I made the best of the sad situation and assembled a salad of really nice greens including spinach. Chicken and rice was nothing like you'd hope for: dry brown rice, barely-there chicken, no sauce at all, no seasoning. Just rice and chicken. Pizza buffet, sandwich station. Bon appetite: epic fail!
