Think I'm kidding? IIWIICT caters at my workplace once in a while, and every time they're on the lunch schedule, there's a line 20 people deep until the magnificent food is gone. If you don't get there early, the meatloaf disappears and the remaining options, while great, are unfortunately not meatloaf. In these circumstances I will gladly get the garlic chicken with sides of Mac and greens. All of their sides are great though, there's not a sucker in the bunch. Back to the meatloaf. It's properly and thoughtfully seasoned, for starters. It's got this pleasant saltiness that transcends the plain-ass blocks of meat you've been served before at family tables gone by. It's a little peppery, with fine consistency and just a hint of well, depth. The sauce is tomatoey and purpose-built, not just leftover from spaghetti night. When you're halfway through one of these meaty pieces, you'll get a little emotional, a little disappointed that you're closer to the end of the meal than the beginning. They brought me a new glass of water when the first when dry, but it had a funny/bitter flavor that wasn't there in the first one. Considering the fact that the knife wasn't clean, I would assume the same went for the glasses. Worst of all, I left a tip at the table (not required for a buffet, and certainly not earned as noted above); but when I declined to tip at checkout, they had the nerve to ask if I had tipped at the table - as if tipping was somehow required. And then argued with me when I made it clear that asking was inappropriate. Incredibly rude and a terrible way to treat customers. I should have made more of a scene, but I calmly made my point clear, no need for more drama. Will not be going back, and will suggest nobody else does either - if you want a reasonable buffet experience anyway. Edited to add: After writing this review, I decided to research to see if I was the only one that had a bad experience, and found a LOT. On Yelp, they have more one star reviews that two, three or four stars - making me think that many of the 5 star reviews are not legit. Just go to Yelp, and sort by newest first, to see that 3 of the last 5 reviews were one star - 4 of 6 if you include mine. Also, according to the AJC, this restaurant has had multiple failed health inspections in just the last five years: November 2025: Scored 59/U (Unsatisfactory). Violations included food not held at proper temperatures and cross-contamination issues. December 2021: Scored 52/U (Unsatisfactory). The restaurant failed its routine inspection after staff were observed failing to wash hands, alongside improper food storage and temperature violations. May 2021: Scored 37/U (Unsatisfactory) 37? 37?? That's not just a fail, that's a not even trying.
