The food was prepared fresh. The wings were very good. The mild hot had great balanced flavor. The fries were fresh and hot. Every thing made to order. I can't wait to try the burgers. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. read more

Yummy food, nice people. One order was wrong (boneless instead of bone-in) but they threw in some extra ranch. Overall, would recommend

Horrible service. Rude workers I will never come to this location again. Wings didn't have any sauce burger was not cooked

Fried rice is wonderful. Burgers are delicious. Wings and tenders are enormous and delicious. Clean and friendly.

By far and away, my favorite wing spot in Conyers. The 10'piece combo will run you less than $10 which is always awesome. They are generous with the favorites and other sides. And most importantly, the wait after placing your order is almost nothing. I've never waited for more than 6-8 minutes for my food. Those cooks are getting it done in the back. The wings I prefer are mild and dry, so you can't go wrong with that. The place is staff by several young people who are surprisingly good with their customer service. If you are in the area, definitely give them a try! read more

WNB Factory - View of inside of restaurant - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conyers, Georgia

Ordered a 60 piece of traditional wings divided up between 40 medium, 10 parm garlic, and lemon pepper. And man they were on point and exactly what we were craving. The parm garlic has to be a close favorite that ive tried thus far In life and same goes for the lemon pepper. All the wings were crisp normal healthy looking wings that didn't make you feel like you were going to die after eating 25 of them. Very good and will be back. read more

Ok...this is another restaurant that I was initially hesitant about, only because no one was in the restaurant when I arrived. I was in ATL GA for the weekend and stopped by WNB Factory for lunch! I ordered the lemon pepper wings and a philly style steak sub!!! Both were delicious!!!!The menu was a bit intimidating, but the cashier was friendly and gave me as much time as I needed. Recommended if ever in the ATL. The restaurant is small but clean and the food was tasty. read more

The best lemon pepper wings ever I could eat everything in their lemon pepper sauce . Thank you for the freshness and the deliciousness . read more

Tried this for the first time. Good stuff. The food came up right away. Honestly, and it sounds strange...but a bit too fast. It seems as though the wings and fries were precooked and waiting in a warmer or something. I didn't even have time to fix my drink and sit down before it was up. . No way you're cooking, saucing and plating an order within 1 minute of printing a receipt. And you could also tell this because wings and fries were warm and not hot. Food was still good. Wings were a decent sized. Average for a wing place. The amount of fries were plenty. The (medium) sauce was average. Nothing particularly about it to make it standout from other places. My biggest gripe is that a place that seems to take pride in their burgers and wings...they have both in their name...has no combo that allows you to enjoy both. Even with the complaints, I'll give it another shot or two. Ate at W&B factory a second time at a different location... still good! This time I had the honey hot wings. I liked this flavor better than the medium sauce. read more

WNB Factory - Wings and fries! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conyers, Georgia

Wings were delicious but the okra could have been seasoned before frying. Overall it was pretty good.

Good and crispy wings! I had been craving hot wings for the longest but didn't want to travel to Atlanta and I just so happen to run across this place after work and I was not disappointed. I despise soggy and oversized steroid wings, yuckie! So, I was taking a chance but I got regular sized party wings and they were crispy and hot and with the blue cheese smh so good! The fries were bleh but that wasn't what I came for, I'll definitely be back again when I need a fix! read more

This used to be one of the best wing places around. I don't know what happened. The wings are extra small now, and extra burned as well. They've also changed their burgers or supplier. The burgers are small and tastless now. The service has gone to $h!t. You used to be met with smiling faces and an eager staff. No you're met with a barely understandable "What you want"? You can't blame everything on Covid forever. read more

I purchased the Braves pack from the Conyers location on Klondike this evening. It wasn't good. The wings looked like they were cooked that morning. They were rubbery and dry. I ordered 3 flavors and think I got two mixed together. 30 wings with supposedly three flavors were all thrown in together. The fries were cold and droopy. The fried rice was okay. #Disappointed #NotTheFirstTime read more

The wings were really good. The burgers were not great or remarkable at all. The service was pretty good though.

