If there is an issue with quality, you end up winning because they refund you and give you a new one. In a hyperefficient model, as they espouse, this is important. The model is one of few employees, long lines, and less selection in brands. It's a grocery store, though, so unless you're out for a Refined Shopping Experience, I'd call that a good system. As always, the savings are passed on to you.

The Aldi 1794 HWY 138th in Conyers is the worst one I've been to and I've been to Aldi in several…read morestates. This one has trash in the parking lot and in the store it's also filthy. The self checkout machines are always covered with dried liquid and crumbs, looking like they've never been cleaned. The floors usually have spills especially in the produce section and you can tell some stock not being rotated. The employees are rude mostly with the exception of a few. It's easy to see this store in particular is not managed right and under staffed. I go to this grocery store because it's the closest to home and the prices are good on some products but I've been going alot less because of how rude a cashier was to deal with.
