July 1st late night at 1:30am (technically July 2nd shift). It is goOooood. The board in the drive through was a little difficult to see and I wish it was angled a bit. If you are a passenger in the car, it makes it tricky to see. Just some feedback for marketing and operations. The gentleman that took our order and payment and brought it out to our car was professional, kind and we really appreciated his hospitality. The parking lot felt safe and everything was lit up. We were able to walk to the bin to throw away our take out. Chicken tenders were incredibly crispy and not too greasy. The pepper sauce and ranch were great - the size of the dipping containers were so great and also made the dining experience a better one. It elevates the experience. The onion rings were beer battered like - very crispy. The fries were good. Holy moly, the apple pie was absolutely delicious and HOT. It sweetened the deal and I will absolutely be back for this apple pie - I can only imagine how great it is with a fresh cup of coffee. Thank you to the staff. Don't want to hear anyone say Whataburger has the best hamburgers. These were trash with zero flavor except mustard, pre cooked bacon & onions. The restaurant was clean and the cashier was working her tail off. Other than that I wouldn't bother! read more

Went through drive thru on a Sunday morning about 9:50am, they had cars pulled up waiting for food thought they was just handing stuff out in car or checking , we didn't know that till we was told to pull up behind them. Must be a thing in these town to have slow drive thru. Order was wrong, had customers honking horn at car in front of them (even happen to me) I not leaving without my food I paid for. Allowing these is going to have some get in a fight or even killed, because never know you got a weapon in the car. food was hot when I did get it. read more

~4 Star Review~ This was my first time ever trying this place, and I had been eager to try it for quite a while. While visiting my sister in Georgia, I'm stumbled across this place ...I'm glad I finally did! I'm pleased to say it lived up to expectations. The burger was a nice size and flavorful, the fries were crisp and well-seasoned, and the shake was excellent. Even the chicken (which I ordered for my son), unexpectedly, were quite good. The service was pleasant, though on the slower side, which I actually took as a good sign that the food is made fresh to order. The place appeared clean and well-maintained, and the fact that it operates 24 hours a day is certainly a convenient perk. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to returning. read more

Drive in - the food was fresh and Hot! It has been a while since I've had a great burger! It was delicious!

A bit pricey for fast food imo as the meals are about $12-$13 but this was a decent burger it came with bacon and avocado. The fries (not pictured) were also decent too with their zesty style ketchup being a nice addition. Overall it was a good meal but with these restaurants being far and few between in the Atlanta metro area idk if it worth the hype of traveling for. read more

Twenty minute wait from the time I ordered to when I go my burger. "Sorry, we're busy" was the explanation I received. From the look of it, if this was busy, I suggest they go into a different line of work. For the record, my order was a large Coke (which sat at the counter for at least ten minutes) and a jalapeño Whataburger. I enjoy the food, but this was insane. read more

Unfortunately, I paid $11 for the biscuits and gravy meal. I husband stopped on the way to work. Got a chicken biscuit and a coat for eight dollars. My biscuit was OK. However, the gravy has no taste and it's consistency of water. His biscuit unfortunately was hard as a rock. Krystal's has a great breakfast for under $6.00. read more

I'm giving a 2 for the size of burrito I wanted bacon and sausage they charged 2$ for 2 slices of bacon. They had no sweet tea or regular lemonade. I pass through there once a year and for the past 2 years have been very pleased with my meals, but this last time trip...., I will not be back.I ordered a bacon cheese burger, the girl looked at me like I had 2 heads, I said, I mean a number 5 she was then happy. I ask for mayo and lettuce only. When I got it, they must have just taken the lettuce out of the water soak, it watered out the mayo and was dripping. The bacon was almost raw!! ! I swear they put it on to cook long enough to take the chill off it and to make it greasy. The lettuce was cut in big chucks and my daughter's even had the hard nasty core of the lettuce on her burger, my fries were cold and tough, she said her onion rings tasted like the greasy was old. The Dr Pepper tasted like anything but Dr Pepper. I did not make a fuss, I was not going to have some one spit in my food or wipe my bun on their butt. Do not stop here! We are driving from Charleston, SC to Tulsa, OK for the holiday and needed to stop here for a coffee since QuikTrip next door didn't have any coffee machines working. I absolutely kid you not, we waited in line for 20 minutes for a single black coffee. They had to ask 4 times what was in the coffee. We had to ask someone walking around where in the heck is our coffee, they asked again "what was in the coffee again?". Then proceeded to bring the coffee without the cream and sugar. No apologies, nothing. Which is very typical for southern customer service - slow, no apologies, no cares, no worries, nothing. read more

We went for the grand opening, but I forgot to post my review. My daughter enjoyed her Whataburger meal. The burger was quite large. I tried her fries. They were good. I got the chicken sandwich meal with onion rings. I loved that the sandwich wasn't salty like some of the other fast food spots in the area. The onion rings were excellent. They were not the normal fast food onion rings. The apple pie was good. My daughter liked the cinnamon roll, but I thought it was too sweet. I do like that it was warm. She also loved the white chocolate shake she ordered. Customer service was great considering the long lines inside and outside. It was also the first day. The restaurant is bright and a decent size allowing for dining in and it had a drive through area. We ate too fast to take pictures. read more

I have been wanting to try Whataburger for a long time since I am from NC where we have What-a-burger restaurants (a different brand and local staple of our areas). I got the #1 which was a burger with fries and my children got meals as well. It was about $35 which was pretty expensive for a fast food place. It doesn't compare to the burger from our What-a-burger but it was still very good. I tried my daughters boneless wings and they are very similar to Applebee's boneless wings. Very good for a fast food place. The fries were very good and much better than our What-a-burger fries. I enjoyed the meal and happy I finally got to try it. read more

Went at 1:00AM and the food was good. I got the honey chicken biscuit and fries, while my son got a burger and fries.

2.5 stars. When they opened and the food was hot and fresh. Ordered a Whatsburger Jr. curbside recently and it was cold and the patty was hard. Unfortunately, I didn't find out until I got home. Fries are good when they're served HOT. If I have a craving again, I'll eat in. read more

It's nice having a Whataburger closer to my home than the others here in Georgia. Covington is getting more like the other Georgia cities as far as restaurant options. My food was fresh and hot. My fries weren't soggy, the tomato and lettuce were fresh as well.The customer service made the meal even better, no attitude at the drive thru window. Horrible! And rude service here! Need new management ASAP! 2 lanes open. They took 5 cars in the left lane before checking on the right lane. If you're going to do this, then close one lane so we're not sitting there the whole time. People backed out of the right lane and went to the left lane and still got served before me.