This place is always shutting their grill down early. Last Sunday night when I placed an order the cashier said "Sorry the grill is closed" I looked at my phone and it was 7:18pm, 42 minutes early. then technically you're closed at 7:18pm, but their sign says closed 8:00pm This place does not deserve my business. huge lack of customer service. Just go ahead an say your closed at 7:00pm. Be honest. Next time I'm in the mood for wings some other establishment will be getting my business. read more

This location is always so clean and the food is delicious. The best wings in town. I come here regularly and I've never had a problem. Gabby is a great help. Thanks :-) read more

This location is way better than the Klondike Rd restaurant. The two young ladies (black & white girl) where very nice and pleasant. I enjoyed the food the price is a bit higher than most wing spots. But the food was good honestly. Very clean spot. read more

The food is really good. For whatever the area serves the tiniest chicken wings, but WnB has a normal sized wing. The sauces are good and they don't skimp on sauce. Fries are always fresh and you can add extra seasoning if you want when you get your order. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. The fried rice is really good as well. This is a place where you actually get what you pay for. read more

Got a 18 piece wing and sweet potato fries and they were bussin' respectfully, I will definitely come back for more

I come here for lunch often and Shai is always on point when taking my order! The wings are bomb! The interior is very clean including the bathrooms. Even when it is crowded they are fast my wings were done in 7 minutes read more

I tried the WNB Factory for the first time today and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I have had to the real deal and these ones were not bad. I would give them a 7.5 out of 10. The roll was a little big for the amount of meat, cheese, peppers and onions. The provolone cheese was dead on but they don't offer Cheez Wiz for a more authentic sandwich. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. The peppers and onions were not overcooked and still had some bite to them. Also, they toasted the roll which isn't done in Philadelphia rather it is steamed on top of the meat when it is cooking on the grill after the cheese has been added. The price for the sandwich is pretty good value. Will go back and try something else. read more

This place really lives up to all the positive reviews. They're clean, friendly, and affordable I will definitely return. Not only for these reasons but of course the food as another post said it's like an upscale American deli that does it right! read more

WNB Factory - Philly combo and rice - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conyers, Georgia

Very good food wings white fish and cheese fries my favorites

To the two young ladies who took my order last night. When you asked if I wanted the combo with my Chicken sandwich, as most would I believed it would come with fries and a drink. But to my surprise, nope only fries come in the combo, but my understanding is a combo was a combination of items not a main and a side. Then when I tried to question you both, ya'll were too busy flirting with a guy who never even made it completely through the door when he was placing his order before you even finished handing my son the receipt. If you were great at your job, you would tried to up-sell me a drink but at no point did you ever ask if I wanted a drink with my order until I asked for my cup after my transaction was completed. I really liked this place in the beginning but it seems to be going down hill from there. Sincerely, Not a happy customer. read more

Xena and N'Asia are absolutely wonderful!!! They are great girls to have at the counter and they are one of the reasons I will come back. They were very knowledgeable in helping me make mine and my daughter's food choice. The lemonade is awesome also!! read more

This place USED to be solid. I'm not sure if the owner changed the crew or what - the service and the food today was awful!!! Our food sat on the counter for 20 minutes- and when we finally was told it was ours - we asked if it was cold - we were told we could feel it ourselves and figure it out!! We were loyal customers. After today - we will NEVER EVER give them our business. Anyone that asks about WnB we will not recommend it. What's sad is you can't even talk to the Manager about the situation. I tried to compliment the service several months ago- he blew it off and said if it isn't on yelp it doesn't matter. Well..... here you go!!! Don't waste your hard earned money at this establishment!!! read more

I have tried giving this place a chance so much. They have messed up every time, I'm just done paying to get my order wrong

I eat here alot and the place is clean and customer service is excellent. My food is always cooked fresh and its my favorite place for burgers and wings but they have other other options that are just a just as good. The wait times are normally pretty quick as well. I Would definitely recommend giving WnB a try! read more

I ordered 6pc honey garlic wing and fries. Wings were fried perfectly and fresh but they sauce is what I didn't like. When you think honey garlic you think honey sauce with maybe grated garlic but this was salty. Like they used a salt, garlic and pepper blend. Wasn't tasty at all. I'm willing to give it another shot with a different flavor read more

perfect customer service and very clean !!! also abiding by the covid rules and regulations

I will not be going back there! My order was mostly correct, they left the coleslaw off of my fish plate, but I don't care for it much anyway. So I paid $8 for 2 piece fish and fries. Fish tasted rotten and fries were soggy. No thanks W&B, I'll stick to grub shack or wing nuts for my fish. Couldn't try a burger because they close down the grill at 9 pm. On a FRIDAY night. Don't waste your time or your money with this place. read more
