What made it worse was that they clearly saw me standing there and continued the behavior as if it was normal practice. It did not appear to be a one-time mistake. It looked routine, which raises serious concerns about management oversight and food safety standards at this location. The following day, I called the store to speak with the General Manager to address the issue properly. The manager who answered the phone had an extremely nasty attitude and hung up on me mid-conversation. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Food service requires accountability, professionalism, and basic hygiene standards. If those expectations cannot be met, customers will understandably lose trust.
