Location had the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen at waffle house. I dined alone so sat at the hightop. Unfortunately, it hadn't been wiped down from the prior guest - all of the spaces were dirty. I sat at the least dirty spot. The server wiped down my area after I sat down. The other spots remained dirty - not overly so but not welcoming either. The service was fine. The food was fine. We visited Atlanta a week ago and I woke up for a taste for a nice breakfast at a familiar franchise. Locally I have had a great deal of success over the years and have been satisfied with the service. This particular restaurant was located not far from my Airbnb. So I was even more excited. We were seated quickly and our waitress was friendly. I ordered the traditional eggs, sausage, grits, and waffles. The food came out quickly however, when I received the food I was somewhat disappointed. The food was lukewarm at best. The eggs had little taste. The grits were lumpy and the waffles was dry even with the butter and syrup. The waitress checked on the table several times but did not seem to notice that so much food was left on the plate. I felt that it wasn't an uncommon sight. The only thing that confused me was the place was full and I didn't see a lot of people complaining so I wonder did I get a bad cook. I am very objective about the ratings I give so for me to give one star says a lot about this restaurant. I am hopeful the next Waffle House I visit in another city will do better. Great place to stop when you need a quick hot waffle or sandwich. It's a chain, but there is a good reason there are so many of them. Food : love those pecan waffles and hash browns available in so many ways. They also serve a lot of steaks (with eggs for breakfast). you can watch the cook prepare your food so you know how it's cooked Location: As always-conveniently located near main roads -from little town streets to major highway exits Service: Servers are polite and know the (limited) menu well. The buildings are small enough that servers can reach tables quickly so the food is served hot. Facility: The buildings are basically the same -.with similar interiors. This place is disgusting and honestly won't suggest anyone to go here. I asked for our meal and the lady there threw it away and never gave us our food back since it was wrong and decided to get the other orders and make a huge ugly face at us. They never gave our food back. My parent wasn't able to eat due to this. I hope the boss/ manager see this because it's very unacceptable. Please don't go to this place ! just horrible! read more

Always polite and the staff makes an attempt to remember their customers faces. I do not think I've ever encountered a problem with this location. There is a location nearby but they are generally rude. For a Waffle House, this is one of the better ones. read more

So drove from the other Waffle House and what a breath of fresh air this place is!!! Didn't even make it inside and everyone was saying hi. Everyone's friendly. Smiles everywhere. They laughing with us about the other place. Clearly they know. I didn't even remember to put that the other one had NO AC. This is the experience I want n expect when I'm in Atlanta! Late night job. Woke up too early the next day. Refrigerator had no eggs. I said to myself "self" I said, "let's go visit Cheryl (a high school pal) at the Waffle House in North Conyers!" Pouring rain...but a parking spot right out front....THAT in and of itself was a good sign. The manager was opening the doors for customers coming in and sending them off with a good word or two. And when a counter top spot came open, it was cleaned up and made ready immediately....before I had a chance to wake up to the fact, I was seated and offered that first cuppa. It is Waffle House after all. It's a standard fare menu with everything needed to fill up the hollow spot and move about smartly after being fed and watered/caffeinated. However as one that has spent many an early morning breakfast post gigs in a stupor, it was more than a pleasant experience to be immediately part of a well organized family of friends and hard working folks in relatively tight quarters running the operation like a well oiled & tuned Bentley. The breakfast was great. The price was right. The show of staff and long time customers was a real treat that time of the morning. My pal Cheryl was chiding folks coming in with a "you better sit yourself down over there...NOW!" which they ate up in the same fashion as coming downstairs to the country kitchen and a big family. I could have hung out there for hours just to watch and listen...but in being fair to those that were standing in line, I told everyone goodbye and got the "you know where we're at...you better NOT be a stranger....." farewell. Again, late night and very early morning breakfasts for musicians are usually dealing with folks that are just as tired as I am. IN most cases, neither of us want to be there but sometimes you just have to eat before you rack out. In this case, my short visit to this Waffle House turned a very weary, rainy and hungry morning into a real treat. It is one big family of lovely ladies, hard working staff and good natured regulars that immediately cheered up unsuspecting strangers...got them fed and got them back on the road. Of course the waffles were great. Along with the waffles I also enjoyed the grits. For the amount of food you get with meals it's very reasonable prices. The service was excellent and place was clean. Next time I'll try the dinner meals. read more

We normally come here and Jennifer the waitress assist us and does a phenomenal job however, we had IRIS and she was slow and terrible. We waited for over 15 mins just to receive our beverages. Our actual visit was Sunday the prior week. Say what you want, but I like Waffle House. I have eaten at many, but not reviewed all of them. I like seeing my food being prepared, it usually cuts down on mistakes, but not this time! The man typically sits facing the grill so he can monitor what is going on because he knows I am easily distracted and usually checking in or writing something on my Tablet. :) I almost always order a ham omelet, dry raisin toast, and hash browns. Pay attention now! That is a ham omelet which means NO cheese. Hate the cheese. Even if I were not watching what I eat, I still hate the cheese. And give me my toast DRY 'cause the stuff they use is margarine, NOT butter! Ick is all I can say. It took 3 times to get the order right. We did go at an off time-around 4pm I think. There were only maybe 2 other orders ahead of ours. I think I did a good job keeping my cool, I am used to them screwing it up at other locations, but I was so dang hungry!! I think the manager saw the look on my face through the 2 way mirror and finally paid attention to what was going on. He ended up taking care of the entire check.
