We decided to to give this place a try since we usually go to American Deli. I ordered the cheesesteak & wings combo with fries and my parents ordered the whiting and fried rice combo. I felt like there could have been more meat in my sub. I literally threw away half of the sun because it was just bread. I got the Gold Rush flavored wings those were good. Wings were small. "U Love Wings" serves a decent enough Wing, but be forewarned the wait can be interminable, which I guess speaks volumes for their business. Apparently "phone in" is the order of the day ... so my bad. Still customer after customer entered, received their orders, and left ... with me pondering if mine would ever appear. I have been eating here for a couple years now, and just had an order delivered for me and three of my five children, food was delicious and fresh, I can count on my wings being done perfectly, fries just right, shrimp fried rice just right, fresh salad, I would have included pictures but we were so hungry, we just finished it off. Came in here to order food and the short young black girl with curly hair was very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive to me before I even got to order any food. Just asking about the menu created this entire nasty demeanor, and responses to me inquiring. And then she was dismissive when I asked her to let me know more about the menu, and told me am I gonna order or not. implying I need to hurry up because she don't have the time to to assist a paying customer. I've order wings from this place several times and they have been the best wings that I have had in the area thus far. The restaurant is bright and clean.Sure the wings are a little on the small side, just as everyone else's, however every time I've ordered I've always gotten several extra wings. I'm thinking wings would have to be small because they have to be kept frozen until they go into the hot oil to fry for so many minutes. Small=fast=cheap. Large wings frozen would not work. The service and food was very nasty. I asked for mild sprinkled with lemon pepper wet and my wings were dry and still had feathers on them. I got the vegetable rice instead of fries and my rice wasn't done. The girl who took my order was very rude and had an attitude like she didn't want to be at work. I will not recommend this place. Mom got the Philly cheeee steak French fried and although they were good, I don't know if they were the best thing to order... she was thinking the cheese would be white, but was wrong. My daughter, son and myself ordered the wings. They got combos but I just ordered a 10 piece, half medium, half garlic Parm. I got fried with mine so I'm not sure if I was charged for a combo or not I hope not! My daughter got the TNT wings and they are HOT! They let her taste the sauce first and it is what she wanted but I'm glad she got a drink. Overall, food was hot and fresh. Price was decent. There are other unique flavors sucks as gold rush, golden buffalo, and chi chi. Of course you'll find your classic buffalo sauce in varied degrees of spicy and lemon pepper. The wings are in the smaller side and cooked crispy, and the wing count you paid for is based off of weight. The peach drink behind the counter is phenomenal. You have to try it at least once. The fries are okay, but they are served in large quantities. Make sure to order ahead of time. We usually have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. read more

Horrible customer service. We visit weekly and order the same thing, family pack and fries ($32.64). My husband called and ordered the wrong flavor. When I realized I asked the owner if he could fix it, he got an attitude and said I should have ordered the right thing. I explained that my husband was confused and I would pay extra, he said too bad and looked at me crazy. I understand that this isn't Chick Fil A, but customer service goes a long way. Was told on the phone that the 4th flavor would cost an extra dollar and she made sure I was ok with that. She was very nice and polite over the phone and in person and double checked with me about the extra dollar charge. Wings were hot and well sauced. Saying they are "small" is an understatement. I would call them tiny. However, considering the price I would still say it's a good deal. My 50 wings with the upcharge and tax was about $32.
