Five Guys never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and made exactly how you want them with all the toppings. The fries are plentiful (as always!) and perfectly cooked. I will say whew, it is expensive but the quality and portions definitely help justify it. You get a ton of food and it tastes amazing every time. On top of that, the customer service is consistently great. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes the experience even better. Three weeks ago my and my husband ordered food, came honey to eat and it was wrong (both burgers)! We went back to the restaurant to get the orders corrected manager was extremely RUDE!!! Tonight went back ordered food, but this time we checked the food before leaving, the order was wrong. We ask to have the order corrected, and it was fix wrong again, the manager gave it back and yelled it right now because I fixed it. Checked the order before we left, and it was still wrong. My husband told the manager again and she yelled and complained to the other customers that "this man comes in every week and complains about his food"! We have not gone up there for three weeks! I used to frequent the Lawrenceville store and it was my go to store for a good burger & fries. I've cut back on fast food for health reasons so I view a burger & fries as a treat. We decided to hit the Conyers Five guys since it was closest and assumed it would be as good as Lawrenceville Very disappointed. First, I was excited going to this new location in Covington Georgia. i ordered my food and it was not right. I ordered a regular order of fries with my burgers only to find out that they were not cooked throughly. We usually get a full order and once we got home, we was so disappointed. Our fries were much less than expected. We returned back to this location as told by the manager to get a full free order only to be disappointed by the store owner. The customer service was very unprofessional. He was not pleasant and acted as though we was getting something for free. No, they was supposed to replace our fries in which we had already paid for. We will never return to this location ever again. Unfortunately, we will go to another location just to get good customer service. As much as the food costed, we expected better. Staff with exception of a very friendly and accommodating cashier were sullen. As I watched food prep sandwiches are handled with no care for the fact that your handling peoples food. Watched an employee leave service area returns back to serving line reach his unchanged gloved hand into the bucket and dropped the fries from bucket to fryer. The place has deteriorated greatly. Went to this Five Guys restaurant last night for the first time since it has opened. The place itself is very clean and new, also a better setup than others that I've been to. The staff was welcoming with a greet right when you enter. They were fun and easy to talk while also being knowledgeable with their products. As far as the food, I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with pickles, A-1 sauce, and mayo (don't judge lol) with Cajun fries. In reasonable timing my order was prepared and everything was hot and looked great. Now I'm used to their burgers being delicious but it was really really good this time. It could've been that it has been a while since I've had one but something seemed fresher and juicier than what I normal get. My fries were also delicious and definitely more than enough for just one person. I really enjoyed everything (maybe too much lol) and will definitely make this Five Guys my Go-To. read more

First off, I love Five Guys. I'd never been to this location, but my GPS said that it was closer than the other location that I frequent. I was greeted upon arrival. No one was at the register, but one of the staff members called who I assume to be the manager from the back to come and take my order. The restaurant was fairly empty when I first arrived. There were only about 4 other people eating. I did notice that the restaurant was a little dirty. The table that I sat at to wait for my order was sticky and the area where the condiments are located was disgusting and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. While waiting for my order many more customers came in and the "manager " seemed very flustered. He screamed at one lady that was taking out the trash and yelled at another male employee. I've worked in customer service, so I know how overwhelming it can be when you get a rush of customers, but he clearly lacked professionalism. I cringed at how he spoke to the employees and felt embarrassed for them. Really happy to have a five guys in Conyers. However, they need a bit more training at this location before I come back. Which is to be expected having just opened at the end of February 2017. My burger didn't have the trademark gooey cheese, actually the cheese wasn't even melted. And the Cajun fries were lacking the well known taste and texture. Also, prices here a bit higher than other five guys, which is ok with me if the food is of the same quality; but they'll need some more experience before they get there. Five Guys is missing the mark at this one. We travel a lot and eat at Five Guys several times a year in various locations. This was undoubtedly the worst burger wrap we've had at FG. The thing was just kind of thrown together and fell apart as you tried to eat it. My wife found ONE pickle on her burger! Daughter's burger and fries was OK but Granddaughter's was not what she ordered. We was hungry and tired so she made do. Seemed like no one cared about quality. The employee working the register talked to a friend standing near the register the entire 45 minutes we was in the place. He took care of customers when they came in but the talking and laughing was just not very professional and added to the impression that they couldn't care less about what they was doing. Hubby & I stopped by yesterday for dinner while in town for an event. Place was totally empty, and we were able to walk right up and order. The man who took our order was very friendly, and our food came out quickly. The only problem with the food (and I use the word problem lightly here) was that the lettuce wrap wasn't done very well. When we visit the Tucker location, the burger is wrapped very tightly and thickly with the lettuce wrap, so it doesn't fall apart while you're eating. This burger wasn't wrapped well, so my burger fell apart after my first bite. I would still come back though, since the service was so friendly and prompt. read more

The only reason it's not five stars is because of the pricing. Food was great, large portion of fries and a variety of drinks because of the Coke machine. I love Five Guys but they have to do something about their pricing. You need to come up with some sort of combo pricing because who can afford a $12 hamburger when all said and done a couple times a week. The gentleman at the cash register was patient & helpful. Another gentleman was busy cooking & I was glad that he was focused on his job. After ordering, I visited the restroom to wash my hands ....and this is where I had to remove a star. The trash looked like it had not been emptied in a week. Paper towels were flowing onto the floor. Like how much is too much trash? The scene of the restroom completely threw me into a spiral of disgust because sanitation & cleanliness should be top priority. The customer service is great until a customer makes any kind mistake, even if you try to make it right the employees will give you unnecessary attitudes and call you out of your name. The last time I went to Five Guys I wasn't expecting for Rodricke R. (Conyers, Ga location) to give me attitude and roll his eyes at me especially since I apologized for MY mistake (which happened months ago) and tipped his rude a**! I've been waiting for years for a Five Guys to come to my hometown so I was pretty excited to go there recently and get one of their delectable burgers and bag full of those amazing fries. The decor and overall set up of the place was a lot better than I expected. The prices are a tad higher than what I'm used to at the other FG. The wait wasn't long at all.
